Very cute eclectic local furniture store. Nice staff. Reasonable prices. Have items in stock for quick delivery. Delivery men were very friendly, quick, and respectful of property. Will be buying from there for my home.

Two very disappointing experiences this week. First time, I came into the store thinking it would be an off time. A male salesman came up to me and told me of the “sales” available. After looking around for a few minutes I became interested in a bedroom set that had a sold sign on it. He said he would check to see if the pieces I wanted were available after he looked up something for another customer. Well I guess they were spending more money than me because he never got back to me. I went up to the front of the store and saw him chatting and laughing with another salesman! I walked right out the door. He never even acknowledged me.Today, a week later, I returned with my husband to see if by chance the set was still on the floor and was happy to see it was. (Why didn’t it go out for delivery?) this time a female salesperson offered to help. She went right to the catalog and showed me what the whole set looked like and looked up the prices and availability! Apparently they can only discount pieces they have in stock! Good news the mirror (cheapest piece) was on sale but the two bureaus were not. Not only were they not on sale but the price she quoted me was MORE than the tags on the floor said! I questioned her and she said the price went up. I looked at my husband as he pointed to the door! I felt like it was a bait and switch situation which she claimed was not the intent but the fact remains the same! Sorry, you’ve lost the business of a permanent local!

Excellent experience here! Went in looking for a desk and fell in love with the Cottage Creek Rosalyn bedroom set. Purchased on Tuesday, delivered this morning (Wednesday). Chris & Lynne in Sales are fantastic. And the two guys, Anthony and Jared, that delivered and set up our furniture on the 11th floor of a condo building were amazing!!! Will definitely be back to refresh additional rooms in the future. Thank you!!!

This store presents well and has decent selection on the floor. I have had two previous positive experiences while shopping there. I called and asked for one of the people who had previously helped me, I have had issues finding an dining room set I love that had a reasonable availability and time frame. The person I had previously spoken to will not be in for 3 days. I explained what I was hoping to accomplish, and the salesperson who answered, Dylan, informed me I would have to call back when the associate I had originally spoken to would be there. I am trying to buy a dining room set almost immediately, and will be calling other retailers, and may not need one in 3 days. I was totally turned off by the unwillingness to help, I guess they don’t need my $2500-3000 business now, plus any future business as I furnish my brand new construction, largely empty house? Very disappointing due the the two previous positive interactions. I called early, in hopes of things not being too busy yet. I also would’ve had no issue being called back by someone. I cannot envision any scenario, other than sheer desperation, that would cause me to return to this store after this experience.

Furnished entire rental property from this store and spent approximately $35,000. Received a phone call 3 years after the purchase stating I had an outstanding balance but they could not explain the purchase. Called and requested information regarding warranty for dining room chairs that legs had completely snapped off and they stated because my house was a rental that it voided the warranty on the furniture.REALLY bad customer service. Sales associate was rude and assumed that I was in the wrong immediately. They are great at selling but have NO skills with customer relations. I ALWAYS try to support private business but unfortunately they seem understaffed and overwhelmed. Will definitely shop elsewhere when the time comes to refurbish.

So disappointed after shopping at this store for years. I placed a very large furniture order. We ordered a KING SIZE John Thomas bedroom, dining room.sideboard and bar stools. When ordering the king size bed dresser night stands and men’s chest, all matching on the same page. When they came the triple dresser and men’s chest was for a youth’s bedroom. I was beside myself and was told the measurements were on the page I looked at. Never in my life have I gone to buy furniture and brought a tape measure to see how large a piece was..... I think the most disappointing aspect was they could have put those pieces on their showroom floor and I could have paid the difference for the proper size. I never heard back from them, and are stuck with chests that won’t fit our clothes.

When pricing a dining room set, the salesman was not willing to negotiate price at all. Previously purchased a whole condo full of furniture, but didnt matter. They were $200 more then another furniture store for the same set!

Looks small from the outside. Wow a ton of stock and really great quality beachy looks.

Have always enjoyed shopping in this store in the past. Was shocked to walk into store and see no employees wearing masks. There was no ability to social distance as aisles wear extremely narrow. I had my mask on to protect others so I was very uncomfortable and so I left immediately. Just wanted to share with others who are taking this virus seriously.

The first time we walked in, we were overwhelmed at all they had to offer. From bedroom suites to kitchen tables to sofas and couches, they have a great selection. The sales staff is outstanding as well.

The delivery people, Josun and Cannan, were courteous, on time and knowledgeable about furniture assembly and placement. We purchased a sleeper sofa and love seat in March from Seaside. The purchase and delivery went well and we had no issues. Fast forward a few months and we now have issues with the quality of the furniture. After only 4 months, the fabric has ripped in one area, the cushions sag as though it’s years old and the tacking of the back to the frame is pulling apart. I contacted Seaside via email July 19 asking about warranty info and offering for one of their representatives to come look at the issues in person. I received no response. On July 27, my husband contacted them again through their website asking why we were not getting a response. Someone called that evening and left a message to call. Before we could call back, my husband received an email saying they had tried “several times” to call us. (They tried once and left one message). On July 31, I spoke with Scott and he told me our issue had been sent to their service department and that I would be contacted on Monday Aug 3. It is now Aug 15 and I have yet to hear from anyone else. I had read a few reviews that service after the sale wasn’t stellar but I chose to believe those were isolated incidents. Apparently not. They have a beautiful store with many nice items to choose from and the sales people have always been kind and helpful, but we won’t be back.

So much great furniture and accessories. I found 2 beautiful lamps @ 40% off so pretty good buy. The person assisting me was a sweet, helpful lady named Toni. I would definitely recommend this place that has everything including great service!

We have bought several pieces of furniture here.It is mostly poor quality furniture! I’ve had two Bar stools break where you put your foot. And the Manager told me they were not designed for abuse..well excuse me we don’t abuse our furniture!! Never again ad will never recommend them!

Very cottage style collection, with prices to match vacation home buyers. Overheard some other shoppers saying that they could get better deals on Wayfair. Sure but you would not have to put it together or deal with cheaper quality. Saw many items that were actually made of solid wood and had good craftmanship. Some great deals to be had in the clearance section, if you like white? A three star because the store has tight aisles and the mandated mask covering is posted at the door it is not enforced at all. We have purchased our furniture from them - they are honest, caring and really know their stuff - great decorating ideas - very reasonable pricing! Great selections too! We love this place, really ! Have spent tens of thousands of dollars furnishing and finishing our house in North Myrtle Beach. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and will assist with price. If you love Beach or Nautical theme, this is a MUST SEE before you go to any other furniture store.You will be very impressed with the selection and display of all that Seaside has to offer. It is worth the stop, and is as much an attraction as Barefoot Landings of any other point of interest in North Myrtle Beach. We love this place !

We went to seaside furniture store in north myrtle beach yesterday. A lady salesperson greeted us when we came into the store. She did not wear a mask, and proudly exclaimed that they do not enforce social distancing.Store had many customers and narrow obstructed aisles. Many customers we saw had a concerned look on their face. We left after a very brief visit.Do they not realize they are endangering the public?

Lynn was great, friendly and super helpful. Our bedroom was delivered within the window however, the headboard wasnt the one we had ordered. Now I know that sounds less than perfect but they handled it so well, they let us keep the one that came in until the correct one arrived and then came back out and swapped it out, they kept us in the loop on timing for when it shipped and would be coming. Mistakes happen but it truly shows the values of a company in the manner they handle it, cant wait to go back in and get some accents to finish filling the house!

Were purchased several items from this small, local, women-owned business over the years. Buying from Seaside is always a breeze and their products are high quality. They started out in Calabash, NC years and ago and have grown with this newer, expansive showroom. Get in on their sale prices and you get a great deal.

I purchased a dining room set and upon delivery we discovered a defect in the table. I thought for sure I was going to have to follow up but I was very wrong - the staff were a step ahead of me and I had a new table in no time at all! They exceeded my expectations! And the young men who delivered the dining room table - they were awesome. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

Nothing but headaches!!! I went to this store to furnish my entire house in MB. I bought a few rooms and planned to come back for more. I requested NOT to have the floor model, but thats what they delivered anyway. The delivery guy slammed my door so hard it knocked my lamp over shattering it everywhere. Then after they left I realized one of the chairs did not have a cap on the foot and a nail was exposed which destroyed a few boards of my hardwood floor. They sent their furniture repair guy (which took MONTHS to come out) who colored it in. Now I have discolored scratch in my brand new hardwood floors. Some of my furniture had to be ordered, not a problem, except for the fact I was told 6 weeks and it has now been 14 weeks and Seaside has not ONCE picked up the phone to let me know what is going on. I have had to call them every single time. I was not going to post a negative review as I know sometimes things are out of a companies control but the lack of effort to keep a customer on the part of Seaside is disgraceful. This place is not worth the headache. They ruin your home and do nothing for you. The same furniture is sold at all the other stores around for less cost. Do yourself a favor and go there.

As suffering from the damage of Hurricane Florence, we had lost many of our important possessions. Some of the most important pertaining to our furniture. In need of refurnishing our home, we turned to Seaside Furniture Gallery and Accents. While looking for a new bedroom set, our immediate need was not to be taken advantage of and we were taken care of to the best interest due to our situation. I was promptly updated on delays from the manufactures and contacted to confirm our delivery upon our scheduled time of availability. Upon delivery our furniture was assembled by their delivery crew. We went in to Seaside Furniture in N. Myrtle Beach just to look around. The staff was very helpful even though they understood that we were not in a buying mode. Every question was answered and the owner Julie Almedia personally came over to greet us. Very nice selection of furniture and good prices.

On time delivery, friendly but somewhat annoying staff. Prices were a bit high, but they have many qualities to choose from. Since we were from out of town shopping for a condo, we were on a time crunch and chose to purchase here. Overall satisfied but feel we could have gotten a better deal elsewhere.

Good variety of furniture. As with other businesses when they are having sales is the give the msrp when giving you a percentage off making it look like youre getting a good price. There is a huge mark up in furniture and saying we have employees to pay is a given in any business and should not be an excuse. Also meeting someone elses price and then not giving you the percentage off makes one not want to do business. There are many others out there like this place. Do your shopping first.

The owner Julie is very rude. I spent over $6,000.00 at her store. When I ask her for a better than 40% discount on a lamp she refused. Even after I came back the day before and bought a 700.00 piece of furniture from them. Treat a customer good and they will tell a couple of people, treat someone bad and they will tell the whole world. They have got the last dollar from me. And they are not ADA compliant in anyway. My mother in law couldnt even go in the store because there was no room for a wheelchair in her aisle ways. Maybe she doesnt know that law, but maybe she should find out!

I have shopped here twice. We own 2 vacation rental condos in the area and in May 2012 I stopped in to look around. Very nice, colorful selection of furniture and artwork. I bought several paintings and throw pillows. They delivered and hung the paintings for me.Just yesterday I learned from a guest that I needed a new coffee table. Looked online, found something cute in blue. Called David and learned it comes in various colors. Good price and delivered today! They have worked with my property manager and know where to go to get the key.

The furniture is beautiful but we we constantly bothered by the salesperson. Told her several times that we wanted to look around and we would come to her when we had any questions, but she consistently pestered us throughout the store. It made for an unpleasant shopping experience and we left without buying anything.

Considering the service received at Seaside, along with the quality of furniture sold here and amount we paid for it - there really isnt a much better furniture store around. There are a LOT of furniture stores from Myrtle Beach to Shallotte and this one was my favorite and also is where we purchased the most funiture for our house. We have been very pleased with our pieces. They were very friendly, helpful, patient, honest, and not too salesy.
