I bring my Iphone 11 Pro Max up here to get fix because they screen was cracked they overly charged me for one. Than not even 3 months later half of my screen came off the phone, the phone didn’t fall or nothing and instead of the man properly fixing it he said he had to call the manufacture of the screen service and see if they could give me a Warranty to come back an a hour so I go back in a hour and he said they wasn’t about to give me a warranty so he put glue on my phone and put an outta screen cover on my phone and two weeks later the whole screen fell off and once again the phone hasn’t been drop or nothing. So now I have to find someone to repair something that should of been fix right and I paid 320 for my phone to be fixed

I had gone to Best Buy as I was directed from Apple to have my phone fixed and when I arrived I was told they couldn’t fix the phone and wanted to cell me a refurbished one for $300 or buy a brand new one for $450. The only thing wrong with my phone was that the screen had cracked which did affect the lCD as well. I called Dr. fix it and told me he could fix it in 20 minutes. Was very responsive and no hassle!! Highly impressed and I spent way less than I would’ve buying a refurbished phone

I brought in my phone after it had sustained significant damage due to my negligence. After calling in for a quote I was told there was hope after all. My phone was fixes in 20 minutes and was treated like family. The staff was professional. They even gave me a free case! The store had accessories for my Samsung S8, screen protector, case and frame. They even had a portable charger that I could set my phone on and it charges through the case. I went in for an audio jack repair and battery replacement for my iPod classic. Kel did the repair. He said itd take a day or two for the audio jack replacement, and since I was there, I figured get the battery replaced since its the original. Total cost was $180 plus tax. The delivery for the battery was going to take 3-4 days plus a day for install.About a week goes by and Ive heard nothing, so I call. Kel answered and said the battery came in and was installing tomorrow, but had to pay a little more for his board technician work on it since their was an issue with the board. He called the next day to say the repair was done. Only issue was, after the first day of having it, it wouldnt charge. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt because it would say it was charging, but once unplugged or removed from charge, the relatively small battery symbol showed it didnt. So I had to take it back to have the board checked again. Another week goes by and I finally receive it. Apparently to have the board technician work on it wouldve cost $150, but Kel felt bad for the inconvenience, so he had me only pay $50. So a grand total of $230 fix, which will probably last a long time.I understand the device I brought in is relatively old and parts are a little scarce. The fact Kel told me he did work on iPod Classics was a bit of a relief for me, since I took it to a shop closer to my home but I couldnt remember the name of the place for the life of me. At first I felt like I was calling to remind them about my device, but the closer the repair was done Kel would personally call me for updates and what hed have to do as the next step.Im sure Kel and his team overall do a great job on more common everyday devices like smart phones, tablets, etc. I love my iPod Classic and being without it for 2 weeks was kind of annoying, when it seemed like it was just going to take about a week. I understand board work is more tedious and time consuming work. Overall I had an ok experience, just the extra work that was needed just made more anxious to get it back.

Ive brought 4 phones to this place. I originally brought it here because it was best priced replacement for my newer phone. Everytime they have forgot something with the phone. Wouldnt charge the phone because it wasnt properly put back together, left sim card out so I couldnt make phone calls, and then the last time forgot to put my note 9 pen back in my phone. He sent me a generic pen replacement by mail. Then when I asked about my original I sat in the store for over 2 hours while they were looking for it. Then wouldnt mail it to me when they found it after I left. Instead of mailing it to me argued for me to drive 45 miles 1 way to pick it up when I already did that once. Save yourself the hassle and take your phone somewhere else. Unless you like wasting more time and money.
