Great store, terrible customer service. The two associates just talked to each other and ignored every customer in the store.

Always a great selection, but a lot of it is only worth it on clearance. Service varies by location and person...some are super helpful and others not so much. Good covid policies and very organized, even with a ton of product.

This place was not what I expected. They had a ton of amazing little collectibles and stuff for the whole family. Everyone found something they wanted when they walked around and it was easy to overspend with all of the amazing items they had.

A little pricey but unique gifts for a younger crowd.

When I say disappointing customer service, I dont mean by the individual employees hired for customer service or retail reasons, they are just following the guidelines that are cascaded down from their leadership teams. The issue is the way that the companys leadership chooses to treat their customers.I already knew before ordering with this company that they had a faulty online ordering system. Im not the first person that I know who has been affected by it. What I was surprised by was that my request to see why they canceled my order was greeted with an accusation that I was attempting to hack their system and that I am now banned from ordering online. Dont worry though, they will happily still accept my money in any physical location.I will, of course, not be shopping in any location or online with any piece of this company again. A word of advice to hot topic, you may want to add a disclaimer into your emails with your customers that if they have reason to believe these actions were not taken by them, that they could reach out to your support team. Now I am questioning the security of my personal information with your point of sale systems, and your integrity as a company because I am sure this is not the first youve had an issue like this.
