Awesome experience with them. We have purchased two hot tubs and had an in ground pool installed. With our pool, while others couldn’t/wouldn’t give us a quote we walked out knowing exactly what we were getting and when. Even through COVID they kept us up to date w info on our order and installation. Staff has been great with questions and chemical purchases. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Brian and his team at Family Leisure did a great job on our pool. They were able to accommodate all our requests and were able to get ours completed while we still had a month of swimming weather. Every other pool installer we talked to wouldn’t even be able to start on our pool till November. We ordered the pool in June and they were able to start in late august. Once they started they finished in about 10 days. They also did the concrete for a huge patio connecting the pool to our house for a great price. Communication with Brian was excellent and he was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them if you are considering an in ground pool.
We bought a 24’ round above ground pool from these folks several years ago. And several other items over those yrs . However this year when it came time to close the pool, I purchased a pool cover qthat lasted only a month before it started falling apart at the seams ( literally). I notified the customer service line immediately and sent pictures. Their response was that there would be nothing they could do other than sell me another cover at-a higher cost along with a gadget that keeps water from staying on top . Because the wind caused the damage ? Really? I thought the cover was designed to protect the pool from debris from gaining access to the pool . I know that I’m not a “ pool tech” but that excuse only motivated me to switch pool companies and I would encourage anyone else thinking about doing business with them to reconsider.
Purchased a pool cleaning robot here two seasons ago. Last week the power source died. I took it to family leisure expecting to spend hundreds for a replacement. Instead, the service representative gave me a new one free of charge! Family Leisure only sells these robots and are not responsible for their service repairs. Even so, they replaced my broken power source with an extra one they had and it cost me nothing. I couldn’t believe my good fortune. In all my dealings with Family Leisure I have been mightily impressed with their customer service. The staff is very friendly and have always provided everything I was looking for. This company has my highest recommendation!!!
I purchased a spa from Family Leisure over eight years ago. Their service and delivery at that time was superb. They moved the spa several times as we (my wife) made up our minds where it looked best. Recently the heating element went out on the spa and, being well out of warranty, I assumed I would have to order the part. Miraculously Family Leisure had the part in stock and I was back up and running the same day. They even had a replacement cover and headrests in stock for my older model spa. Online order for a new cover was estimated at 3 months for delivery. Great family owned and operated business!
Easiest folks to deal with, ever! They have product that runs from economical to OMG! Whatever you need they will take care of you. They are service oriented and customer focused like few companies are these days.
The installation crew that assembled our play set yesterday were so accommodating, professional, and great ambassador for Family Leisure. Their attention to detail was awesome. Although the price was slightly more than at the big box stores, the product was far superior and I did not have to assemble it.... WIN!!!! WIN!!!
I would give them a ZERO! Horrible experience!!!!! Paid cash last September for very nice and expensive outdoor patio set and large umbrella from Family Leisure North Little Rock! Within six weeks the pulley on the umbrella broke! Yep! Made a call...... the repair team came out and said it was fixed. Again I tried to use it..... at the max 13 times and it broke again! Yep! Made a call..... repair team comes out but this time they take the pulley! So it doesn’t work! Now 6 weeks later......still no part, no pulley, no umbrella! We have called four times with promise of a call back! No call back! They say they will leave a message with someone in that department! I have not used the large umbrella a max of 20 times since last September! That’s being more than fair! And two month ago the rocky heavy duty chair has broken! I have 8 chairs and the only people on my deck are my wife and I! Yes I could lose a few pounds but I’m not obese! Their customer service is HORRIBLE! So HERE IS MY CUSTOMER WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: Please consider this!DON’T BUY! Yes! I have a guarantee warranty! WORTHLESS! I NEED SEVEN ON MY SIDE! Great idea!

Family leisure was great when paying for a pool. Of course we didnt finance its paid for. In March...however they say they dont have anything to do with the installers. So here it is June and they are saying July 3rd. I understand b/c of the rain. Well you could tell the damninstallers to call and see if dry enough and move people up to check with your customers and move up if installers to call

Called on a Monday to reschedule my delivery day. Was told they could deliver the tub Thursday evening. I took the day off work anticipating delivery. Received a call telling me they had it scheduled for delivery on Friday. I told them I was told it would be today. They said no, it’s on the schedule for sometime Friday. So it’s my word against them. They also won’t block a time for delivery. You have to take a full day out of your schedule to meet there time. Sucks!
Super helpful staff. They went above and beyond helping us. We are having a flamingo birthday for our daughter and wanted a flamingo float. Not only did they take the float off the ceiling because they had none instock, they took the time to deflate it for us.

First off our sales guy was very nice . I really caution you about doing a pool right now . We have been told 3 versions of where and why our pool is taking so long .we were told the pools are sitting somewhere with no truck to deliver and for installation that is backed up the June . After we ordered. We ordered in March told April at the latest. We were told to rush and buy sand to sit in the yard for almost 3 months.

I love my Forsythia Artesian garden spa. It fits perfectly on my back patio and plugs right in to 110 volt outlet. The staff at Family Leisure are so helpful and friendly. Zach, in the service department, is so knowledgeable and helpful when I call or visit the store.

Had to purchase a new pump for my pool, 5/24/2021 they stated in writing they would wire the new pump for me, invoice #226966. They did not and after numerous calls they started to hang up on me. I had to hire a electrician to come out with a cord and wire up pump for me . Their customer service is terrible and I will not ever do business with them again.
Ken at family leisure was extremely professional and made a difficult process because of Covid easier. All the other “shops” in town stated a minimum of 52 weeks. But family leisure has multiple floor units and stock for very reasonable prices and extremely professional service all the way through.

Rachael was wonderful in helping me get the patio furniture I wanted without being pushy. Josh and Michael were very professional when delivering my purchase. They even found the wrong cushions had been put on a piece that I had missed and made it right before they left. I spent more money at Family Leisure than a big box store but the quality, service, and warranty more than made up for that. Will definitely go back in the future for more pieces.
We just purchased an American Select Malibu spa. We had great service from our salesman Ken at the time of purchase. Our delivery team that came to bring the tub did a fabulous job. They were pitiless and thoughtful of our property. They removed all packaging and were patient while we made our final decision on placement of the tub. I have always had a wonderful experience with the employees going above and beyond to help me in all of my pool needs. They take the time to teach me what I need to know and have never made me feel unwelcomed. Josh and Zach have been my go to from day 1 and have never let me down. I will never go anywhere else for any of my pool needs. Family Leisure is the best and I will sing their praise every chance I get.
If I could give a zero I would. This store has no mask rules. We visited today and there were no CDC signs, the staff did not enforce or say anything to the customers not wearing a mask. Why would I purchase anything in the middle of pandemic that didnt enforce the rules.One salesperson (wearing a mask) brought two people to the same hot tub we were looking at much closer than 6 feet and spoke over our salesperson (also wearing a mask) to the point she walked away to a different hot tub.The one star is because the store employees were all wearing masks. Just need to have some sort of sign for customers and enforcing the mask rule.
Been there twice. The first time we were looking for grills, and the last time we were looking for a shuffleboard table. On neither occasion were we greeted or assisted in any way. Bought both products elsewhere.

What a big disappointment! We were there on Sunday, January 24th at 2:30pm, with our 2 grand daughters looking to purchase or order a new patio dining set. We walked in and three people were at customer service counter and one person was watching the football game. There was only one other customer. No one greeted us. No one asked if they could help. The guy watching the football game walked right past us.We did not see any sets on the floor that we liked, but found a catalog and found 2 that we wanted to know more about. Still, no customer service. No one even looked at us. I walked over to the hot tubs in front of the workers but still no acknowledgement. After 20 minutes it was obvious that there was no interest in helping us. Finally we left.We had a very successful retail business for 20+ years but would have never survived with the poor customer service like we experienced today. We have made 2 sizable purchases in the past and were prepared to make a 3rd. With all of issues and impacts of COVID I would think they would have been thrilled to have interested customers come in. I guess the football game was more important .After reading all of the similar types of review on Yelp, I can only hope that whoever is the manager there, reads these sad reviews and does something about it.

Zero stars. They set up the pool sloppy and the sides are loose and uneven, they left a rock in the bottom that’s already ripping my liner. They said they would call me to look at it and never called back. They hang up on me when I call to get updates. Please don’t use them.

The first time I walked in was treated like the salesman didn’t have time to bother with me, which should have been a warning not to use this place but my husband found a nice salesman who we ended up purchasing our pool from. Bill has been the only positive experience we have had. We waited two months to have the pool installed just to find out that the pump was not here and would be sent later the next week. You would think a 2 month warning would be enough to get a product in stock for delivery, but that became the least of our worries as we now have a leak in the liner. My husband has spent the week talking to the service department only to find that they only schedule calls on Monday’s and Friday’s or other days if Brad decides to come in (I sure am glad we have that in text). Do yourself a favor and go someplace else because all they care about is taking your money, not delivering on the product.

Awesome customer experience! Every time I go in there, I am feel as though my business is appreciated. There is always a technician in the pool and spa chemicals department who is ready to answer any questions on maintaining the water chemistry of my spa.The salesmen, especially Ken are first rate. He went above and beyond in taking care of me when i was looking for a part for my Big Green Egg grill.I would highly recommend this business!
We weren’t to happy with them. They were suppose to put our pool in on July 13 but when the pool installers got here they wouldn’t do it because we had 2 stumps that needed to be removed. And yes they told us that if there was any stumps the men wouldn’t put the pool in. The reason there was stumps is because we had a place picked out but it was to close to power lines. (They hadn’t told us about the power lines). So they got here to put it in a week later and we ended up having to pay $60 more because they had to dig deeper than 8 inches to put the pool in. What a crock! You know they charge everyone more cause they will claim they had to dig more. This is after we already paid for installing it. Plus there is all the fill dirt left that they expect you to get rid of. We had a pool put in by Lindsey’s 15 years ago and they did all the work. Was very nice and clean and no trash left! I wish we had of went back to them. We won’t ever go to Family Leisure again! They are right on their commercial, “it’s hot and you need a pool!” After you deal with them, YOU ARE HOT!! Oh, yeah, and the scheduler doesn’t return calls. I wouldn’t have gave them any stars but you have to at least give them 1 to write the review!
We have used Family Leisure for years now. They always have what we need as far as chemicals for our pool, and they are helpful.
We have been loyal customers for 3 years now. We credit Family Leisure for our daughter, Lily’s love of swimming! Been a patron since I bought above ground pool 10 years ago. I get all my supplies there love Permasalt. Other places will tell you it doesn’t work - not true. Others places make you feel you have to have a chemistry degree to get clear safe water. My pool opens crystal clear each year & closes that way too. They are military friendly. Thanks Zach for taking care of me today & other times. Customer service and value for the quality products is why I drive the few extra minutes out to West NLR!
