We ordereds 4 sliding patio doors. Very friendly, easy to work with. It will take weeks to come in. More after they are installed.

Hired Matthew Griffin in January of 2021 to replace our garage door with custom sliders. Waited until April 2021 to hear that the door finally came in (because of COVID we were told). Well, here we are, having had a horrific time getting him to return phone calls and texts. His poor secretary Leah feeling horrible about how we are being treated. It is now mid May. We were told the concrete guy would be here Thursday…no show…called and texted…was told by Leah Matthew was on vacation (this time because all the other times we called and texted there was another excuse). Finally got a text that he didn’t know what concrete guy didn’t show up. Concrete guy came at 1pm promptly, had no idea what to do because he does tile! Left to go to Lowe’s to get supplies per Matthew on speaker phone. Came back and did concrete work. Per a text of Matthew, the door will be installed today! Here we sit, on the couch, at 1pm and no door! No return text or phone call. Even sent him a FB message…..not a response. So now, I have a garage with no door….no way to cover it …..and Matthew can enjoy his weekend! I WOULD RUN FAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! If you value your home or your money….RUN FAR. I will gladly post pictures of our house without a door on it and our contract….just ask!!!! HORRIFIC

Another wonderful time doing business with Lil Matt (as I call him). Once again you have went well past my own expectations. From start to finish you had me completely Relaxed. Very professional. Tracey and Gentry,I advise you both to get an inspector for your glass (windows and or doors) and have them confirm if they are truly hurricane proof glass just as we have scheduled. They will be out Friday. I am going to contact you both in fb and will let you know who exactly to contact. They already have an open investigation on him.From doing my research on the one good review it looks as though that review was posted by his girlfriend.

The owner of this company Matthew Griffin lies to all his customers, to the HOA and to the city. He sold us 2 glass storm doors and 12 windows and said they were hurricane proof. Their is no way they are hurricane proof. Two cracked within the 4 months of having them. I have begged him to please come and replace them along with another window that I can’t even get open. He blamed it on the virus and employees not working but 3 days later we seen company truck and 2 guys at another home working. I have given up on him replacing them so now I am asking for paperwork showing they are hurricane proof But he won’t come through with that either. I told him he gave us no other choice but to take him to court but he so rudely replied such vulgar and stated “u won’t win, this is my town”. I was completely in disbelief. So yes we will now see him in court. I encourage everyone to get an inspector to confirm if your doors and windows are for sure hurricane proof and exactly what he said he was putting in. I also discovered that he didn’t pull a permit for the job he did at our home. But keep in mind he told me he did just before his crew showed up to do my windows and doors. He is a con man!! I should have listened to what my gut said after reading the negative reviews about him. But he is so convincing and blamedthe reviews were posted by either an old friend who tried taking his business, another he claimed was posted from a revengeful ex girlfriend and more stories. But people be aware of anyone who doesn’t accept responsibility and is always the victim, that’s a True narcissist. As you see he is claiming his company doesn’t have a file on them. I would bet that’s just another one if his lies. But We won’t make that mistake again. Next time If I see bad reviews on a company I just won’t be using them. I can’t afford another mistake like this one. Their are too many other companies who do the same work I can chose from and call with good reviews. Readers please I encourage you to read the reviews and believe what you read. Customers such as me and others have no reason to lie. But this man does. This man lies, steals, cheats and cons the weak. I tried working this out before filing paperwork and typing this review but he is impossible. He doesn’t return phone calls and when he does, he has excuse after excuse. He promises he is going to send crew back but never did. He doesn’t return calls if their is an issue and when he does he has a nasty attitude but it’s after he gets your money. . we ignored them and gave his company a chance. Boy do We regret that. Just be aware, this man is so con and is CROOKED.

Beth Welborn Gentry was your customer. You have lied on several occasions to us about fixing our window. If you are looking for someone to do windows run very fast from this place. I am very pleased with the work and product installed by Window and Door LLC a my home. Its sad to see this company having to have their reputation ruined with false reviews being written out of spite by an ex-girlfriend. I dont know Matthew very well, but I remember that I was experiencing some issues with an unwanted suitor, so we talked a bit about relationships and three of the bad reviews are created by her and her family (I recognize the names). Please dont let them sway you from hiring the, because they do great work.

LIES LIES LIES.... Its sad that everyone with a negative remark you claim you havnet done business with them or other petty bs. You completely lied to us about our windows. You now wont return calls and finally getting you to reply via email you were absolutely ugly. Nasty attitude.You are not professional and neither are your workers. They wont show up on schedule. It took your crew weeks to do a 2 day job. Everything about you and your company are lies. You need to be put out of business.

Matt and his staff have been nothing but honest and upfront about everything needed to complete the job. He is a stand up guy who stands behind his work. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Ive worked for Window and Door LLC since November of last year. Construction is something I had absolutely no experience in and was very nervous about stepping into something new. Matthew Griffin has taught me more in 8months than Ive learned in a very long time. This Man never stops working. I dont think he even sleeps. He is so knowledgeable about this profession and all its facets. Our crews are such a great group of people. Each bringing there own talents to the table. Im so proud to work for a company that truly cares first about there employees and the happiness of the customers. Each morning I pray on my drive to work.. only asking God to look over our crews while there out working and to look after my Boss because this type of work can really wore you down. Praying for strength to deal with my comes to us. We are a family and Im proud of my family.

Installed hurricane glass and it cracked a week after because it was too large for the opening. Refuses to replace. Would not recommend this business
