This has nothing to do with my experience but I feel like I was discriminated against when I applied I answered one question NO therefore I wasnt being considered for the position I applied for they shouldve had a place were you could respond why you answeredNO. Maybe this is why they cant get help because it doesnt fit their agenda.

The manager Stevie G is the man!!! Alex was helping me try to find a tape measure with centimeters and they didnt sell any. The only guy who had one was Alex. It was a home depot brand given to employees. Steve asked Alex for it and gave it to me and said here, its a gift. I shop here all the time and will continue. This was so helpful due to the fact I needed it for a new job. Alex will get his replaced by the company and it stopped me from going to a competitor. Thanks guys.

Terrible selection for Portable fans (runs on batteries) instead. Its usb. Which is completely useless when theres a reason why I need BATTERY POWERED FAN.

Thank you Home Depot for having such a awesome employee, Eric King. Eric was ever so accommodating and helpful with our appliance delivery. He’s gone out of his way to make everything work, even with us changing the delivery date (twice). It was a pleasure working with him. His customer service was above and beyond! Don’t buy ANY appliances here, especially in a rental home. They will deliver damaged goods, and if you aren’t able to report it within 48 hours then they say it’s not their problem. Apparently there’s nothing to be done, they have my money and I now have a piece of trash that I have to wait 3 weeks to get fixed by a 3rd party. I can’t stress this enough, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Just about always a good shopping experience here. I always spend to much money. While Im looking for what I want I always find other things I need. 😉

Usually a good place for all your needs but dont use the online delivery. It all comes out of fort Myers and those guys will ruin any product they deliver.

They almost always have what I need, at a reasonable price. The staff are helpful, and usually seen quite knowledgeable.

I purchased a steel shelving unit and 12 bags of mulch. The person that was to pick the items up for me was unable to do so. I called the store informing them and asked if they could deliver and that I was 7 minutes away by Google Maps (any time or day, no hurry). Sure they could for $79 dollars. I called Lowes, a mile further away, free delivery. So, I canceled my $240 order at Home Depot. The only bright spot was the young lady who tried so hard to get the delivery done. She called me back, as promised, after speaking to her supervisor and the store manager and really felt badly about the delivery fee.

Grandfather loves to shop here for the things he needs to improve his home with. If you know what your looking for then its easy to find.

Excellent store, very well stock, the associates were very helpful, in particular one that assisted in putting an idea together. The the project had to be very safe, it is for special needs students and because of him we were able to accomplish it. Unfortunately, we didnt get his name. However, we took a photograph of some of the items he custom cut for us. He went out of his way to help us, from the beginning to the end at the cashier.

Just left Home Depot. Kim is the WORST! She sat staring over my shoulder the entire time I was in self checkout. After carefully watching me scan my entire cart (over $200), she was determined to check my screen because she didn’t believe that I scanned the paint tray, which I did and it was literally $4. Only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because the gentleman at the paint counter was very nice when I needed a 5 gallon thing of paint made.

Love shopping at Home Depot easier to navigate than other home improvement stores. Prices are fair and sale items are priced low. Employees are always very nice and super helpful.

The store is a lot bigger in isle layout for exp. hardware is 8 isles long but each isle has far less than most home depots . the plumbing is a mess there almost like half isles like the sq. footage of the store is half so they cut it all stretched it . any way the guy says 1 .5 is not possible to have 1.5 x 1.5 make to female od he use I d o d will be way off .. its PVC u can mold 1.5 into 4 or 3 quarter lolthe rest of the store is clean bath rooms staff is overly polite etc . great overall store just missing so much . on t.f he other hand they have all the missing stuff like leni film etc

Dawn from power tools is very knowledgeable and Tolerant Of a person who doesnt know what theyre doing and what they need she was able to help me Find a tool for a power hose that I couldnt figure out what I was looking for shes 5 star Thank you for your help dawn

I moved to North Port about a year ago. I’ve been in and out of this store as any new home owner would. I have never seen a group of employees that are so nasty. Ive asked questions and got smart snarky answers quite a few times. Ive always felt like I was putting them out, when in reality it is their job to help customers! The exception to this is the paint department. They go over and above to help you out. Too bad they can’t relocate the paint department to Lowes, cause thats where all my business will be!

Funny I had to show ID to pick up an item that I ordered online, but yet this company was against GA new laws requesting ID to vote. My advice stay out of politics. Will not shop at Home Depot again.

Kim at the self checkout is very rude!! She didnt greet us. I tried to speak to her and she blurted out that, We dont wear masks anymore That had nothing to do with what I said. Luckily Im a Christian woman and didnt curse her out for her ignorance. She needs to be reprimanded.

Frankly, as I entered the building, I had need of a restroom. There was a pleasant clerk, Tammy, right there, to ask for directions. As I was about to exit the store, I remembered I had a few questions about their Veterans discount. I saw Tammy working close to the exit. She quickly answered my questions and even looked up that address for me. Its always comfortable visiting Home Depot as they have such helpful and knowledgeable employees.

Mostly good, at least as good as a big box home improvement store can be, but this visit was frustrating. Waited 30 minutes for assistance that never came. Asked two employees for help but neither worked in that department. We left without what we needed. Disappointing.

Ordered on mobile order and waited 10 minutes for them to bring out our items. Would’ve been 5x faster to go in and order myself. The worker tried to throw the bags of salt and missed and scuffed up my bumper. Other than that this place is good

Im at the Home Depot at 18000 North Tamiami Trail North Port Florida. It is a fairly new Home Depot guessing only a few years old large clean and right next door to a super Walmart they share the same parking lot. In North Port like other cities in Sarasota and Charlotte County US 41 is called Tamiami Trail

Rain soft accosted us when we came in. Then set up an appointment that took for ever for some whacked up water test till like 9 at night, we gave in to their high pressure sales bit. Since then we have set up several appointments that the tech has always cancelled. Of course their records dont seem to represent the truth.Anyways we bought their pos system, it doesnt work, never been serviced because of THEIR EXCUSES and they still call all hours of day and night to set up yet another service call they wont show up for.Junk system surprised Home Depot allows such shady businesses to be affiliated with you

No customer service. Very unhappy. I asked 4 people to help me locate something for a project and no one knew where it was. They said go there and maybe it will be there instead of walking me to it. I also had 5 associates walk past me and didnt even anknowledge me. I will never shop there again

Sometimes I feel like I live here. I go to the garden section almost as much as my yard. The pro desk helped me out with the order of materials for a big project I was working on, and answered all my questions I had. The paint counter is super helpful helping me find the perfect things I need to make my projects look awesome.

Went to pick up my cabinets that we were told would be ready for pick up today and they had not pulled one cabinet we spoke to someone Friday they said they were going to put the order to be ready on Sunday to make sure it was ready on Monday not a happy person right now had to pull a trailer to another town just to be told we have to come back get it together home depot

Thank heavens, they had a small garden fork..and it was the last one in the rack...but they should get in liter gardening tools, Us elderly folks have to struggle to lift those heavy out door forks, rakes, shovels...just the equipment it self..let alone picking up any vegetation. ..

Needed clips to hang a mirror on the wall. Found a set at Home Depot that was much less than Amazon wanted. Their site also told me where they were located in the store and how many were in stock. They were exactly where the Website said. Check out was fast and the cashier was friendly and smiled. Very pleased.

We tried to buy a washing machine at the port Charlotte store earlier this week. We waited about half an hour to speak to someone. No one arrived. We then asked two different people to call someone to the appliance department. Again, no results. We left. We called the store in northport. Rhonda answered and was polite and very informative. It was close to closing so she recommended we go the next day. We met her, she then introduced herself as the person we had talked with the night before. She was professional, informed and safe. We were able to purchase the washing machine without issue because of her professionalism. We will continue to visit the Northport store because of employees like her. Thank you Rhonda for a positive experience.

This is the second time we picked up and order at the customer service desk were my husband had to ask for and item that did not sustain some kind of damage. The first item a vanity he specifically asked not to receive the one on the floor wear the box had been damaged. The second item a slab door had damage which had been the reason we were replacing ours my husband had to ask for a replacement.

While the store is well stocked and clean. They are not helpful. Finding an employee to help is like looking for Waldo

I love the home depot! They typically have fair prices and compete with some of the deep discount online. Whats nice is how knowledgeable the staff at this location is. They all seem to know where everything in the store is no matter the department. They also have someone readily on hand in all isles to make your trip as easy and hassle free as can be. Highly recommend this place!
