Total wine & More always have a great selection of wines, liquors and beers. I also purchased Gouda cheese, crackers and a smoked fish dip. The fish had a lovely smoked flavor but all my guests complained about the high salt content. My guests ages range from 20s to 60s. I have purchased this particular brand of smoked fish dip in the past and it was delicious. So this was a fluke. The staff at Total Wine and More are always professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Highly recommend the store.

Great Prices and friendly service.

This is the ONLY place to buy wine in this area - the wines here are extensive and the employees are so incredibly nice. Any type of wine I want they have it, plus because Im a member, I get some great deals like 15% off 6 wines or more. The wines here are super reasonably priced and so are the spirits. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service. I was going to purchase some mini bottles of Prosecco that had a price tag of $3.99, then they say price went up and is now $4 something, but they still had the price tag of $3.99. I asked the manager if they would honor the price as they made a mistake and did not change the tag and was told no. Very unfortunate because I was just purchasing two bottles to test it out before I placed a bulk order.

Total Wine is the Disney World for Adults.! You won’t find better selection of wines, hard liquor, beer or any spirits than this place. Managers and personal are always around helping customers to take the right decision and explaining a little bit about your purchase but If you know what you are looking for and want privacy just yo walk around and decided by yourself this is your place. I love this total wine. If you come on the weekends they do some rally nice tastings and they sometimes bring in local sellers. I also love their members deals that you sign up for online. The staff is also super helpful

Worst total wine location ever. Manager is rude and makes up fake policies about everyone in the group needing an ID. I have shopped several times at this location with and without my ID (I HAVE PROOF), without a problem until now. I was the designated driver and not drinking that night, so of course I did not bring my ID inside with me. Made a whole fuss to my boyfriend about how he needs everyone’s ID he doesn’t care, meanwhile my boyfriend was the one drinking and purchasing the alcohol. Ended up leaving the wine there because his unruly arguments weren’t worth it and now we willingly drive all the way to Aventura location now to get our wine, this location sucks. DON’T GO HERE JUST GO TO AVENTURA WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Actually I used to really love going to Total Wine at this location. However, it has a terrible parking lot thats small and always crowded because its shared with several other businesses. And even in off hours the parking lot is packed. Plus it has this grassy island in the middle of it that you have to climb over with your heavy packages if you get a spot in the second row. The store is great, the people are nice, the selection is awesome but the stress is just not worth it for me. Have been taking my business to another store thats nearby that has a very easy parking situation. They really need to do something about the parking lot at this Total wine.

Great place always full of liquor tastings featuring great brands! The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable and makes great suggestions. And if you are a Cigar enthusiast check out their collection thats the only place I buy from.

You’ll never visit another liquor store again. REVIEW: Total Wine is a grocery store of alcohol products. You go for particular items and leave with too many to count. The main draw are their imports and specific brands used for mixing. The prices are extremely fair compared to any store in the area and you’d actually end up saving money. The environment is very clean, and the layout makes browsing easy and enjoyable. You can spend up to an hour in here without knowing because you’re just looking at all the exotic hard to find products. Would recommend.

Came to the store on Valentine’s specifically for $150 of champagne listed in stock on their website. Took 4 associates to find the bottle after 15 minutes of looking. Then it wasn’t in the system at checkout so another 5 minutes at the register and never a smile or positive vibe from anyone up front. Pretty negative experience to spend $200 on 2 items.

Competitive prices and lots of Brands.

They refused my service for no reason other than an inconsistent policy. I’ve been going to Total wine for years and never had them check the IDs of literally every person that accompanied me. I get that it is to mitigate underage drinking but come on - Use common sense and make that a more advocated store policy across ALL locations.

I love the wine from this shop. It was so tasty and has a good aroma. I can really say that their wines were very fermented. It really got my tastebuds. Aside from wine, they had also liquors and beers that you could try as well. This place is really great to chill and to grab some glass of wine. This wine shop is my go-to place from now on. I will surely visit this shop again

I held Total Wine as a high quality store to be sold an item that was not one, or two years but 3 years out of date (2018). I would have never expected that . I bought a pack of 4 Belgium beer as a gift to a dinner with friends . It was very embarrassing when we sampled the beers and tasted like vinegar, that even one of my friends felt sick with nausea .

It was surprising, went in for some Jamerson & a rep whos name escapes asked me why that particular brand & l said that it was a smooth drink straight on the rocks, then he proceeds to tell me to follow him, he takes me to a tasting table & invites me to a shot of Dunville single malt scotch & man did he make a believer out of me even smoother than ole Jaymo whatda ya know

First time going and last. First associate answered my questions but you could tell he was doing out of obligation and didn’t bother to show me anything. Just said yo look around. Second employee saw me looking at a bottle and was super polite and informative and just great but I wonder if that was because further down was what might have been her boss. The girl at the testing area I like the first employee was not helpful at all it was actually another customer they told me to try the spirit even told me to ask for a straight up on the rocks I was with somebody else and that person also wanted to try it and the employees just ignored her actually served a third person while the person I was with was standing there and person I was family with I guess Caver a lot and they probably looked at her and said oh you want to try some to? No the final draw was the cashier was name started with an L. I asked her if a certain wind was on sale because I noticed that the difference was the color of the bottle and in a rude way she said does the sign say it’s on sale? Then no. Felt like she was annoyed to be there to begin with if she doesn’t want to work that she should quit. On our way out there was somebody standing underneath the Customer Service sign I was going to approach that person to tell about the cashier and he just turned around like dumb father most places as you exit the establishment will say goodbye thank you for coming this person just turn his back on me. Talk about service with a smile and happy holidays the store obviously does not know the meaning of customer service nor of word of mouth.

Only this place has a wide variety of affordable drinks to choose from. They also sell craft beers, pastries, and macaroons. They have the most friendly and accommodating staff than any other wine shop in the city.

I actually went into Total Wine for the first time yesterday to get a gift for someone. I was very surprised at how huge this store is. They must have miniatures of every kind of alcohol that is made. If anyone needs any kind of an alcoholic beverage or anything that goes with them should go to Total Wine. I also like the story especially because the staff was so friendly.

Alright for starters, this location feels like an apple store. Like how many employees on the floor are there?? Theres legit 3 employees to 1 customer at any given time of the day. This is a good thing because you can get the help you deserve as a shopper without the hassle of searching around for assistance or waiting for a busy associate with a queue of 5 others looking for help too. Best prices, and I believe they can price match

I used to buy at the kendall location but since my I moved to my current neighborhood Ive been going to a local store. 1st time buying at this location and I spent close to $200 on my way out as I put away my liquor one of the boxes broke on both sides a 24 pack of yuengling and without even looking at the receipt and amount spent the manager waved at me to get another box. Great customer service and resolution. I am a customer from now on 👍🏽

I have been shopping at TW for a few years now, in different locations and am happy to submit this detailed review based on the progress I have seen with their customer service, most notably after a recent visit to the Biscayne Blvd location in North Miami.I have always been a fan of the store - the choice, huge inventory and competitive prices, make it a pleasure to go in there.Having such a large inventory though, means that you need to manage it appropriately because no one associate can know everything that they have on the floor..To be clear - the staff where ALWAYS helpful and extremely courteous, but again; in a store of that size with that crazy amount of inventory, you need to know what you have in stock - and what you dont, to facilitate the shopping experience when you need to get in and out. If I have time, I greatly enjoy spending a whole hour in there strolling around dreaming - but we cant do that every time.So having said all that, I again experienced some inventory-uncertainty the last time I was at the store, when consulting an associate AT THE COMPUTER.Coincidentally or not - later that day, I received a customer feedback survey email request from them - where I detailed my concern on the TW website.Not 20 minutes later, I was surprised to receive a phone call directly from the N. MIami store manager Charmela (hope spelling is correct) - where she spent a significant amount of time listening to my concerns, and noting my comments.This personalized outreach and concern speaks volumes on how far TW has come in their customer service and I am extremely confident that this issue is now being addressed -Many thanks Charmela and TW for your attention to detail and to your valued customers - I look forward to continue shopping at your store !BRAVO !!!
