Unprofessional and unethical salespeople. Joel made me buy expensive accessories when I didnt needed them for my new iPhone 12 Pro, told me that my ipad charger would not work with my new iPhone, when it actually does, he also added a protection plan when I clearly refused it to my account. I want a to get fully reimbursed. Be aware!!!
They lied to me to get me to sign a contract. Every bill gets higher and higher. Every time I look at my statements theyre updated with higher prices. What was supposed to be $400 has now turned into nearly $800 with $100s of dollars in line fees and other associated fees. I switched to this company and 2 billing cycles ago and am disgusted by their constant updates in the bills and numbers.
I upgraded my iphone and now I’m hit with a hefty upgrade fee in my bill. A $17 protection plan was added by Joel without my permission. This is unacceptable.
Says one thing to get iPhone 13 still waiting Verizon cant Delivery highly suggest another competitor. Time to move somewhere else disappointing customer service even with covid bar lowered and adjusted
Excellent sales reps! Very helpful and followed through with all the promises made during the sale. Very happy I switched.
Employee had know idea what he was doing
I recommend always going to a Verizon store if you need resolution to an issue or want an upgrade, etc... Their customer service is so much better in person. This store and the associate on this particular visit was great! She was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly resolved an issue that Verizons phone customer service screwed up on two previous attempts.
Clean store. Friendly staff, very helpful. Good prices. Ordered a screen protector online, picked up in the store, upon arrival the order was already packed and ready to go. Social distancing, must wear mask.
Absolutely horrible service. Please train your people.
If I could give zero stars on here, I would.Firstly, let me say, our initial time in this store was fine. We had a conversation with one of the sales reps about moving to Verizon and he filled me and my husband with enough confidence that we came back to seal the deal. When we returned, we had a different rep, and let me say, I initially had very little confidence in how this was going to go, but being fair and wanting to give the guy a chance, we carried on. I honestly wish we had left the store. We spent no less than three hours(!), placing two relatively simple orders for the new iPhone 12 Pro, taking up the offer to transfer our numbers from our existing providers over to Verizon and trading in our old devices. He barely knew up from down, and had to ask his colleague for help constantly - between that and his vacant stare when either of us asked a question, we should have known better and left when we had the chance. Now let me list the things he got wrong:1) He told me that my Visible number was able to be transferred over - when I received the phone 4 weeks later, I went to another Verizon store three times in two days (because the phone didnt connect), to be told that in fact, no Visible numbers can be transferred to Verizon. This meant that the phone I had received was in fact, a mistake, and technically stolen from Verizon. I then had to return the phone to the store, and they resold it back to me so it would work. Not only that, but I had to change my phone number, and anyone that has done this recently will know how annoying this is when it isnt your fault!2) When my husband received his number, we were told that a request had NOT been put into T-Mobile to move the number over and that was why his phone was not working at all - although a simple fix, it was time wasted going back to another Verizon store.3) The guy put in our trade in information incorrectly (of course). Which meant that the $400 I was due to receive, then became $18. Yes, thats right, $382 less than promised. He put my phone in as a lower size and spec than it was, and I was told after the fact, that once the trade in info has been submitted (even if its wrong), no changes are able to be made.4) He gave us the incorrect promotional information, which meant that the $250 we were meant to receive each, became only $100 on my part. Not only has the incompetence of the individual in this store (if only I knew his name!) cost us money because weve lost out on $150 of promotional savings, as well as $382 of trade in savings, it has also cost me an unbelievable amount of time. I have now visited the Coral Gables store trying to fix problems, no less than 5 times, and called customer service twice. Now, I will say, that the service I have received from various other Verizon staff, including those in Coral Gables and on the phone with customer service, has been good and theyve been very patient with my frustration. But in summary, I wouldnt even go back to this store to buy a phone case, let alone discuss my phone contract.
Make sure your accessories is to your expectations, because it’s a hassle to return. I will never buy any accessories from this location again. Only account services.
This is a pretty busy location. Even with an appointment, expect to spend at least an hour here. They really need to hire one or two more sales associates to deal with the volume. Also watch out, all of the merchandise on display is locked and attached to screamers. These alarms are loud and twitchy, three have sounded since Ive been waiting.
The workers at this location seem to lazy or should I say the new workers. This store opens up at 11 what type of mess that they have going on in this particular location. Their competitors in the same area opens at 9. Other corporate Verizon stores in better areas are open and ready to serve the customers and thats a shame the the customers have to drive out of their way to get better service.
Great Service and Luther is The Best Guy
The store is great, but a few people that work there are not familiar with products. Trying to reach the store via phone is a joke. Reaching out to a call center the lady told me to pay my phone off and upgrade. 🤣🤣🤣Why do I have insurance? F yall, I am going to Tmobile. DoneBye
My visit to verizon was proficient and helpful.
Very bad customer service
Very good attention. And professional
I have been with Verizon for 20 plus years and Ive never had such a helpful, honest and informative Customer service rep and her patients with me being so indecisive was amazing. Keep up the great work!
I was greeted by a friendly rep at the door and was assigned to Miguel who had great knowledge and information about the phones that would meet my needs. He answered my questions efficiently and made me feel at ease. It was very comforting to see the staff all diligently serving others and making each customer feel valuable and appreciated. The experience was such a pleasurable visit, I would definitely recommend Verizon in North Miami beside Whole Foods to everyone looking for service with a smile. I have been a customer for 14 years and looking forward to many more great years ahead.
They are very nice, professional, helpful, and there service is very fast,if you know you don’t have time to wait on a long line for some slow workers, check this store out.
Terrible. The fellow in the store at Biscayne and 122nd would not even let me use the landline phone to dial into 611 to the 888 number to help get a live agent and servicing on my phone. This was at 2:30 p.m. on Monday July 6th.
Went to Verizon after dropping AT&T and Sprint. Finally my boyfriend and I found a company that provides great service and our phones actually work. No more dropped calls or lost signals. I am a realtor and it’s important I have a hotspot that works where ever I am. The sales representative Amy was AWESOME! She is very knowledgeable, friendly and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. It was refreshing to receive such great service. Thank Amy. Verizon she is a keeper. Anyone looking to change carriers go to Verizon and talk to Amy. The monthly cost is a bit higher than other carriers but like the saying says, “you get what you pay for”. Well worth the cost.
I’ve been a Verizon wireless customer since 1997. I have been hanging onto my grandfathered unlimited plan which has a much higher data allowance before they throttle since I got it many years ago and have been paying about $500 a month almost twice as much as the normal unlimited plan. I came to this location to purchase the new iPhone and they promised me up-and-down no matter what I would not lose this plan. It has now been over a month and I have had conversations with five or six different managers at the location and in customer service and they will not return my plan no matter what I do or say! I can’t believe it this place got me good and there’s literally nothing I can do about it!
HORRIBLE customer service. We arrived about 750 pm, were told it was at least a 20 minute wait. Asked if we could put our name in the list and run next door to Whole Foods for a few minutes and come back. They guy said sure, no problem. Came back at 8:07 pm and the doors were LOCKED. They close at 8pm and wouldnt let us in. If the guy had told us, my husband would have waited. Instead they cleverly got out of dealing with us, a long time, multi-year customer. Do NOT come anywhere near this store, the customer service is obviously deplorable. Maybe we will just head down the street to AT&T or Sprint.
Recently I had an experience I dreaded —- I lost my Samsung cell phone. First I panicked, then I cried thinking of all the pictures, contacts, and email that were gone, and then I remembered the cost of the phone itself. I rushed to my Verizon store, and that changed everything! The sales associate who was assigned to me was caring and seemed to understand my distress. He asked if I had insurance and I didn’t even remember! So he checked for me and found that I did. Now he told me everything was going to be alright. I was ecstatic to learn that I would get a replacement phone in a day or so and he would make sure everything on it was restored. Before this incident I would already have given VERIZON 5 stars because of the friendly, attractive ambiance of the place, the lack of waiting time, the knowledgeable and helpful staff, and the quick resolution of my problems,
I am currently getting the run around after I switched a line over and was promised a 200 dollar rebate!!! The worst experience trying to get the rebate processed. Switched a line over in May and this is the ultimate worst! Submitted all documents only to be told twice that my information is invalid. The customer service is a foreign country and the reps that answer the phone are clueless and here I am months later with no 200. This is ridiculous
I went to fix a specific problem that was bothering me for the past five days. The person at the counter who was super nice but couldnt do anything to stop the nightmare of receiving unnecessary phone calls from Russia, Belarus, Africa and you name it. This is ridiculous....
Good services was fast and easy
Honestly the best staff! They take turns holding my son and theyre always a great help!
The worst, maybe a D team is working on Sundays. When I asked a guy who is greeting customers at the door if he could process a sale, I already had a phone picked out, his answer was no. So if you are in the market for a new phone, take a picture of the one you like, and go purchase it someplace else.
Excellent service by Yaya. She managed to make my phone working in 30 minutes. A day prior I spent 4 hours on the phone with useless verizon customer, service and tech support. Online chat was pretty much useless too. Yaya at the store was able to trouble shoot the problem right away. Verizon needs to train other employees to be like her, especially the call center ones.
Like most Verizon stores they give the impression theyre busy because they have lots of people waiting. I guess the associates are good at taking your name down as you come in but youre given no expectations on how long you have to wait. Whether you are here to start a new service or service a phone, they honestly could care less because they dont even ask the reason for your visit signing in.Yes, shame on me for actually going to the store. After waiting for about 90 minutes I just walked out. Their supposed excellent customer service seems nonexistent. Verizon sucks.
Excellent service. Went out of their way to help...even saved my food when I forgot it there! Thank you.
Today my visit to Verizon was a 5 star experience because of Vivi! I had an issue with my screen protector that was purchased and installed there. Vivi greated me quickly and listened to my complaint and after I was done, she asked me to hold on for a moment where she stepped in the back and came out promptly with a new screen cover. She stayed her store would replace the screen cover at no cost. She asked if she could attempt to put it in or if I wanted to. She installed it perfectly. Its nice to see customer service still a priority. Thanks Vivi for making Verizon look good!
I was in Miami Beach and my phone cord decided at that point to stop working. I went to their store and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. One of the fastest service times Ive had visiting Verizon stores.
I went back and this place got it together. I had customer service help me return a phone to the right customer...an error by Texas warehouse send me two different people orders. It was a nightmare no one couldn’t help me but this location. Thanks! Your manger went far beyond to resolve this issue. I am happy and service on point. I can’t fall asleep no-more. I left out smiling. Job well done. You go Verizon!
Excellent costumer service, those guys and girls are really professionals. One of the best services you will find anywhere....
I used to go to this location a lot. the service is usually very good until it gets very busy. but my overall experience in this store is pretty good. Verizon for sure has the best mobile service theyre better than other carriers (I have had them all)
Great experience with this company. Love Verizon. I will always be a Verizon girl!
The lack of hype makes this place right. Besides, its the only place in town that supports Motorola. They have a wide variety of phones but thats why I went..
Chelsea was extremely professional and helpful and answered all my questions without hesitation.
I had a major issue with my iPhone 6 plus and it having the touch disease. After dealing with the insurance claim, and not being able to deactivate my old phone, I went in and Amy helped me immensely. After about 2 hours of trying to get my phone to cooperate, spending an hour or so on the phone with AppleCare, she was sure to get me a same-day appointment at the Apple store. As well as my new phone working after 10 days of me not having a phone. Living away from home, and having someone who is able to stay patient, and helpful with me is something I loved about my experience at this store, and with Amy. Not only did I get everything straightened out, but she contacted me later that day to make sure I was taken care of once I left her.True customer service.
I cannot say enough about this store and the service they delivered. Kudos to the store manager, and George, and *especially* Trenell! They were so helpful, kind and understanding. I was visiting from out of town, and needed this top-notch team! Very impressed!
They were able to activte my sons phone # on another phone when the other location said they could not. And it was done in less than 10 minutes. Great customer service.
If you have a business plan with Tmobile DO NOT SWITCH TO VERIZON! The customer service is like you are with a pre paid or metro Pc. Nothing they promise you is honored and you can’t find out until AFTER 30 days and they refuse to return the phones. I was told I would have $100 credit on next bill and no activation charge. I had to fight to prove what the store told me. I finally got it 3 months later. I also asked if the service is the same IN CANADA. THEY LIED. Your internet is limited .5 gb or less per day. Then they charge $5 a day for internet!! I explained I’m in Canada once a month it’s important but they lied just to get the sale. I only switched tmobile because it does not work in my home. Verizon has new customer service people a manager told me there now it’s not the same like 10 years ago. They don’t care!
No technical support overpriced for a wireless charger I like a r l e t shes hot yo
I made the purchase by phone only to pick up so the process was faster, well thats what I thought I was waiting almost an hour to give me the phone
This is a amazing Verizon store and the store manager Mireya Cabrera is the best, she took care of me and in a very professional manner and I had decided Im coming back for all my mobile needs here !
Don’t even bother coming here if you need help with anything. They will make you call customer service. They aren’t helpful.
I give more than 5 stars, to Chanel who helped me the whole entire time to receive the best possible deal that was best for me. I told her my budget, and she promised me it would be less, which of course it was. The store actually closed early and she was super patient with me although I was trying to rush out of there because I felt terrible knowing the store was closing. I completely appreciated her service. Amazing customer service. Its my first time joining the Verizon family and I must say its its definetly the best phone service!!!!!!! Good lookin out Chanel😘😘😘😘😘😘😘
Great staff
I purchased a phone about 1 year ago which I still have 2 years left to pay for it. The phone camera and other internal things stopped working and they did nothing to help me. The only option I got was to pay for the remainder of the phone and buy a new one. Makes total sense huh!
The Verizon store is really nice it is really well laid out and the staff there and the sales people are very informative and very
Purchased and paid for 4 brand new iPhones at this store a while ago. Yesterday we took one of them to Apple to have it fixed. Turns out what we got was a refurbished phone and not a new one (although is came in the original apple box and was shrink wrapped.
Had my phone stolen in Miami and decided to go to the closest Verizon store to see what my options were. I went in and gave them my information and was basically told there was nothing I could do. I asked about different plans and such and the employee told me to buy a new phone on ebay. When I got home, I checked my account online and saw that I was actually eligible for a new plan to purchase a much cheaper phone. The employee at the store seemed like he did not care about my situation and did basically nothing to find out what my options were, even though it turned out I had a few. I was very unhappy with this store and the service.
Staff is very helpful and pleasant, great product selection.
You can get a better deal on a phone elsewhere. The staff was ok but not great but not bad just average...
Customer service is not bad, but could be better. They need more flexibility and common sense when opening new accounts. They request a Florida ID or Drivers License flat out. If you dont have any of those on you, you are in serious trouble, no matter what type of any other valid federal ID you have available (they wouldnt take a passport of residence card either on the phone or at the store!!!). Also, they are very strict on the credit questions. You better dont fail in any way any of the questions. Think twice before answering. These people are like on an acid paranoid trip when it comes to fraud. They just go too far in this regard, and its not necessary. And this applies to Verizons headquarter telephone customer service too. Other than this, I was treated right and all my questions were answered. I have to acknowledge that Verizon has the best cellular service in the nation. And their download or upload Internet speeds beats everybody else hands down! Even the cable company, where signal drops a lot. Im considering buying a hotspot for all my home Internet needs. You can carry their hotspots around if you travel.
Cuestiones Service inneficient for simple cases. Disapointing indeed.
After having my phone stolen at the Ultra music festival, I was informed that not only does Verizon have to send me a phone in the mail, leaving me completely alone when trying to catch a flight home to ohio in the morning, unable to communicate to hire Ubers, unable to communicate with my air bnb host who can only speak spanish if needed, and I would be paying $150 for the insurance deductable for this replacement iPhone 6s, and my father would have to sign an affadavis in Florida when he is in Ohio, otherwise we cant do it. He doesnt know how to email, does he really need to? And guess what? It costs $150 for a refurbished one on ebay, or I could buy my phone back from the pawnshop down the street and walk right back into verizon and have it activated same day--> complete RIP off and she smiled while she said would you like to upgrade then?, in a way that conveyed what other options you got buddy ;). Then she went and fumed to her manager all fake when I smiled back and said of course I would like to upgrade in an angry and disturbing tone. Absolutely absurd, the most horrendous experience I have ever paid for, no human feeling at all, just a relentless store of unfeeling pawns that have no real desire to help you at all, they just want to do the least work possible in a days time. And yes I upgraded after having to kiss up to the assistant and the manager handing me the phone with a verizon rep and having me have to call my dad 8 times using an in store phone, re-sending the code to verify the account holder to him 4 times before she got it to work, and she made me upgrade over the phone with a verizon rep somewhere off in oblivion that took an hour and I had to give my credit card information over the phone saying all of the information out loud in the middle of the store for all the world to hear. I hope they both get humbled or lose their jobs, the credit card thing seems illegal to me, she should have just helped me with her tablet and not directed me to some hotline to try to spite me and hope to delay the process so that the store would close the moment before I had a phone in my hand. Sometimes you have to know when to give in to ignorance, and think on your feet. I knew what she was trying to do to spite me. The whole experience took from 1pm to 5pm. Terrable, terrable place, if you need to do anything in this store expect to walk out in shame.
With being a Verizon customer for over 15 years and former employee, this was by far my worst experience in a corporate retail store. Where do I start, first of all the doors were locked (on iPhone launch day) but the store was open.. the staff (who were all bunched in the front) seemed hesitant to even open the door AFTER I pulled both handles. There was no enthusiasm, engagement or interest in me being at the store. Meanwhile the staff, including a Manager, were hanging around chit-chatting amongst themselves. Systems were down as well smh.. You LOST 3 new activations today VERIZON.. get it together or Ill take my accounts and business elsewhere!
We received excellent assistance from Nodlyne. My only problem was limited parking and it was difficult getting in and out with a lb. Crewcab
Nobody greeted us nor wanted to help us. No worries we went to Sprint and was helped immediately
Expspensive
Poor customer service . Waiting over 30 min to exchange defective product. I guess staff doesn’t have that sense of care for their customers to let you know that someone will be with you as soon is possible. Plus commenting of previous customer in front of you very rude and inappropriate.
I thought the people at this store were very rude. I wanted to buy the iphone 5 and they wouldnt let me without a contract and said there was nothing they could do for me. They didnt ask if I would like anything else or if they could help me in any other way. I told them that I had spoken with sales representatives on their online chat and on the phone and both of them said to come in store to validate my identification. They still didnt want to offer me a phone without a contract. They basically just drove me out of that store. So, I went to a different Verizon wireless and bought the iphone 5 flat out on a prepaid service.
Great location, the staffs are fantastic, very professional
Staff were nice and helpful, but overall this location is very confusing, there is no service counter, but instead desks and podiums scattered randomly around the store, and while someone takes your name as you come in, you have no idea when someone is going to help you, or even who, as customers and staff wander around and mingle.
Bad service, Longline, staff take care of everything except customers
Thats my network but they need to network my old SIMS card into a credit card and send that to my address.
Efficient fair and generous. Thank you.
The best mobile service provider. Most latest gadgets. Very knowlegable and supportive sales associates.
Best service, hands down.
There was two customer in there and for employees helping to customers I walked in waited 10 minutes nobody helped me out so I walked out
Convenient location, lots of parking, helpful and friendly staff
The people there were just not very helpful, thankfully I dont have Verizon.
Sales reps will lie to you in order to make a sale.. got stuck paying something that was added that was supposed to have been free for 60 days..
Walk in no sign up and then long wait. Pathetic
One of the Best Verizon stores there is ! Staff is amazing !
Everyone was helpful here.
Quick and painless visit...
Very bad costumer service never had experience in other carrier what we experienced here at verizon biscayne
Excellent service by Homero. Thanks.
Very nice and helpful staff.
Very helpful employees
Service here is spotty, sometimes good, sometimes bad.
If I could give this store less then a zero I would . Horrible customer service, typical of Miami sad to say. Mis-representation and information by the staff, which is a reflection of the Management there.
If this is the Biscayne Blvd location, it gets 5 stars..anywhere when Soni is the manager.
This is the best internet
Customer service is a disaster, After I walked inside, it took 20 minute for someone to put my name in the waiting lists, after another 30 minute waiting, I asked how long it will take for someone to help me, the lady told me 1hr. Never again!!!
Worst customers service that I ever experienced. I actually had to leave :(
Nice people great customer support
Great service, great management, great staff.
Its a Verizon Store. What else do you need to say?
I wouldnt recommend going to this Verizon store that are not well trained.
Be careful staff and general manager Abraham offered to open account and told wrong condition!!!!! You bill increase to times!!!!!!!
This isnt Verizon, this is the circus.... They got a bunch of clowns working here.
