Ive visited their NMB store twice as of late. One time in person and the 2nd time I made an online order for in store pick-up. Both experiences were great. Would recommend

I walked into the store with a list of 15 vitamins and supplements I needed to purchase. There were numerous requirements (capsules, gels mg quantities), and Kathy helped me! Positive, kind, knowledgeable, and ever patient with me and all my questions! She set up a reorder program so that all the supplements would be shipped to me (free shipping). The manager, Ken, is friendly and personable; he helped me set up my online account, set up a rewards program, and found discounts for me. I would definitely recommend visiting this shop for all your vitamin and supplement needs!

Dan was the coolest employee Ive ever met at one of these locations. He helped me find what I was looking for and while he cashed me out we had a conversation about video games. 10/10 will be shopping here again. Give my man Dan a raise!

So I wanted to cancel my online order because the main item I needed was not available in speaking with a Kathy at this store she said she spoke with the manager and he said I had to call customer care and wanted to give me their number which at the time I wasnt able to write down anything so I asked why cant they cancel it she just kept repeating I spoke with manager hes been here 3 years I said I didnt need to speak with him I will take care of it she hung up on me. The only assistance she offered was that she spoke to the manager and hes been there for 3 years, like that means anything to me, then she said I could come in make the purchase then at that same time return them then purchase what I wanted, that she just did it yesterday. Why go through so much hassle just to cancel an order? Now, right before I called them I called another Vitamin Shoppe in VA and they gladly canceled my order no problem. I was traveling but not able to get to the VA store before I left that area. So I looked on my email order got the number for customer care canceled this order I asked the customer care employee why the difference between the two stores in cancellation she said because one store had no problem calling them to cancel and this store didnt want to call. She verified the VA store had already called them and canceled the order. So to Kathy and your 3 year manager... effort and respect goes along way with me Ive been buying from your store for years when Im there and not deployed but you hanging up on me and your unprofessional attitude I will never order or buy from you ever again. Thanks!! You earned the 1 star.

I like this store.Ive been visiting the NMB Vitamin Shoppe off and on since they opened recently, and my experience there has been consistently positive. The staff are friendly and attentive, and know me by name. Likewise, the store is clean and accessible, and always stocked with what I need (and at good, competitive prices). Ive had zero problems with the store, and plan to return.My thanks goes out to all associated with this business. I am grateful for, and have benefited from, your work and service. Keep it up, guys and gals!

We at Home Care of Myrtle Beach buy our Vitamins and Supplements at the Vitamin shop. Billy the store manager is always very helpful as well as knowledgeable. Shopping here is a much different experience than shopping in a Drug Store. Great place.Thanks Billy
