We came to KP Auto glass to have our car window fix. We declined to have our car window fix by safe life, which insurance companys primarily use.We opted for this local buissness with 40 years of experience. This company just doesnt fix car windows and do the best job possible, they fix all types of Windows, house windows, screen doors, every thing!!K.P is a father son team that runs a business the old school way. The way a company should be run, honesty, integrity, and a special care for their clients.Kevin and his son, and Sue who Awnser s the phone and works the office treats you just like family. I had a problem with my windshield and Kevin and his son did not quit until they solved the problem. They will talk to you and answer any questions. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Would recommend to you if you have any sort of glass issues.

We had to have our windshield fixed and we chose KP based on their reviews. The owner is very nice and we were in the midst of COVID so we didn’t make a fuss over how long we were left without the car because we understood that some of the problems were out of their control (couldn’t get the windshield, the one they installed ended up being cracked, had to come back because of an issue with how the wipers were put back on, etc) and they were apologetic. However, we recently needed our window replaced and decided to give them another shot. I called on Saturday because it shattered Friday night. I got the owner again and he let me know that the supplier was not open over the weekend, which I understood, but said that he would do some investigating and would get back to me to let me know when to bring in the car. I called to check in later that day and he said he didn’t have any information yet but would call me. Fast forward to Monday and I NEVER heard back. The following week, after waiting and waiting, we ended up at a fantastic shop that responded quickly, set us up with an appointment, and had a factory window installed in a couple of hours. I hate to leave bad reviews, especially in this climate, but I’m afraid this one was well deserved.

I just had my car window fixed today. They scheduled me in super quick. I waited in the office while they worked on my car. The people are so nice and made me feel really comfortable. They are fair and honest. They did an excellent job on my car window. I am going to fix some of my house windows as well with them because they did such a great job on my car! I highly recommend them.

Both Kevin’s are amazing and super nice. Would defiantly recommend this place for auto glass. I guess one of the clients owns an ice cream truck and owner Kevin bought us ice cream. What a great guy

These guys are the remarkable. I highly recommend KP auto glass with out any doubts. Kevin Sr. (Owner) great guy with experience for over 45 years. Very honest and is willing to work with you price wise. These guy have a true passion for working on cars there not in this business just because of the money there in it because it’s their passion. and these guys work with dedication. And take there time doing there job and not rush you car.

Great service and professionalism. My windshield was replaced quickly and looks great. Kevin was wonderful to work with and I would definitely recommend his shop to friends and family.

These guys know what they are doing and take good care of your car. They wont even start until the car is warmed up so the adhesive will come off easier. They even gave me a ride home so I wouldnt have to wait. Chain glass shops dont do that. And the Husky they have is gorgeous and friendly.

Wow! These guys just worked until 8:30 tonight so that I could have my car back in one day. They took special care to ensure carseats were safe for my kids after a window shattered. They gave my two kids gifts and wouldnt even take a tip! The window looks great and they worked seamlessly with my insurance.

KP Auto Glass was very accommodating, I had a big crack in my windshield and they made sure to fit me in that day and even go to the distributor to pick up the glass the day after New Years. I needed a mirror and windshield replaced and I happen to find a place nearby Bethpage where I was working from Google.It recommended a place called KP Auto glass. After reading all their reviews I decided to give them a call. From my intial conversation with Sue, I knew this was the place to go. After I dropped off my car, the owner Kevin asked if I had a ride back, which I replied no. He said take my car back to work and I ll call you when Im done. Whaaaaat!!?? Lend me his car? I just met these guys for the first time. I was in utter shock of his generosity and kindness. Nonetheless, I took him up on his offer and he did a wonderful, excellent job with the repairs. Thank you so much guys!! You turned a bad experience into a memorable one. Good people are hard to find in this world, but if youre looking for a few, they are at KP Auto glass.
