Its me Izzy T. again ladies and gentlemen this time in beautiful West Palm Beach Florida.I loved this grocer. The entire store was very clean. The restrooms were just as clean, maybe even cleaner than the store 😁.Very well stocked isles. Fresh produce.Great job to all the staff on the floor.It takes great management to motivate its employees to do so well.Come on Corporate, give these dedicated folks a pizza party!!!I almost forgot. I left my phone in the restroom. It was promptly turned into thecourtesy booth. I truly appreciate and respect honest people.

Easy to get to and back from the place we were staying at. Checkout people seemed nice and the place was clean.

This place is a Great place to shop. I have been asked if i found everything i needed everytime i shop here. You dont get that kind of service everywhere you go. All the employees were helpful and had positive attitudes. Love Shopping Here.

This location is always well stocked and plenty of registers open to check out quickly. Veggies and meats are always fresh and they have a good selection.

Store is consistently out of stock that other local stores always have in stock. Online orders are either not on time or incorrect. Instacart orders that come to this location have large amounts of replacement or not in stock items. Staff are nice and cordial but the logistics of using this location only leads to disappointment.

Everyone that says Publix is expensive doesnt understand the value of courtesy, cleanliness, and quality. The panic attack inducing anxiety a trip to Walmart induces isnt worth any perceived savings at the register. Publix carries fresh, nutritious, meets and produce in an environment thats clean and civilized. Shopping really is a pleasure here.

Most cutest Publix it is small and by the beach but great customer service. They are so nice. I was vacationing and wanted alkaline water, plus pick up a few items. The pomegranates was so fresh.

Publix has some of the best produce of all the grocers, price keeps them from getting a 4 star as they are always much higher than the others but if you are looking for quality, they are the way to go

This is the worst Publix I think I have ever been to. I have been shopping at Publix my whole life and this one gives them a bad name. Unfortunately it is the closest Publix to my new house. So usually I drive 20 extra minutes to go to a good one. Definitely never order a sub from this Publix. Unless you love a soggie disgusting sub.

NEVER! NEVER! EVER!!!!! Order subs online....if you choose to go in and order, bring reading material.... seriously!! What is the point of ordering 30 minutes before if you have to wait for them to make 1 sandwich till you get there?? Dont get me wrong, the grocery store & pharmacy seems to have it together. Even the other side of the deli. The deli sandwich counter is getting worse and worse!! Ive been coming to this store for over 2 years and its really disappointing! Its like watching a sloth make your sub. I havent ordered from here for a while, because the same thing happened last time I ordered online...at least THIS time the lady didnt scowl at me like I was asking for the moon and stars on my sandwich. Buyer beware....

Good food but tables are never clean so u can eat I find myself cleaning the tables my self and there is never any napkins

Manager Wade Rinderknecht has gone above and beyond to display his store for Valentines. I travel 20 miles north of where I live to shop his store because I have never seen a Publix store so clean and meticulously displayed. All of the shelves are precisely displayed. All of his employees are absolutely professional, polite and extremely helpful. I have access to at least 2 to 3 dozen Publix a lot closer but I choose his store because of all of the above. I just wanted to share with you to show recognition to Wade and his employees.Phil & Will

Minute from the house, ALWAYS clean, employees are ALWAYS friendly and there is always something on sale. Why wouldnt I shop there? Its even more enjoyable than a few other Publix stores I have visited. This local store is awesome.

Just left and saw at least 4 people with no mask. None approached by the hired security guard at the door or any management. Large sign at the door requiring mask. Smh. Oh and the lady in the sushi/seafood area had her mask down talking across the counter to a coworker. If youre sensitive to it, this post is for you. Just go to another store or order from Prime/Wholefoods. I wont be back here for a very long time.

This is the worst Publix I have ever been to. The pharmacy is the absolute worst. Used to be the best about 2 years ago. They tell you your prescriptions are ready and when you go there they aren’t. They didn’t look at a prescription called in at 2 pm by the doctor until after 6 pm and then said they couldn’t understand the doctor’s orders so they couldn’t give the needed insulin I was supposed to take that night. A few days later they said they had myPrescription but didn’t. Now I have to wait until after the weekend. They also have no carts when you go and you need to go to the parking lot to get your own. Such a shame because this Publix is a block from my house. Now I need to find another/farther Publix for shopping and Walgreens for my pharmacy.

One of the most incompetently managed stores Ive ever shopped in. A third of the employees working in the customer-facing positions barely speak intelligible English and lack job qualifications. A few months back, I asked a woman working at the deli for a quarter pound of salami, and she handed me 0.4 of a pound! Not to mention, the lines are often long, whereas every other Publix in the area rarely has lines at all. Its like corporate took the worst managers in Florida and stuck them all here. Avoid!

Always clean with helpful, pleasant employees. Their meat & produce departments are excellent.

The associates were very helpful, especially the woman at the seafood counter, who went out of her way to answer questions and find items. Also Pierre, who was stocking and went to find out if an item was in stock and help find it. It is always a pleasure to shop at publix.

Went to buy soda on sale buy 2 get 2 free. All 4 cases were the same flavor so I told the cashier I has 4 and placed one on the belt. She acknowledged that with an OK I proceeded to pay when she said Oh you have 3 more. I said yes I told you I had 3 in the cart. She proceeded to ring up the other 3 and of course it did not ring up correctly. She proceeded to call a supervisor who also could not figure out how to fix the error. I was told to go to the service desk where a manager had to get involved and it took her a few minutes to fix the error. How can a simple error by a cashier take so much time to fix the problem?

This is the store that Ive been going to for 4 years. I always have a great experience there. Publix policies arent very protective Im afraid that they dont really care to go out of their way to really keep policies for our safety or their employees.

I was able to find everything I needed and some surprising items I wanted. I like the layout of the store and how each isle compliments the next one. The store was clean and the employees very friendly and helpful.

So Ill try to make this very short. Im proud to say Im from Florida & we grew up shopping at Publix(only store that I deal with in Alabama). So I called earlier 2 see about getting a birthday cake for my mom...see my baby brother was suppose to do it but we laid him to rest on Sunday. THIS IS WHY I DEAL WITH PUBLIX. I CALLED TO TELL THEM THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME ON SUCH SHORT NOTICE & THEY DID THIS! I broke down in the store because Im just soooo grateful for their kindness when they didnt have to. I said all of this because all we need is simple kindness and love...& thank you again for showing me exactly that!
