No customer service... There was 1 employee in store and 4 customers. The employee never said nothing to me within the 5 min. I was in there. A simple we will be with you in a min sir. Would have meant alot. First time coming here....... .

You cannot buy parts there for any of your vape pens or products so whats the point of going there when you have to buy parts on the internet you might as well by your Vape products on the internet they just saw the product and forget the customer

The manager/ staff was very helpful and informative about me choosing my herb vaporizer, great price compared to other smoke shops and products are 100% genuine certified. I will definitely be going back to this shop for future purchases, excellent service.

I love these places. Very nice and welcoming environment. They are always very informed and willing to answer questions. I went in just to look around and take in the art. They were completely fine with that and still conversed with me during my visit. If you want to visit a shop down here, I recommend this chain.

Went for ejuice, not really a vape store. They carry some juice but seems to be more of a smoke shop. They have some ejuice, pipes, papers, etc

Stay clear. I bought 3 different vapes since I moved here from them. They dont let you try one before you purchase. All 3 stopped working within a month. No refunds or discounts. Asked to speak to the owner and was not provided that information.

The store says it’s open the lights are on but the door is locked and they are not answering the phone. Waited 15 minutes watched multiple customers walk away and finally gave up.

Huge selection of unique pieces Ive never seen anywhere else plus nice quality glass. Oh and I cant forget the awesome prices! Got a really nice 2 foot water pipe for $130!!! Like thats unheard of. Dont waste your time anywhere else. They have everything 😀

I bought a second stick v8 baby made by SMOK against my better judgement. The first one I bought leaked everywhere and drove me crazy. After asking about several devices, the man at the store convinced me this second stick v8 baby WOULD NOT leak. I figured he was an expert and I must have done something to cause the leaking on the first one. So I had him prime and fill the new one in the store. Guess what? It leaked before I got out of the door. When I showed it to him he said he must have gotten some on the outside of the device when he filled it. The best part is I wasnt given a receipt so now I cant even contact the manufacturer for a refund. I will never stop here again.

I like the shop but there has been several times that they were not open on time (more than half hour) And more than once theyve been closed in the middle of business hours. Maybe having staffing problems but it can be frustrating when you are on a time limit.
