I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The crew that unloaded our move was careful and considerate, and worked very well as a team. Our move was challenging, as we are moving into a smaller home, but the crew was very patient in helping deliver our goods as efficiently and safely as possible.

This was the best move we’ve ever had. All of the workers were great. The driver, Earl, was outstanding. They were always on time and worked hard. Shiela, the estimator/coordinator was very helpful and made the whole thing easy. Unless they provide service to our next destination, Heaven, this will be our last move, but we’d recommend them to anyone else.

IRRESPONSIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL company. Showed up hours late every day. First day of the move, during COVID-19, said they did not have masks with them. We called their front office, and manager informed us the movers were just lying to us and did have masks. Damaged walls, door frames, stairwell, carpets during move. Did not use blankets/sheets/protective pads when packing our items. Told us, “they do that later” but never did. Refused to put down floor runners to protect floors and continued to walk through grass of front lawn even after we asked them to stop, tracking dirt/mud into house. Had to hire professional carpet cleaners after. They broke our door handle and tried to hide it by putting it back on door. However when we opened door and popped right off, it was obvious. First guy asked said “oh ya about...” then their team lead cut him off and said that wasn’t them. Worst part, they wouldn’t take ownership of any of the damages they cost us. ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. LIED SEVERAL TIMES, BROKE STUFF, REFUSED TO WEAR MASKS (SAFETY CONCERN), and just completely unprofessional. FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY if you want to prevent a headache!

Had a great experience with Daniel moving. Shiela was great to work with. During these difficult times moving across states can be much stressful. Sheila was able to make the move smooth enough for us. To Shiela and everyone we worked with on this move, a big Thank You!!

Let me just say beware!!! This company DOES NOT TAKE OWNERSHIP FOR MISTAKES MADE ON THERE PART!!! A large object was not included in a quote and it was going to be moved out of state not being included after the contracted price. We were never told it was not included until today even when they tried to take it the previous day. A sticker was on the item and the item was literally in the walk path of entering the home from the garage. It’s pretty hard to miss. However, no accountability taken for not including it in the quote. No phone call made to say hey, this item wasn’t included so they won’t be loading it on the official move day. In fact we were not even told when the overflow was picked up that they weren’t taking it, another family member had to find out from the movers. We were called liars by the owner Daniel which is sad. We have no time to lie we just wanted an honest quote and for his employee to admit they may of slipped up because everyone knew it was supposed to go and even tried to take it the first load. A very stressful situation indeed, but that’s the day in age this world is in... it takes courage to admit a mistake and unfortunately in today’s society many lack that in fear of loosing there jobs even if it’s the only mistake they have made. That says a lot about the man that runs this company.

I worked for this company from 2003-2006. Very professional . Office personal was great. Thanks go out to Amanda, Shelia, and Billy Daniels for taking a chance on my brother father and myself and giving us a job. Would work there again if needed.

Daniel Moving & Storage moved me from N. Little Rock to North Houston area. I was told that my belongings would be wrapped and/or put in cartons for protection. None of that happened.They damaged almost every piece of my hand made furniture, damaged many of my expensive tools and tool boxes, put large gouges in my brand new bicycle, stripped a mirror off of my motorcycle and put several scratches on it, and collapsed the wheels and bottom shelf of a hand made rolling storage cabinet. I have relocated many times for work and have never had an experience this bad. I will be filing multiple damage claims with their insurance carrier.I am still in a state of shock regarding how little care was taken with my belongings! I would NOT recommend using this company for your relocation.

Definitely recommend Daniel Moving. The team was very polite and professional. Packed everything quickly, labeled and categorized all the boxes, and made sure I had no questions. Will be a repeat customer for sure!

Movers came in on time and packed all of our delicate items well. However they smelled very bad and weren’t friendly. They sealed the crate for our furniture very poorly, so moisture got in there. Our mattress is covered in mold. Also, our bed frame is broken. Our door knobs to a chest and my vintage vinyls are missing.

Terrible, I went to get loaded and the crew was smoking marijuana and drinking beer and as they loaded my truck furniture got broken. This place is a nightmare.
