Commending Nick and Alicia for their complete mastery of team work. While Nick is making a fresh brewing of regular coffee a customer spilled half a container of cream on the counter and floor. After admitting to Nick he is in no condition to clean his own mess, Nick calmly says to the messy guest Dont worry about it. I will take care of it. I tell the customer that we all been there and tried to help with the cleanup. So Alicia takes care of the coffee while Nick leave the scene of the spill totally immaculate. My respect to both Nick and Alicia for their team work and care at my favorite Wawa... πŸ’–πŸ™πŸ’–

Brand new Wawa located on the former site for Fabricland. Combination convenience store and gas station with plenty of parking. They provide plenty of self serve stations (soft drink, coffee, bakery goods case, etc). Several cashier stations to keep lines to a minimum with friendly staff. Touch screens at the deli area guide customers with placing orders. Store and bathrooms are kept clean. There are entrances in both the front and back of the store, with handicapped accessibility. There are several gas bays with numerous pumps at the gas station, with fast friendly service and an air pump is also provided.

These people are braindead that work there. They cant even get a simple door dash order right. Its ok tho, i just complain ang get it for free every time. So i just order a big list of food and if you mess it up its on you. So easy.

Terrible place to go to get food. I found a whole plastic paper in my sandwich. It was also cold and all over the place. There were a lot of orders that was missing in the bag. I do not recommend this place

This location going downhill fast. Went to fill gas and half of the pumps are closed. Whoever was running the pumps this evening displayed a terrible level of service. Waited 5-10 minutes for an attendant to start pumping my gas. Fact that the car behind me left before me, I suspect my car was ignored whatever reason. Horrible service.Doubt anyone at Wawa will read this or do anything about it but it is what it is. Avoid if your looking for fast service.

I came to this Wawa to pick up an order around 1:05 am on Monday. I approached the woman at the counter and let her know I was picking up. She asked me if I checked the rack with a really nasty tone to her voice. She kinda caught me off guard because I usually have a pleasant experience with all the other employees. I responded and let her know that I usually pick the orders up from the counter and I wasn’t aware of the rack. She then responded β€œSo go check the rack” once again with a really condescending attitude. Clearly this is a regular thing because I complained to one of her coworkers about her and they agreed that she’s nasty on the regular and doesn’t seem like she like her job very much .

Loved this place until I saw two workers kissing a dog on the mouth, patting it then handling food. There was no handwashing. There is a pandemic and I realize that there is no precautions. This was a place I frequent but I will not anymore.

They dont give receipts, dont even offer. I guess you have to request before the transaction is complete. Also, they dont have buttered rolls, 7-11 and QuickChek have them already prepared so you can grab and go. I didnt want to waste my time trying to get one from food prep.

Hands down the best Wawa around- such a convenient location, it’s actually the prime ideal location so it’s constantly busy but the staff is amazing and give you phenomenal customer service while being professional quick and efficient. Lauren the supervisor is the definition of CUSTOMER SERVICE every time I go in there she is helping out somewhere no matter what needs to be done she’s there, the staff takes their time to get to know their regulars and I’m always greeted by name and they all know exactly what drink I’m gonna order, they pay attention to the details. Ryan on drinks is phenomenal greets me every morning asks how I’m doing and starts prepping my drink before I even order it . This an exceptional staff & lauren is a great leader, I wish I could give more then 5 stars

Do your best to avoid busy highschool dismissal times and avoid the adult children complaining about a 2min wait for magic. The staff is great. Quality is high. Could not be happier with my favorite store!

They just open this store, it is already customer service is so slow people have other things to do than wait online at store.Manager’s job is to smoothly operate, meaning if it is busy you help cashier or othersI do not even know they have managersI bougt a a gift card and bought gasthey told me rewards does not appply gasoline purchase. Refused to serve me Kaiser rolls claiming not allowed but how about if I just ordered a sandwich on that roll but requested it with nothing on it? Dispicable service. If you dont want to work, just stay home, especially now more than ever.

I’m a huge Wawa fan and this location is the closest to me. However I take the 10min extra detour every morning and go to Piscataway instead. This location lacks customer service and their food preparation needs improvement. Multiple times I was given my food prepared poorly and the one time I said something about it they gave me attitude.
