Prices are good and they have really good food.my favorite place.the employees are not that helpful but who cares we are there for the food .I highly recommend this place to get delicious food.

My card that I never use was compromised just hours after shopping there. They are very rude anyway and I will never shop there again.

This place used to be good but now greed took over. Meat tastes disgusting and mutton is way overpriced plus the owner’s son has attitude issues. He is a short drum who thinks of himself as genius but in reality he has no clue about how to run a business. Very obnoxious person. The owner is a good person though. In this case the apple fell far from the tree.

Not very welcoming to me as a new customer. They are so much nicer,helpful and welcoming across the street from Olive tree on Dover center rd. I will not be going back to the Olive tree. I will be going across the street. As I am new to the community and this was my 1st time in this store.

This is my main grocery and halal meat shop.

Will never go back again, I bought some groceries for 17$, but next day they charged me 71$ and the owner was so rude and refused even to listen, be careful and verify every transaction.

Best Shawarma sandwiches. Meats are priced right. Ground meat done right before your eyes.

One of the best if not the best place to buy meat. The owner there is the most friendly and very professional guy I ever met. The way he talk and the way he treats customers is very professional way. I love going there. He mostly works at the meat shop and I can ask for any type of meat and he will give me what I want and the met is always fresh. I recommend all my friends to go there and help out the small business. And make sure to meet the guy from meat department. I am not sure if he’s the owner but he really do cares about customer. He even helped me once from making a bad decision of buying a car which turns out to be a bad car. He owned that car and he has lots of issues which he told me all about them. As I said. Please do make sure to visit the store and meet the guy. Very professional guy. Very humble and very nice person.

Excellent selection and great prices. I only wish they were closer so I could go there more frequently. For their hot food the shawarma is excellent. The falafel is to dry and not seasoned well.

Nice people work here but they do need a bigger store. Feels overcrowded with too many various brands of items. Some items are marked way to pricey vs at other stores. But items I took home seemed fresh regardless.

A large selection of can foods, small frozen section, nice little olive bar, lots of bread/pita to choose from. Not the most impressive olive oil or herb selections but efficient variety. Parking is easy and always available.

I enjoy finding certain specialty foods here. They have a nice selection of so many things: baklava, flat bread, hummus, fresh produce, canned items, frozen foods and more. If you enjoy mideastern food and cooking, its definitely worth visiting. Though the staff is very helpful and courteous, the owner is a bit of a grouch...... hence, the 4 stars.

Amazing place for Middle East foods and supplies. The falafel was amazing! Many goods available from veggies, meats, beans, rice, spices, oils and so much more! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Check it out for shopping or a quick well cooked meal.

Best store around .

I went to the kitchen area around 12:30. The guy there said they hadnt opened the kitchen yet but he would be ready in a couple of minutes. The sign above the kitchen said it was opened from 10:00 am until 8:00 pm. I ordered a beef and lamb Shwarma wrap. The meat was dry and the wrap was not that good. I certainly didnt enjoy it. It was $5, which would have been a good price if it was good.I did look around the store and noticed that they had a lot of different spices at great prices.

Very interesting. I didnt know there where so many types of lentels. The bread is a good price and fresh. Very good spinach pies.

Avoid this store as much as you can. First time today came 10 miles away for some shopping. It seemed to me like I did the transaction with a robot and not a human being. I said hello when I handed the card and no response and she handed the receipt and card back and still no response. To me it was awkward. Very Rude lady and first and last time they see me there.

Labneh ( yogurt ) w/ herbs is awesome. Fresh Halal meats. I got some lamb shanks and I made osso bucco w/ them.... phenomenal. Assortment of pitas. Fresh vegetables. Dates. All kinds of delicious food. They even have hot food available as well. Great place if I could give more stars I would.

This hole in the wall is a magnificent find that is perhaps the best small grocery in the Cleveland area. The food counter makes the best schwarma in town. Im not middle eastern but the owner is always so nice to explain things and help with things I want to try.

Overall was not a bad experience, just awkward being the only white people in the store at the time, we did get stared at and some dirty looks like we where not welcome. We just went to get some shawarma spice for pork chops. Guess well have to find it elsewhere cause we just got that vibe that they didnt want us there, the cashier woman didnt speak a word to us and just snatched the money out of my hand when we went to pay for our goods. I was happy to support a local store instead of big commercial, but dang dont treat us like sub human people just because of our skin colour. Hope you guys get a better attitude toward ALL customers.

This place is great. First off the family that runs it is super friendly. On top of that, they have great produce at better prices than Giant eagle and a much better selection. Wr get alot of or staples here, rice, olive oil, spices...and since they are a specialty grocery store there are lots of great new products to try out.

The food is ethnic and I know because I was there in Palestine and they have dryed broad beans in stock wow the big ones .To all British due to the empire you will find much from home like good tea and sweets, flakes etc.

Garbage. Sold me old bread with mold. Second time sold me old candy at register counter. I live next door and do all my shopping in Parma Mediterranean market at pearl road.

Although the staff is quite friendly, the husband and wife owners are quite the opposite. They are not honest either. I usually do not check the changes they give back but the one day I did a dime was missing from the wifes return. Another time, husband wanted to charge me more for an unpriced item from similar items. Another time, they changed the sell by date of the packaged meat item in front of me saying that original date was wrong. Lost my trust for sure!
