The worst Wawa ever. And I’ve been here a couple of times. Its one being build on 27th Ave I hope it’s better than this place..

I genuinely loved my experience here a worker named Giovanny was very respectful and welcoming. The store was very clean and customer oriented. This is genuinely the best location that Ive been to and I would definitely come back here!

The employees need a an attitude adjustment, they make a mistake and gave me an attitude. Work on training the right way. THE new employee was loss on solving the problem. The other lady needs to be more professional

The employees here really do try their hardest to help you get what you want.. Elizabeth is a caring person who helped me multiple times and Sharita is the main reason I come her almost daily. Anything can be improved but they are good workers through and through.

Hey Wawa why dont you send one of your valuable employees outside to clean the tables so I can sit down with my family and eat before i get back on the road and travel? Ive been to many Wawa locations around the country and this one is a disgrace.

They make really good iced coffees and the food is pretty good as well staff is always very friendly and helpful

Not sure who is training these people to the point they’re are saying you have to pay before you pick up your food that is untrue she really acted as if I wanted to steal $9 worth of food. I’m on my lunch break I don’t have time to walk back and forth if she cared that much she could have walked my food to the counter simple as that . Please retrain these employees who make the food.

I don’t really understand, how anyone can rate them less than 5 Stars ⭐️!!!! This guys work hard day and night, they are nice and professional. Doing great helping customers with any requests or issues. All the girls at food station are amazing and very helpful! Mare you are on point always, thank you so much for your hard work. Management please take notice!

Best sandwiches in the world always fresh delicious, employees really take their time and get your order correct. I would choose wawa subs any day over subway

This is my first and last time coming to this WaWa. Never have I ever seen folks who move so slow with a store full of people waiting to get their food.

Go to any other Wawa but this one. Seen em getting ingredients wrong on purpose out of anger.

Went in and ordered some food. Cashier was super nice and sweet. However the guy handling the food was very unprofessional. Tried communicating with him about my order and gave me a nasty attitude. He acted like he hated his job.

Every time I order online I get to the store and they tell me they are out of whatever I ordered. This is the second time and it’s really wasting my time.. Please update your websites or take items off the menu at certain times of day if you can’t make it.. It would really save us all the trouble.

Last time I went they didnt have any hoagie bread whatsoever and the kiosk machines were all broken out of four machines only one is working service is subpar at best

Worst Wawa ever. They never have anything. Too many times have I arrived to order my fav, the Oreo flurricane, and too many times they couldnt produce the item. Ive been to Wawas throughout Florida and this is the WORST!! No bueno. Associates making the food are not attentive, probably overworked. Sad, sad, sadddddddddddddd!Please open another location.

One of the best staff in the world .. Customer service is above 10 stars. The staff should be film for the training video for the company. Day shift awesome Midday shift awesome Nightshift awesome. Keep it up amazing group.

This lady inside without her name tag kicked out a costumer for asking her name and then was rude to the delivery drivers

Very crowded and dirty. Restrooms are nasty, outside is a mess, inside the soda machine area is a disaster...long waits for food, indifferent staff. Basically this location doesnt live up to the chains reputation. Bring in management from PA to hire and oversee this location please.

I wish I can give this place negative 5 stars these employees move so slow Ive been sitting here for 25 minutes for just a salad like come on. If I were you ladies and gentlemen dont come here to this wawa they are horrible!!!!!!

This is a busy location and there’s is only one cashier. And hes moving slow very long line..

Its a No for me...they need staff..I stood there waiting on coffee 10 minutes while the staff member there did not acknowledge me but looked dead in my eyes..the coffee was cold and they put on another one...but how about saying..we will be right there with you. Then there is one cashier and security is actually working on the mobile orders..LOLOLOLOLOL..did you hear that security is taking orders back and forth..I almost died..its super comixal..but honestly maybe why the workers have no customer service is because they have no staff.

I paid extra for caramelized onions I got raw onions I also paid for butter toast a f I got regular bread with butter

The sandwiches are great, but not worth a 45 minute wait on a Monday night, totally unacceptable. Management needs to hire more than 3 people to make food and beverages.

Drove 20 minutes to put air in tires and someone cut off air hose.

OK service, not the best, restroom dirty, sometimes crowded. Theres room for improvement.

Waited 2 hours for a food delivery before they finally cancelled. i would have ordered from somewhere else had the fund not been tied up on a pending order that would never even be made. never again

Not your normal wawa!! I love wawa and consistently visit wawa. When I go to get my coffee, they inform due to the homeless in the area they have to pour for us. I understand the homeless, but this is the first wawa Ive been to thats doing this. And the attendant at checkout was annoyed that we asked for them to unlock the cooler for a beer when we were checking out. You have to ask us before checking out!.. sooo rude. I will NOT be back to this location!

The worst took my money and didnt give me my receipt no order been waiting for 30 minutes nothing

This place is amazing. I work overnight and get off around 4 and theres no place open for decent food. The food station where they make hoagies and etc. I was there today around 5 a.m and the lady who was making sandwiches at that time was soo nice. She hooked my sandwiches up. I didnt catch her name but she was awesome. Thank you.

Lady on coffee area super distracted I ask for a colada without sugar and she made it with sugar when I tried to exchange she got mad and ordered me to throw the coffee like if I was the employee I had to.call the manager that talk in secret to the employee and both laugh at me ...will never come back to this wawa bad employees destroy business

Clean and fresh food

Employees won’t even look at you when you greet them and ask a question. And why the heck is the Icee Machine closed at any given time ? Just plain lazy.

I visited this Wawa for the 3rd time today (10/23/2020) @ around 8:15am to get my usual coffee mix (hazelnut/columbian/french Vanilla/2sugars & little non dairy hazelnut creamer) when it was self help. The computer doesnt allow you to customize so I selected 1 flavor to then tell the attendant my usual special request. This beverage attendant was soooo rude. She had a problem & an attitude with me asking to mix the coffees...Im not sure when Ill return.

First and last visit. Waited 45 for two sandwich and a shake. Order was wrong. Returned one sandwich. Staff is way too slow there.

My experience was the best the food was so delicious made fresh, and made exactly how I order it also the shake was awesome ...thanks wawa you will see more of me

Both free air pumps aren’t working

Stopped by with my family for a break from our road trip, asked to buy cigarettes with my foreign driving license, the cashier, wearing a camouflage cap, refused to although my id showed that Im 40 years old, demanded to see my passport and when I refused she told me with a tone full of hatred that if anyone in Florida will sell me cigarettes then they are wrong.The way that she spoke to us made me not wanting to buy anything from this place.I guess that my foreign money is no good for them.Tourists and foreigners, be aware!

The restrooms are very dirty and they said an order wasnt ready when it was . I dont get it .... And last time they took such a long time just to make a coffee .

Unfortunately the wait times can very pretty long. Waited 30 minutes for a sandwich. If they could at least inform people before they place the order what the current wait time is. At least give people the option to choose whether they want to wait that long or not.

Must have the attendant open the cooler to get a beer, but you first have to wait for an attendant to be available, there goes the convenience out the door.

It’s actually good we have one in our neighborhood, the food was good. But one of the employees did messed up my purchases and charged me more... that’s why the 4 stars.

The cashier with the broken hand is super rude i gave her my ticket for my food to be scan and after she did that she threw the ticket back on the counter instead of handing it back to me.the sad part about it it wasnt knothanks or no type of customer service greeting

This place just open and I went to check them out twice. they got a sign at the door that they close for inconvenient. Don’t waste your time taking a Uber straight there thinking they will open.

Do not order food from this store, the wait times are ridiculous, call the store and the manger on night shift doesn’t have a clue of what’s going on, multiple people waiting for food, understaffed and no customer service skills. Waited 1.5 hrs for my food to be prepared.

Ask a question no answer. Better go to the other small gastation around it for better service. I dont like to see crewmembers pents droping down while at work.

I’ve been there once got a chicken sandwich was pretty good, & it was made quickly. I will check it out again & see if there is a long wait line.

Ordered shake got hot chocolate notbthe first time order and fill not matched up computer and or app

I‘ve never been or ordered from here before but I’m not impressed so far. I ordered from Uber Eats - 2 things I ordered weren’t even put in the package & 2 other things were wrong. The sandwiches were ok - they were the only thing they got right. Thankfully, Uber Eats is refunding my money for the things Wawa forgot. I won’t be ordering from here again though.

Its good but there is a lady there that was so rude.

My brother in-law and I visited the store June 30th 2020 and it was horrible, I ordered a Italian sub and as I took 1 bite I swallowed a piece of paper that was attached to the cheese. Ive been at this location about 3 times before and they always take forever to dispatch the food but today won. I also think the employees shouldnt be allowed to have their pants hanging below their but while they make my sandwich... but the kid has had blue underpants every time I visit...

The free air pump to the right was taking air out my tire instead of air in the tire, it’s been a month and still haven’t fix it
