Outstanding local repair shop. My laptop screen was broken so I brought it to Best Buy and they quoted me $600 to fix it. Protek fixed it for $250 and its as good as new. If I ever have any other repair needs Ill definitely come back.

Good service but seems to becoming expensive. We used their services over past 3-4 yrs for multiple items to address laptop issues. Used to be under $50. But for recent one, were told min charges are $75. Guess, it is better to buy a new laptop instead of repair.

I am a teacher who uses a personal laptop strictly for school use. It took a tumble and the screen cracked. Protek repaired it at a reasonable price (below that of large office stores) and faster than they predicted: I got a call on New Years Day that it was ready!I definitely recommend them.

My wifes computer crashed and I took it to another place first, and after a week of excuses I picked it up and took it to Pro Tek and Ricardo put in a new hard drive (which works significantly faster), saved all the data, upgraded the operating system and all within 36 hours for a very reasonable price. Took my 2008 MacBook that was literally completely destroyed, had to replace the Motherboard, the switches, new keyboard, change from HDD to SSD 250GB, update Ram from 4GB to 8GB, update software... basically max out the laptop as much as they could.They did everything for an amazing price, at first I thought they would use some cheap Chinese parts since the price was amazing, NOPE Everything installed was Samsung and top of the line parts. ProTek Rocks! Had a contract for years with Geek Squad, but now I use Protek. They quickly (2 hours) diagnosed my problem with a Dell Desktop that was completely dead and had been sitting in 3 inches of water after a basement flood. They replaced everything that was required and upgraded my HD to a lightening fast Solid State Drive. Everything works perfectly and he saved AND transferred everything to the new HD. One week turnaround because he had to wait for the parts, very reasonable, very knowledgable and all at a fair price. My new go-to IT Administrators and they are a few blocks. They also have lots of PCs and Macs for sale.
