Nasty, Nasty Nasty attitudes!!! From all the family members! They are super nice until they get the job and then you see there true colors. I like to support locally owned business but never again will I deal with them! Take your business elsewhere. Still waiting for this to be fixed correctly.

Had a floor put into my home office today and I couldnt be more pleased with the quality of the product and the professionalism of the installers.Fast, friendly, cleaned as they went. They showed a respect for the home that in so many cases one does not experience. The price was right and the installers made me realize I certainly picked the right company to do the work.I wish I could give more stars but Ill shout out their praises to anyone and everyone.A job more than well done!

Excellent work, professional, they cleaned as they worked, left the new floor looking super and left the rest of the house looking good too. In addition, they gave advice on how to take care of the new flooring.

My wife and I are occasional vacationers whos main residence is Virginia. Williams Carpet did a complete floor covering install for us in our Tidewater condo. We found the folks at Williams to be very professional, the quality of the material excellent and pricing to be very fair. They met all of our expectations during the entire process. We would definitely recommend them for consideration to anyone looking for floor covering.

Kevin and his staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in helping with my flooring needs. They did an excellent job and were quick at doing it. I would highly recommend.

They offer great pricing are incredibly accommodating and highly customer service oriented.They communicated efficiently along the entire process of when we could expect our carpets to arrive right down to the installation time. Theyre installers are great and did a fantastic job installing our new carpets including a staircase that they did the most amazing job on. The pricing is also very competitive and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.

Sandra helped me choose the perfect carpet and the installers did a wonderful job in all 3 rooms, despite them having to work around a hurricane, its damage, and my remodeling. Excellent selections and super customer service- helped with selections as we were doing 3 rooms. Installers were prompt and cleaned up before they left. Lead installer Tim was helpful as we wanted a section of carpet bound, took back to store for us.We have lived in four states and have dealt with many flooring stores and Williams Carpet is top notch.

Very nice & helpful with the choices if products.

We waited over two months for williams carpet to contact us regarding saddle and repair of our wood floors. Every time we contacted Williams carpet we were told that Chris their installer will call us. We are still waiting for that call. Would not recommend this company

We just had CoreTec flooring installed in our condo and absolutely love it. I cant say enough for Kevin, Sandra and the install crew headed up by Chris. This company is top notch. Prices are competitive and the workmanship is fabulous.

Rude. The women behind the desk with the red hair had the nastiest attitude of anyone I have ever dealt with that works with the public. Not only was she rude but the place seemed messy and disorganized. Its a shame because I love supporting local businesses but I will never be back to Williams Carpet.

The employees at Williams Carpet were very nice to me when ordering my carpet. During the ordering process, I specifically asked for carpet that did not show footprints. The carpet they sold me shows footprints in the worst way! Its awful. This new carpet cost me $5,000.00 and I am so disappointed. The sub-contractor (carpet installer) they used to install my carpet was a nightmare. So many things went wrong with the installer. Ill just mention a couple of things: 1) they damaged a very nice dresser in one of my bedrooms and then denied it. Williams Carpet is giving me a mere $200.00 credit for this damage. Really? The cost to replace this dresser would be far more than $200.00. And, to repair it? It will most definitely cost me more than $200.00 to get the deep scratch repaired. Williams Carpet could care less, and 2) it took the installer NINE hours to install the carpet in three small bedrooms and one living room. There were many other things that went wrong. If you use Williams Carpet, be sure to ask for the best sub-contractor they have.

Over the past six months we have been updating an 80s brick ranch house in NMB, it is a second home for us so we were wanting it to be as low maintenance as possible. The folks at Williams Carpet have gone above and beyond during this process!! They were very patient with our back and forth over materials.... hardwood and tile vs. Cortec.... I cant remember how many visits we made to the store or how many times we took samples back with us ... but the were many. With Ginger and Kevins encouragement we chose Cortec. It was installed through out in September by Chris and his crew. With two dogs and friends and family that visit with dogs it was definitely the best choice for us. We also ordered a great neutral berber carpet which has been cut to size and bound to use as area rugs in living and dining rooms, den and bedrooms. I just learned the rugs are ready! SO EXCITED to see the finished product! I HIGHLY recommend this family operated and locally owned business! They are the best!
