Maybe their service is good, but they dont answer emails in a timely fashion. Also, theyre not open to the public, which I suspect means they dont work with the peasants doing anything so mundane and beneath them as replacing a watch battery.Edited to add: Thank you for the response. The person who answered the phone simply stated you all dont work with the public and then hung up the phone. Perhaps adding due to the pandemic or at this time would be a good idea.

I recently bought a gift from Park Hill for a special person and had a fantastic experience. They helped me pick out an heirloom piece that was stunningly beautiful and reasonably priced. Staff and service are out of this world. This will be my only store for any future purchases. Best jewelry store ever!

Awful service. I left a $895.00 necklace of pearls that I purchase from them to be resized over 2 1/2months ago. This is a gift to my wife for our anniversary. They are closed and have not return my calls or my wifes calls. Resizing can be done in quarantine. I just want the pearls back. Ill take them elsewhere to be resized. Dont buy anything from Parkhill Jewelry. Its not like Lloyd Stanleys operation anymore.

Recently, I had the distinct pleasure of stumbling upon Park Hill Jewelers. I had thought such places were swallowed up by the chain outlets selling jewelryat which l a pawn shop wouldnt give a second glance. Much to my amazement, I found a veritable cornucopia of fine, authentic real estate pieces at prices I found hard to believe. The chain stores seem to have devolved into selling a bunch of gold plated (10k stuff they pretend is a big deal.) trinkets covered in diamond crumbs at ridiculous prices. At Park Hill Jewelers I discovered rare, antigue Old School jewelry, made of solid precious metals and gemstones at very affordable prices. The staff, while knowledgeable, werent pretentious and snooty. Five stars for Park Hill Jewelers!
