For Donations only! No store here. But be prepared to have the most annoying Goodwill donation experience ever. The lady argued with me over many of my items and handed things back to me. And told me she had to throw something away because it was broken and it was not broken (I had to just walk out because she kept arguing with me). Ive NEVER experienced such silliness and Ive donated to Goodwill for years.

I went to this goodwill and it had so much cradboreds every where are guys even open or what i needed to go to ANOTHER goodwill.

I keep trying to donate but they choose day to day if they’ll open. I do not want to drive around with a full trunk waiting for them to decide to open. Phone number doesnt work or is shut off. Ive tried calling a couple times a week for about 3 weeks to make sure they’re open before loading my car and driving there. Only recordings of basic info. When the option to speak to a “team member’s” pressed a recording says no one available. The last time I was there a couple months ago the woman working there was rude and went through my items like a caveman. I folded everything and put it in so it wasnt stuffed in like rags. I asked her why she was doing that and she gave me a dirty look and said “ cause I want to see what you have”. She just had an attitude for someone taking donations from kind hearted people giving clothes and household item for people in need. Im going to move on ad donate somewhere else.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The first time I went, I thought the facility was closed as all of the windows have been covered with brown paper. The main door was open and staff came out from back to greet me. So dont let appearances fool you. The store has closed, but donations are accepted (note the name in Googles site, ie donation center not store currently).

Those people working there, serve rudely all the time, after one brings the donation they keep it themselves.

This is no longer a store, just a drop off center. So dont expect to be able to buy anything. But the attendant was helpful. We had a lot of stuff so he gave us a bin on wheels to load up at our car and wheel in.

Pretty cool place to browse, and pick up odds and ends. And best part it gives back to humanity and in my book in this crazy world every little bit helps! Keep up the good work

The shelves are over-jammed with items. Hard to look through without starting a landslide. I suggest marking down some 99¢ pieces to 2 for $1. Make some glassware lots of 6 for $3. This may help sales and clear out over abundance of less expensive items leaving more room for small cookware and things. Also make a shelf with small knick knacks and such that do not move as a Choose free gift w/ any purchase. Some items are dollar store items for $2.99. I understand this store is to raise money for charities but it should also serve as an inexpensive alternative for people who are struggling to make ends meet. Set prices closer to garage sale prices. This would help keep the flow of merchandise, make a profit for the charities and overhead costs and in turn help the people of the community who are going through difficult times. I feel the strive for a larger profit will be their downfall and eventually close their doors. At this time it seems as there are more donations than sales.

This place is a joke. Trying to make a donation and the phone message and website said 9 am. Then when you get there it says 10am. Then the person said yeah it is wrong you have to call corporate. People are doing this out of compassion and time. A little curiosity goes a long way.

Nice thrift store in a dingy strip mall. We found some really nice things and were pleasantly surprised that a few of them were on a half price sale. Prices are reasonable but not dirt cheap - although the sale items were a bargain. Got a beautiful light fixture in brass/copper finish (great price), a double bedspread in almost new condition(no labels but pretty neutral pattern) for $14, a leather B Makowsky Red Handbag was on sale for half price - so a bargain at $9 but a bit high for a thrift store at 18 (original price) for my budget and some very pretty silk flower arrangements in a delft blue container.

They are very accommodating with taking in donations and they have a nice store to poke around through for different items. Of course, the prices are great. I wish the store were bigger to have more to browse through.

I accidentally dropped off something valuable to me in a box I was donating and when I realized the mistake the staff were incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to find my things and were able to fix my mistake. Good people doing good work.

Was making donations to this location. The guy working by the area was cool and printed receipt right away. In n out quick. Thanks goodwill.

I used to shop here when the store was still open. Now I donate to the donation center. The people are very nice and friendly and helpful

I went to donate to Goodwill this afternoon. I will never donate to them again. I will save myself the time and trouble and donate it elsewhere. Their list of what they dont accept exceeds what they do accept. They state they sell furniture, but my attempt to donate a very good quality TV cart was rejected with... we dont accept furniture. My last dealings with Badwill Industries of NY and NJ.

Says it open when its not what an inconence. Change your hours on Google & stop wasting everyones time

This Goodwill no longer exists. Drove 40 minutes to check it out and its out of business. Really nice

The shelves are a disaster. There is no respect dor the items or the customer. Considering this is a for profit place that now keeps any signed artwork, silver & jewelry thats donated so they can sell elsewhere, I would expect a level of order. All items are priced as if its eBay rather than discounted for those in need. Items r taped which ruins them. The line didnt move so i didnt even buy the one thing I found. Also no books or DVDs were displayed for sale.

I really like it. But I wish they put price tags on things and organized the clothing by size. It is very frustrating.

Employees are nice, store has very little plus size selection, and seems to put anything out, cloths had holes in them

Store was a little unorganized, but the amount of donations they were getting in I dont exactly blame them. Found a complete collection of LOTR and a few other choice movies so Im happy!

This has got to be the worst thrift store Ive ever been to as everything is so overpriced, its not thrift store prices as most of the prices are ridiculous and can be bought new for almost just a lil more money or at other thrift stores for less money, I say the worst as its GREED!!! I surely wont be back as some lady in there told me the same thing as she said shes on a limited income.

Huge selection of clothing, household items, costume jewelry at goodwill store prices, arranged in a neat & viewable way. Dressing rooms allow you to try things on.

Yes they are for profit but they hire and pay also. Great sales help great bargins

Update August 2020 : Your donations at this location do not help the community nor create jobs. They stay in the massive wasted store space for months on end and are then shipped to NJ.That place has been closed since the last week of July 2018. I suggested the edit to Google with pictures but it wasnt enough.

This store is not open anymore but when it was it wasnt bad.Edit: funny thing is I provided proof the store was closed and they said I didnt provide enough proof even though it was closed for a week when I showed proof they closed at the end of July.

This goodwill is clearly closed down

I went to donate several items and asked one of the workers to help me bring in an area rug. After some eye-rolling he reluctantly helped, and I carried in the other items. It seemed I was bothering them, not even a thank you. In the future, I will call another charity for a pick-up.
