I was Finally able to make a stop into the The Bagel Factory for breakfast, while I was running a few errands. The location was clean and they were polite, helpful, and quick with our order. I ended up getting an egg, sausage, & cheese sandwich on an everything bagel, and it was simply amazing! We also got some eggs and pancakes, which was cook well and very tasty too. Overall I was very satisfied with my entire experience, would recommend, and definitely visit again.

Great bagel chew. Awesome flavor. Being from the Midwest I need about 1 inch of cream cheese on my bagels. But besides that they were all incredibly delicious. Especially the Egg bagel super yummy and would recommend.

Literally soooo good. I got an everything bagel club sandwich and I am blown away by how yummy it is. Most of the people who worked there were really nice and the food didn’t take long at all. Will DEFINITELY come back. So happy I found this place, had no idea it was there and i’ve lived here my whole life. 100% recommend.

Ordered four breakfast bagels - two ham, egg, and cheese, and two lox bagels, all toasted. Bagels were far from toasted, and the lox spread was basically a pile of cream cheese with spare bits of salmon. Lady behind the counter was extremely impatient and quite unpleasant. Got chippy with me for asking for cinnamon rolls from the menu that were out of stock. Thats not my problem that youre out of something. Also, she acted as if I ruined her day when I asked to change the order to everything bagels for the lox instead of plain. The order wasnt even complete and paid for, so why the attitude? To summarize: stale bagels, bad preparation, and bad attitudes. Ill just get bagels from Kroger next time.

Yummy bagels! Get there early, for the best selection. Great friendly service at the end of long day day for them. Cream cheese was yummy and the poppy and sesame bagels were great the next morning.

The experience here wasnt too good this time around. The lady at the register didnt seem to know the register too well. She may have been new and thats fine. However, when you have such a long line, you may want to have someone else doing the register. Then we ordered blueberry pancakes. The pancakes were not cooked at all. All the batter was leaking out of it. We returned the pancakes and the one lady was very apologetic. I think they should have offered to refund us for the pancakes AND still make us a new order. Besides that, bagels were good. Next time we will stick to bagels when we visit this place.

The bagel was pretty good but the compliments stop there. The cream cheese was cheap and subpar. We had 5 breakfasts and they were almost entirely cooked poorly. The BLT had 2 strips of bacon on it. My wife’s scrambled eggs tasted as if they were cooked in fish and had lot of brown spots. My daughters Italian sandwich was served on stale bread. To top it all off, our meal was regularly disrupted by the woman that worked there yelling at her coworkers for mistakes. The entire experience was just awkward.

Love the bagels from this place but the staff is less than friendly. They also love super slow to put orders together and messed our order up. Easily waited 15 minutes for four toasted bagels. Not sure I’ll go back or recommend them to others.

These bagels are banging!!!! Love that i didnt have to go by a grocery store to get some these are great. Home made cream cheese takes me back to living in Michigan. Not a NY bagel but pretty dang close. Delicious choices on the menu, i personally like the asiago with the chive cream cheese. Definitely will be back once this dozen is gone!!!

Down from Raleigh just for the weekend. Popped in late Saturday right as they were about to close. The place made me think of my favorite bagel shop back home in Cleveland. And boy did the Bagel Factory deliver. Big, fresh, chewy, wonderful bagels. No frills but nice. I hate that we didnt go back for more the next morning as we were leaving town. But I have saved them in my Goggle Map Favorites for our next visit down.

Honestly, first Id like to say that people who complain and write bad review about this place are grossly out of line. MINE DIDNT HAVE CHEESE WHHAAAA...... Im from NY and moved to North Myrtle Beach this is hands down the closest I have come to having the creature comfort foods from back home. I ate bagels regularly and I tried 10-15 places trying to find something remotely close to what I grew up on. Finally I came across the bagel factory.... awesome staff, great food, excellent selection and the prices are just right. Now if I can pay find a decent slice of pizza Ill be all set.... great job BAGEL FACTORY

I saw this place pop up on Google maps and decided to stop by - I wasnt disappointed. I only got a half dozen plain bagels, but they are fresh and delicious! For barely more than youll pay in the frozen aisle you can get fresh, delicious bagels.

Been going to the one in myrtle beach for about 6 years and love that place. Was super happy to see that there was one on the north end. So far out of three tries I had 2 burnt bagels and a delivery that forgot a dozen bagels I paid for (in fairness they did offer to let me pick them up but I never did as it was part of my delivery order and I had things to do that day). The quality is lacking compared to the one in myrtle as well. The bagels Ive received did not taste fresh. The jalapeño cheddar cream cheese is even different (tastes like they are adding too much hot sauce). Guess Im going back to myrtle or somewhere else.

By far the worst bagels I have ever had. Hard, stale and just all around gross. My husband ordered a sandwich with cheese, when it came out it it had zero cheese... and then the lady argued that we didnt order cheese... When it was on the receipt. Negative stars isnt an option... So here we are with one.

Bagel Factory no longer exist at this location!!! NOW Duck Doughnuts is there and they are GREAT!!! Alittle pricey but good tasting cake like gourmet style topping yummy goodness!!!

Stopped in today for a quick breakfast at their newest location on Main St.NMB. These are the bagels anyone from New York/New Jersey are looking for. For those not from the North East these are the bagels you are looking for as well. Fresh, Flavorful large bagels with the right texture. Very reasonably priced with a variety of flavors in bagels and cream cheeses with many sandwich/platter menu options. We tried the asiago with cream cheese & chives and the everything bagel breakfast sandwich with eggs, bacon, cheese and a large side of the crispy brown potatoes. It was delicious. Met the owners, great conversation and dedicated to serving quality fresh baked products and foods.

It wasnt a clean organized looking place like I want to eat in. But bagels were good. I wasnt offered any creams to go with bagels.

I would give more stars but its frustrating when I call for a delivery and told that you can’t deliver today. Either you deliver or you don’t deliver, it’s as simple as that. Don’t advertise one thing and do another.

Im sorry but this place has never impressed me. Tried it three times. The bagels and muffins seem old. Stale.

Ordered a turkey n Swiss lighlty toasted.. the cheese isnt even melted. As I was ordering a pack of opened cigarettes were at the register along with cleaning supplies lying on the counter. After we get our food noticed there wasnt even a side with out meal and had to go back. The guy laghued at me when I asked where my side was. Said he asked me if I wanted chips. No what I wanted was my pasta salad but he said he could give me chips and went to a box of stacked boxed chips and opened it up. Very unprofessional and very dirty and unorganized.

Got a coffee there wasnt good tasted it was there for a long time. There was hair around the spout.
