I give credit here for pleasant people but the service is literally the worst I’ve experienced from any business in at least 10 years. We met with them personally two months ago to discuss details of an engraving project. We provided detailed lists, pictures, and actual signs to be copied. We selected materials, colors etc. We were promised an estimate of cost and schedule “within the week”. Two months and several phone calls and emails later, we have no estimate, no design, no idea what is going on, AND they have lost the sample signs we gave them. It’s obvious this business is struggling, a sad situation that many are facing now, but it’s clear that they can’t handle the business that does come in their door. Save yourself the trouble and find someplace else. I wish them luck in recovering but also recommend that they be open and honest with customers.

Lisa Marder and her staff were prompt, attentive, courteous and accommodating throughout the tricky process of getting a monument sign approved by the City of North Palm Beach. She paid close attention to our creative requirements, even painstaking getting our PMS colors just right, and used the best materials for a quality job. We are not a big customer, but they treated us as though we were General Motors.

I would have given a 5 star rating but I had difficulty reaching someone for a quote initially. I tried requesting a quote on their website and didnt get a response so I called and got voicemail. I left a message, but again, no response. I called again and finally got someone live and from then on, customer service was great. Aside from the technological issues, I would recommend Signarama at this location for great service and turnaround time!

Stopped in here because I was in need of some vehicle signs. As I walked in I was greeted by the staff. They were friendly, energetic, easy to talk with. As I was unsure of the designs, they were very patient with me and were able to effectively design what I needed. To make it even better they had the items faster then what I ever could have imagined also. To the staff at Signarama, I am so happy that they helped me out and were overly friendly with me. Would I drive out of my way to come here, absolutely!

I had a wonderful experience with all the staff at Sign-A-Rama off of Northlake. I adored Don who did the installation--he made sure everything was done in a precise, perfect manner. Today I picked-up a special order from Signarama. Lisa and Dougcreated a series of eight Frank Lloyd Wright vinyl-lettering and line-artdesigns for a project for one of my sons.
