I purchased a Compact Spray-All 20B hose end sprayer from this company on Amazon for over $100. That may sound like a lot of money to you for a hose sprayer, and it is.Upon my second use of the product, a plastic piece failed which makes the unit basically useless. I emailed customer support asking to be sent a replacement part which looks like it costs about $1 to make and they declined, first quoting me about $15 and then changing to $7.66. I paid a premium for what I thought was a premium product that would last for years.Cheap hose sprayers can be had for $10-15 and have lasted me much longer, so I declined and am noting their bad customer service. I would not recommend Lafferty Equipment or Blue Mule Professional Cleaning products.

I have been repeatedly impressed with this company. They are very friendly and have very fast service from all the aspects I have seen. There equipment is very professional and always does an outstanding job. Also, with all considered, and the current pandemic, it isnt too much to say that theyre contributing in a large way to saving the world right now.
