Took Chcl, Echcl and other classes here and they were fantastic. Great family owned operation.

I’ve used their range a half a dozen or so times, it’s always clean and maintained. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. It’s great to have a local indoor range. I’ve also purchased at least one firearm from them and the whole process was pain free. Nathan is always innovating with great tools like the silencerco kiosk or the digital fingerprint scanner.

The people working there were nice and very helpful. I took a concealed carry class and the instructor was great. The 5 hours I was there were very well spent. It didnt feel like 5 hours. I learned a lot. The instructor didnt bore you to death with a bunch of wasted nonsense. The information was good useful information. The owner/instructor answered questions and willing to stay after to help in anyway he could. Everything was professional, helpful, and just a wonderful experience. I will be signing up for my enhanced carry at Arkansas Armory.. Thanks for the wonderful experience

Arkansas Armory is my go-to gun store and indoor range. I don’t get to go there as often as I’d like because I live about 60+ miles to the southeast. My wife and other friends have used the range many times and the visits have always been a positive and enjoyable experience. I have attend several classes, renewed and upgraded carry licenses and purchased firearms & accessories there. The staff has always been great.

I went in looking for a firearm just to protect myself. I wanted to take the class but it was full for the month. The staff was very nice and helpful. They ended up calling me the next day and informing someone cancelled and I could take the class that evening! Everything was simple and someone was there to help in each step. Justin was my instructor to get my license and he was hilarious!!!! He made the class worth it with the laughs and definitely real life situations you could encounter. This was my first firearm purchase and I was so scared. Literally hands shaking and super nervous. This place and the amazing staff made me feel comfortable, calm, and more confident about my purchase. Now I’m looking for the perfect day to make my training day weekly here ☺️

Nathan House runs an incredible place there! Sitting through the multiple hours of the CHL course was a breeze. And then, after teaching for 5 hours straight, Nathan stayed through his lunch and helped me pick out a handgun that I would like. Not once did he try to rush me and was there for any questions that I had. Nathan made it interesting and fun, as well as incredibly resourceful and informational! I would suggest, if you are looking to get your CHL and/or shoot at a top notch range, then you should definitely stop by Arkansas Armory. This will be the only place I will ever go!

I completed the conceal carry class and licensing process over 5 years ago with Arkansas Armorys help. They made it super easy to get licensed and ensured all the steps were completed. About a year ago I renewed my concealed carry through them and again they made it easy. I have purchase ammo and several handguns without issue and at a reasonable price. They have exceeded my previous expectation of a gun shop.

Arkansas Armory is the gold standard range in Central Arkansas. Great service, very reasonably priced, and great facilities. A very good firearm and ammo selection when people are not panic buying or there isn’t a national shortage from a big government buy. They have accessories and cleaning supplies. Anything you need when you go to pew pew practice. The range itself is well kept and what you need for an acceptable training session.If you live in Central Arkansas, there is no other place to go.

Love this range. My wife and I often go on Tuesdays which is couples day. We both get to shoot for the price of one. However, that is not the best thing about this range.The people are super friendly and very knowledgeable. They also seem glad to have you there as customers. If you are looking for a clean, well maintained place to shoot, this is it. Highly recommend it!!!!!

When I couldn’t find an accessory I wanted. The staff assisted me in finding at another online dealer so I could get what I needed. Let me say that again.... when they didn’t have what I wanted, they took time to assist me in buying it somewhere else.... just because that is the kind of customer service they offer! I went back the next time and made a considerably bigger purchase from them next time, which they were able to get. Its rare you find a business that is as dedicated to its customers as Arkansas Armory. The staff is top notch and everyone is trained with safety being their number 1 priority. They wont try to sell you something if they dont believe its what you want or need. The facilities are always clean, and in order, and while we may be in a shortage right now, they typically have a decent stock for a small business. Ive walked in and handled firearms that I could only dream of holding.

Arkansas Armory has been my favorite spot to purchase guns and ammo. During the pandemic it’s been super hard to find a reliable source of guns and ammo but Arkansas Armory has not failed me yet even if it’s pointing me in the direction to find what I need. Super happy with the knowledgeable staff and their great attitudes. It’s nice to find a place to discuss my favorite hobby with people who know their stuff.

I love this place! The owner, staff, and pets are all very helpful and friendly. I drive 25 min to the other side of the metro because of the customer experience Arkansas Armory offers. Completed my chcl class this morning. Outstanding and very helpful staff. Justin was really informative and put the legalese in terms that were understandable. He shared very useful information on holsters and apparel that will make carrying more comfortable. Nathan was very patient when my fingers made getting prints done, really difficult. Older hands dont cooperate as well as young ones.

I wish all gun ranges/shops were like this place. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and overall just good people. They keep current on their Facebook page about things going on in the industry, the nation, and the gun community. If more people were like them, we could help new gun owners feel welcome in the community.

This is a fantastic range and gun shop. The people are friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful. The range is always spotless, as is the storefront. Tons of rental firearms & suppressors for a fair price. The instructors are intelligent, experienced, and patient; Id have no worries sending a new shooter there for instruction or an honest gun buying experience (and I have, many times). Range dog is also on point.

These folks work hard to get inventory which is very hard right now on all dealers. Great bunch of people. I forgot a photo the other day when I stopped by. Remember guys, it’s hard to get stock at the moment and it sells fast. Will return!

Wife got me an AA gift certificate and a sticky holster for Christmas. She was helped by someone there who was very helpful and gave her all the info she needed to make a good decision on the purchase. I later went to use my gift certificate in the range. As a new shooter at the time i was made to feel right at home. I hate doing new things because I don’t like not knowing what I’m doing. But the staff at AA made me good about being there. Couldn’t recommend Arkansas Armory more.

My brother and I visited your facility for the very first time on 4 June 2020.We were both very impressed and pleased with all the staff with whom we interacted, both in the retail section and the range section. You were all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.As it was a Thursday, it was also a rifle day, and still we had a wait for the range of only an hour to try out my newly purchased EC9s.The only complaint I have is that it turns out that I’m a terrible shot. Only 58% that I’d consider really good shots.😐But, I’m guessing that’s not entirely your fault!😂Thank you all for an enjoyable experience! We’ll be back soon. I’m thinking probably tomorrow.🇺🇸PS - I’m interested in taking the concealed carry class and will talk to you about it when I come in again.

Im giving the AR Armory a solid and well deserved five star rating, based on my very pleasant visit to the range. This was my first time EVER shooting, and my first time ever at a shooting range. The atmosphere was very welcoming and professional. I was surprised to see, that the staff consists also of several women who really know their stuff. That took the intimidation right out of it all for me - and all the guys on duty were also really awesome. I also love that the place is pro law enforcement. Thanks for that. 💙 My husband and I will definitely be back to shoot here.

I was here today for the concealed carry class, and let me tell you I was a great experience. So informative and really helped you understand the information that was given. I would recommend going here for you CCL. Bonus: The indoor range and the store are also great, and the employees are wonderful.

Since I have been shooting at Arkansas Armory, I have have felt nothing but welcomed each time I have walked in the door. All of the staff are professional yet they make you feel comfortable at the same time. I have had private coaching with Candice, which was very helpful. I have also taken the concealed carry class. The instructor, Justin, was great. I plan to take the enhanced concealed carry class next with Nathan. Both men have given me tips on how to improve my shooting that has helped so much. I would recommend this range to anyone, but especially to women. The staff at Arkansas Armory takes away any feelings of intimidation you may have.

I bought my first handgun a couple of months ago. Since couples night is on Tuesday, my husband called to make a reservation. He was told they don’t take reservations and it’s first come, first serve. He asked off work today and I left work early so that we would arrive before they got busy. We drove 30 minutes to get there and arrived shortly before 4p. We were told we would be put on a waiting list and be able to practice starting at 4:30-5. The guy working took my husbands number and we waited outside in our vehicle (as we were told to do) until 5:20. My husband called and was told there is a class at 6, and they are now full. No one even called him to let him know. This is very poor customer service. This was such a waste of our time.

The state police recommended this place for fingerprinting due to COVID-19 restriction. Upon entering this establishment, I was immediately greeted by a young lady who then informed me of who would be doing my fingerprints. The gentleman was super friendly and was diligent in completing the prints. Afterwards, I was instructed to go to the front desk to check out. There was bit of a line but I was constantly asked if I needed any help or assistance with anything. The folks there are VERY friendly and accommodating. I will be back in the future to use the range. Overall, a good experience with EXCELLENT customer service from all the staff members that were present today!

Only time I ever had a problem was looking for a sling for a shotgun ... they were very patient in listening to me babble about what I was looking for the type of mount I needed. Been back numerous times, sometimes just to use the range. Never a problem ... always willing to help!

Rating a two star really for one reason. If you do not own a handgun it is INSANELY expensive to shoot here. I did a very short shoot with a 9mm, box of basic ammo, and shot 4 shots out of a desert eagle. 9mm ammo full box-$20 4 shots of desert eagle ammo $16. Upon checking out my total was an astonishing $76. I asked before ever stepping foot on the range about the costs and was told only the price of the ammo and that it would total up after Im done.I shoot constantly at Dons weaponry and for renting a .45acp and two boxes of ammo only totaled up to $62.75.Other than being WAY too overpriced and not telling me that it would cost so much just to rent a weapon(which I would have NEVER shot there if I had known), they are extremely professional and know their weapons.If you are looking for a good place with people that knows their weapons through and through, this is a good place. If you are looking to practice on the range do NOT come here unless you are prepared to spend serious money

I just completed my concealed carry class, and Im very pleased with Arkansas Armory. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about firearms and gun laws. I feel like I got the gold standard in gun education.

Had great time on the range and the service was top notch. It was great to be able to try out pistol I am interested in before making decisions.

PMd to inquire about CCL renewal and was promptly answered 5 min after the store was open. Called to see if it was busy yesterday so I could go get it done. Told me to come on in and theyd get me taken care of.Got to the store and was promptly greeted and was taken straight to the computer and filled out all required info. Waited 5-10 min to go in with an instructor to watch me shoot and qualify me. Came out, they took a pic of me with my target, paid my fee and I was done. Even with the wait, I was in and out in 30 min. Arkansas Armory is awesome. Everyone there is knowledgeable and helpful. Ill stay a loyal customer.

Arkansas Armory sets itself apart from the competition when it comes to customer service. Nathan, the general manager, is very skilled at communicating things clearly and thoroughly. He was incredibly helpful in walking me through the NFA Tax Stamp process for purchasing a suppressor. Nathan was also able to describe the differences between a single purchase or setting up an NFA trust, along with the pros and cons of each. He even helped me narrow down the exact firearm and suppressor for my needs. Top Tier Performance across the board.

Recently I had gone in to do some training. It actually turned out to be a great time. I had Dustin as an instructor and he made it an enjoyable, knowledgable experience. The environment was also great with a friendly staff who are super knowledgeable.
