In a nutshell: They told this new Grandma that we were taking pictures on the beach - I needed a quick fix. Im a woman of color and walked into a wig shop with all blond wigs. I wanted to back out, but she wasnt having it. Why cant you be a blond? After I selected a few to try on, she asked if I would trust her? When I hesitantly agreed, she looked at my face shape, chose the unit she had in mind and the results were spectacular. My husband loved it.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional. My Sister received a call that her wig was in and she could pick it up today. When she arrived, the woman could not find it. She told my Sister that possibly the lady before her picked it up and took it with her. How does that happen?? How devastating to my Sister who put her trust in this place . The woman was very inconsiderate to her feelings. Next time, check you order before you call your customer.

I dropped by one Friday morning in February with hope to pick up a hair piece. I not only got a HIGH QUALITY, PERFECT MATCH hair piece; I was taught MORE about hair piece/wig wearing than I had learned in over 20 years! The owner is KNOWLEDGEABLE and GENEROUS with her knowledge and instructions. She took her time with me and I left incredibly HAPPY! I plan to visit her again in July when I am back in town!—BOTTOM LINE: GREAT SERVICE, QUALITY, AND PRICES! BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD BUYING A WIG!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

My friend had ordered a wig from this place. She received a call that it was in and could come to pick it up. So, my friend goes down to pick up the wig and the lady says she could not find it. Why would you call a customer to pick up something if you don’t have it ready for them??? This is a terrible way to do business! I would definitely not recommend this place and really don’t want to even give it one star.

My mom has alopecia and was searching for a wig, we came here, setup an appointment, came in a half hour early and the lady said she misplaced the wigs!!!! She showed almost zero remorse towards the fact that both my parents were out in the parking lot in tears. If I could rate our expeirence at this joke of a wig shop I would rate it in the negatives. Go somewhere else.

Roxanne is so patient and kind to each customer she meets. She took her time to help, explain and comfort because of hair loss. I will always be grateful to her personally and professionally!!

This lady is highly professional with her customers. You may have to schedule a private fitting, but if there is a wait, its because her customers are treated with respect and are not thrown out the door.She is highly knowledgeable in her field, and not many that I know with her knowledge.

Bad experience watched me waiting outside and when she finally saw me said she could see me for another 30 minutes.
