I have had nothing but a positive experience with this company! I have bought and serviced my cart through them and enjoyed it. The only delays, if I had at all, were minor. Unless you live under a rock, you would see there are parts and product issues outside the control of all business, and it’s causing delays. If your a reasonable person you would notice EVERYTHING now has 1-2 month wait times. You will always have my business, thank you!

Caddy Carts is a great resource to the greater Charlotte County/North Port area. We have gone to Caddy Carts for a variety of needs from service to sales. We have an older cart that needed adjustments and service.- Caddy Carts took care of everything, alerted us of an issue we were not aware of and rectified within our budget and time frame.- We had a charger go bad and they arranged to get us a replacement within a couple days.- Some damage occurred to our work golf cart and the entire top was destroyed. Matt Mativi at Caddy Carts worked with us to find a reasonable replacement for a work cart that was affordable and easy.- When we needed to locate a nice used 6 passenger cart, Matt Mativi again responded quickly with a great option. We were able to test drive it within a few days and purchased the cart. His attention to detail and eye for needed corrections was wonderful.- The paperwork process and checkout was seamless and easy.Even with the challenges of the supply chain issues facing our world in this day and age, the employees at Caddy Cart are resourceful, honest about what they can get, and help offer reasonable solutions despite the challenges they face.If you have need golf cart repair, sales, or rental Caddy Carts is your place!

Well I would have liked to gotten my cart from a local vender however it seemed they were so busy they did not return a call or the 2 requests that I did online for a quote. Went to someone who wanted to make a sale, Best of luck

We bought a golf cart and were very pleased with the cart quality and dealer professionalism. We got exactly the cart that we wanted at a fair price.

They picked up our golf cart nearly 4 months ago and it’s still not repaired. Not once did they call us just to say hay heads up it’s going to be months before we can look at it. We’ve called 4 times during this time and it appears they’ve not even looked at it. Won’t call back, won’t give explanation other than they are busy. This is totally unacceptable at this point. If it were known it was going to take this long we would have taken our business elsewhere. Glad they aren’t in the business of repairing cars.

I am happy to recommend this company. Each employee was knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating. Both the sales and service departments were excellent.

Got my Club Car Onward from Caddie Carts, and its the best cart Ive ever driven. Smooth, quiet, comfortable...and the service from them too. Good to know when Im cruising West Villages the next several years, that I can always rely on Caddie Carts when I need them.

Just after Christmas, I rented 3 carts from caddy carts, I only needed 2 cart for the 2 week vacation . I was hoping to get a credit on my credit card when I returned one but instead I got a company credit . I may never go back to island again, so credit is useless. Buyer beware !!!. There are other rental companies on the island . I would recommend using them

From the Sales Dept to the Mechanical Shop out back, These are some of the nicest people you will ever deal with. We just bought a new Onward Lifted and Caddy Carts was the main reason, they took the time to explain everything and are extremely knowledgeable. They were even able to install a custom winch on it for us. When it comes to Golf Carts these people are the Pros from Dover.

I waited for over a month to get my golf cart back, called multiple times a day and was told that I would be called back by the manager who was fixing the cart, and never got called back. I had a bad experience here and most likely wont be a returning customer.

Went to look and purchase two golf carts. Husband made a joke about the price, the guy huffed and puffed, walked away from us. Well, Randy....looks like you just lost a $$$$ sale. Dont waste your time here.
