The selection is great, the company kept leaves something to be desired. Got there late tonight, found some great cigars, wanted to buy more but the owner wasn’t there. So I politely left my number and name to be called tomorrow. Once i left i parked, and made a hotel reservation down south as I’m on a work trip. A customer that was there when I left, waited until I left the parking lot. The customer is License Plate NORDY and had a handicap logo on the plate. It was a big truck, he then proceeded to cut me off in the middle of the road and walk towards my car to stare me down. I have no idea why he chose to do this but it was extremely offputting. Then he peeled out and turned left. As I drove a little further a white sedan(Kia optima) slipped in behind me with its lights off. Eventually they both turned left and back towards the store. I can’t fathom what their issue was, but any store that entertains a client like this, is not worth my patronage.

One stop shop, it has everything. Owner is awesome an very knowledgeable. Huge selection on cigarettes/cigars and some selection on vaping, great cigar lounge and humidor. TVs, drinks, an good location. Come check it out.

Excellent quality glass thats actually durable. Its a pretty sad way to go about getting a discount by leaving the owner of the shop a bad review because he wouldnt give you a discount. If you want cheap glass theres plenty of places to buy it. Ive bought pieces here that have lasted and didnt break when dropped. North Port cigars is a quality shop with quality products and excellent customer service!

Ive been a customer for a couple years now, very knowledgeable and professional. Both the devil dog and the owner are very pleasant. I wouldnt go anywhere else! I love their new amateur night with women of the world contest! Ive been a few times on Saturdays to get away from my wife and kids.

Lets just say customer service at this joke of a store doesnt exist. Would not accept my return on my item which was expired tasting and made my mouth and tongue go numb. He wouldnt even trade / let me swap for a different product. So I let the cheap ass keep the $30.00 product. I have been a customer for some time but dude doesnt know when to help his loyal daily paying customer. Go somewhere else if you want to have a great experience and not with this piece of....

Awesome cigar and vape shop. Even have hookah shisha. If they dont have what your looking for, dont be afraid to ask. They ordered shisha I wanted for me before without issue. Great guys that work there, and very friendly atmosphere. And Im pretty sure the cigar lounge is finally finished.

Ok store but, the guy at counter about 40ish is always a d----k. IDK if he is an owner or employee. I think owner could be wrong but, I have crossed paths with vendors. I have been here more than 6 times.Trying to give the benefit of the doubt...but, He acts like he hates the store, world, customers everything. Bad for service. I avoid going here unless I really need something in a pinch.
