He doughnuts definitely arent fresh and the custard filled was questionable (see picture). The glazed were good though. They were also out of a lot of stuff.

The donuts were great and fresh. The management, I was very unimpressed with. The picture shows all the people outside and not assisting the new workers inside when the line went out on the street. The poor workers were getting yelled at by one individual but yet the management just stood outside. We were only about 6 cars back but it took a 1/2 to get donuts. The inside workers were doing the best they could. They also did not have all options on their menu. We understand the employee shortages but managers could have been helping out inside!

There was a long wait for the hot, fresh donuts, but they were totally worth it. The Halloween donuts currently available are completely adorable. The staff was very friendly and our order was correct.

Had donuts on the menu that we were told they did not carry. 8:30 and out of all spice donuts. We got the last four lemon. Out of all other for the most part. North Myrtle Beach always has nothing you want. Knew better than to stop. Want again!

Awful. Ordered online to avoid lines. In arrival the doors are all locked... no entry allowed, even to pick up order. So, forced until the drive through line! Had to wait in line anyway, even after ordering! If I had not already paid... I wouldve left! I wont be back. Locking doors on customers is NEVER acceptable!

When the hot side is up go get it try not to show up after 8:00 p.m. sometimes you get left over donuts

I was having a gender reveal party and called Krispy Kreme to see if they could make donuts for it. They said they definitely could and encouraged me to pick them up fresh right before the gender reveal party (huge mistake!), so I show up at the time arranged and the staff had no idea what I was talking about. The manager there said that the morning manager Jessica is famous for not communicating to the rest of the staff, so that is why the order was never made. Now, I have nothing for the party and won’t have time to get anything else. Do not rely of the word of the staff hear. I have heard other Krispy Kreme locations can do this with no problem, but please avoid this one!

September 26 2021 was at Krispy kreme at 9:20 pm. The girl at the window said all they had was regular glaze doughnuts, nothing else till 7am in the morning. Closing time is 10:00 pm. If the people working there cant do the job they ought to shut it down. You cant get business if you dont have nothing to serve.

Waited over an hour to find out at the screen all they had was original. Kind of bummed wanted some chocolate glaze had to go to a circle k to get my kids the donuts they wanted. Other than that the donuts we got tasted great. Can’t blame anyone due to the volume of business and there’s always next time.

The coffee was like motor oil and should never have been presented to a human being. The Hot light was on and the donuts came out cold as ice.

I love that other donut company for coffee, but Krispy Kreme is the BEST DONUTS COMING OFF THE LINE HOT AAAAHHHHHH.

Very busy! Did not have many of their normal selections. I was surprised as busy as they were, they werent making fresh donuts. I live in Winston Salem & our Krispy Kreme is slightly better as it always stocked with options & allows inside dining where this location did not.

Who doesnt love doughnuts!! Just wish one was a little closer to home. 😔 Great customer service and usually very clean.

Highly recommend Krispy Kreme in North Myrtle Beach and ask for Brittany she is absolutely incredible she was so super nice and helpful she did an special order for us and they were absolutely deliciously!!! Best customer service I have seen from any in a company in years! She definitely needs a raise I wish I could hire with me where I work in need someone like her!

Wow. Total lack of customer service. We arrived promptly before 10pm and were met with “we don’t have coffee”. How could a company that has COFFEE on a sign not have coffee or any other donuts other than the boring glazed? Absolutely won’t be heading back to this spot. I’ll stick to my usual Krispy Kreme on Kings Hwy. I understand it was semi close to closing time. But when there’s ~15 cars in line, maybe you should turn the exterior sign off. Just my $.02

Horrible customer service. Got doughnut sign on. Ordered got glazed donuts and got COLD doughnuts (glaze was already cracked). When asked guy at drive thru window said sorry we don’t have any more hot donuts and would not even offer refund. Thank goodness this isn’t the only Krispy Kreme in myrtle beach. If it was would never eat Krispy Kreme again!!!

Order two doesnt donuts. One all the same and the second one mixed. But when we got home and.open them the mix dozen one not what we ordered. It was mixed different then we asked for. Was not to.happy about the mix up of the donuts we order. More likely I will not go back again until we are Abel to go in and pick for ourselves what type of donuts we want. Specially since the price is so high for a dozens.

Theirs 5 workers inside sitting on their phones while I waited 45 minutes in a line outside since the inside is closed for some reason to get 2 boxes of glazed. It should not take 44 minutes to serve 10 people and the inside should not be closed unless the restaurant itself is closed. Also when I got my donuts they were cold. After that wait they should have came right off the line and been hot. Also the donuts were a third as thick as they should have been . They look like onion rings

Wish I could give zero stars. Visiting on vacation and never had Krispy Kreme. Well they had very few donuts to choose from and NOT ONE AVAILABLE WITH KREME FILLED. Also donuts were cold. The biggest part of the experience per the website is that they are served at the perfect warm temperature. They are not. What the actual heck. Line was terribly long but we waited. Got an iced coffee and that was literally milk and sugar and flavoring - no coffee in it ?? Terrible first experience.

Went here for breakfast because we dont have them back home. They did not have the lobby open but the drive through was open and wrapped around the building. It was definitely worth the wait.

Worst Krispy Kreme ever..and there are a lot of bad ones, especially in MB. Waited 40 mins+ in line only to be told they are doing glazed only. Bait & switch and total incompetence. Youre better off going to a localgrocery store and just buy a box of Krispy Kreme prepackaged donuts & throwing em in the microwave for 5 seconds because their retail operations are bottom of the barrel!

Waited in line for 40 minutes before we decided to leave. It appears they have the capacity to serve one person every 15 minutes. The line was moving but it was clearly only because people were giving up and leaving the line, not because anyone was actually being served.

Waited in line for an hour. Didnt have any donuts prepared. Staff was not friendly and not helpful. It was clear they were dragging their feet and not interested in trying to give good customer service.

The young man that was taking the order today at the drive-thru is very unprofessional. He dont represent the Krispy Kreme brand he dont make customers feel welcome. And it had long lines however the young lady that work at the window was very attentive to her job and very kind.

Warm Donuts are awesome. Store was very busy, and lobby was closed, causing a line completely around the building.

Lines were long and doughnuts we ordered were not available. Restaurant dinning room is close as the appear to be having staffing issues.

The donuts are always great but the ice coffee is terrible. Its a mix of hot and cold then they add ice. They have a great system so the long line goes pretty fast and the staff is very friendly.

Internet said Dine In but the dining room was closed. Not cool as we wanted to sit for our donuts and coffee. We waited in the drive thru for our donuts and went to the coffee shop in Calabash to eat them with our lattes.

I love Krispy Kreme! For some reason its only drive-thru on random days and times and when I cant walk-in the drive-thru line is ridiculously long.Today there was only 1 car ahead of me. The staff is super nice and the donuts are always delicious 😋. Ill wait in drive-thru with 8 cars of less because its worth the wait.

They were out of what we wanted. Ordered something different, one was wrong. Drive-thru only. Guy at window could have cared less. Very disappointed, always been nice and good.

Well, it was a one of a kind visit. Forgot sugar and stirrer for the coffee, napkins for the doughnuts. Kept asking if we were the Covid Car...WTH???

We showed up here late one night and a gentleman gave us a free dozen because they had run out of donuts. When we made it back a few days later the staff was friendly and quick with our order. The only issue was the drive thru speaker was out of order.

Doughnuts are average at best, the people taking the order got it wrong and then didnt try to make it right.

Drove in from Ocean Isle Beach 8/9/21 at 6:45 pm. We were advised you had only 3 flavors of donuts left (all fruit filled). How do you run out of donuts, that’s what you do!!!

Just left the Kristen Kreme at North Myrtle beach. I came here two years ago from Michigan and had the best service and best donuts. I came Sunday morning and the crew where less than nice. I came back today a day later and the service was the same. Literally, saw an employee take a coffee from a lady that the order was not correct and throw it into the sink! It’s hard to get peoples orders correct when the employee is refusing to speak to the customers! So rude. All of them. Probably won’t be back. I’ll drive to the one closer to where I’m staying.

I feel sorry for the businesses in SC right now. The lobby was closed and the drive thru was wrapped around the building twice. On top of that they were having headset issues. We got two dozen in a reasonable time considering the issues they were facing. Good job!

Drive through clerk was high as a kite and could barely function. Had to go through my order several times because he kept forgetting what I had just said. Also, was barely able to hand me my change. One of the other employees had to hand me our doughnuts and coffee.Coffee is mediocre at best. Donuts... good.We came here on 6/9/21 at about 8am.

Went to this location based on Google saying it was open. It was closed at 7:55. No sign posted as to the problem or if permanently closed.

Horrible. Arrived about 4pm on saturday. Pulled up only to find out the lobby was closed due to staffing issues, ok i get that. So we got in the drive thru which was lined up to the road. We waited about 30 minutes and finally got to the speaker to find out it was broke. Ok, i can deal with that, we’ll just order at the window. Get up to the window to find out the entire place is closed. Now im 40 shades of pi$$ed off. I knocked on the drive thru window only to be told they closed because “something is wrong with the restaurant”. Seriously? No signs, no warnings NOTHING! Just a 30 minute wait for this

Its been years since Ive been near a krispy kreme....its not the same getting a box from a grocery store in a place krispy kreme doesnt exist, if you like those and have never had an actual fresh donut from there than youre in for a treat...i believe they have exhaust fans that blow out into the street so you can smell the glazed goodness wafting out and beckoning you to come in and enjoy.

We were here for the weekend. Every time we went they were out of glazed donuts. If it was one time then whatever. But it’s pretty consistent that they are just out of glazed donuts. And yesterday they were out of so much. And not even at closing.

Waited 40 minutes in line of drive thru. We were the 5th vehicle. Absolutely no excuse for this. If uou ate having a problem with order have them pull over and keep the line moving. If I didnt promise kids donuts I personally would have left. KK you let me and the vehicle who left and the ones who coped. You should be ashamed of your service.

Kept interrupting me as Im trying to order, got our entire order wrong and kept calling me bruh. Our doughnuts are not what we ordered, they stacked the chocolate ones so the icing is everywhere in the box. First time eating there definitely wont be going back.

Lobby was closed with no explanation, 40 minute wait in line, told at speaker every time we tried to order a donut they were ‘out’. It’s nearly impossible to make a dozen. The guy at the speaker acted like he hated his job - and us.We went at 3 pm too, there’s really no excuse for this.

We were going to take some donuts back to the hotel, for breakfast on Mothers day morning. The hot and ready sign was on....so we were like YEAH! NOPE, we sat in the drive thru line for 35 minutes with 6 other cars and no explanation. We left.
