The products needs to be more organized. The minimum check of $6 is very inconvenient. Most of the products do not have an expiration date labeled on them. It is messy in the store; the dishes are all over the place and it is hard to find what you need. But the workers are very polite and I enjoyed getting free bread for buying more than $30 worth of food.

They have little of everything from each corner of Eastern Europe. I was very happy to find the store, because my heritage is also from there. I am now regular customer, the younger staff is friendly and professional, the older ones not so much, but they have products what I am looking for and like. After spending some (I think its $30) amount of the money they give you always some little free gift, which is nice touch and I appreciate it. I am definitely recommending this place and going back as generally happy customer...👍😊🥓

Authentic and the best Russian pastries! My favorite (amongst many) is the pork Chebureki. You can get some KBAC, and pastries, plus authentic seasoning packets for Borscht, Plov, shashlik and many more, in addition to pickled tomatoes, salmon bellies, caviar, pickled herring, rye breads, sausages and the most delicious pastries ( in the pic is a hazelnut, pecan sour cherry layer cake which is my favorite) you can imagine. If you are in the area, this is a MUST go to store.

A rare gem! I enjoy the variety of selections from the deli, bakery, frozen pierogi, canned goods, meat pies and so much more. The staff is friendly & helpful. Store is set up for quick shopping. Love this place!

It’s no accident that this store is named “International”. Excellent store for any culture, taste or a whim. Anything your heart desires. The staff is super friendly. They will also give you a $2 freebie if you spend $30 or $35 (don’t remember exactly) in the store. A definite must visit!

Amazing store!! Phenomenal selection of almost everything you can think of. Meats, cheeses, spreads, sauces, ice creams, beautiful homemade cakes (havent tried yet but look great), and these Russian lightly fried pastries filled with either spiced lamb, veal, cheese, or a sweeter fruit filling, KNOCK-OUT GOOD, & if you happen to get them while theyre still hot then all the better. Im only visiting but wish I could come here on the daily, no joke.

I drive almost two hours to this international food store and Ive been going for almost 7 years. The best and freshest products with the most variety and friendliest service! Great Eastern European market. Worth the trip just for the real Polish kielbasa. Nice selection of smoked fish, cheese and fresh bread. Lots of pickles, etc. Service is very friendly and helpful. Russian, German and English spoken here, so a good opportunity to practice your language skills if you want.

Just started shopping here.Love the tea selection. Smoked fish is great bought smoked trout will try other options.Their polish ham tastes like ham without stuff added to it. Turkey was wonderful.Bought canadian bacon cant wait to try.Also tasted their ready to eat meat pie and enjoyed both the pork and lamb. Cant wait to go back and explore more of their offeringsI am addicted to their rye bread for toast!

I live in Naples, Fl and travel over 140 miles to shop at this grocery store. We bought 2 pounds of salmon and brought it home to find out it was bad.I drove all the way back to return it and the female owner tried to make it look like it was my fault that the salmon was bad. She exchanged it for another piece, but with no apologies or remorse, not even a “ I’ m Sorry for the inconvenience !And to make things worse, the new piece of salmon that she cut for me was a half a pound over. Instead of saying to me that I won’t charge you for the extra half a pound because of the 140 miles I drove to exchange it and I’m Sorry for the inconvenience, she charged me for the extra half a pound of the salmon.Amazing that a store owner can’t be apologetic to customers that drive over 140 miles to shop at her store to keep our business.This store owner has NO experience, skills or capabilities in handing customer satisfaction problems and had NO compassion in handling my problem with this bad salmon that I bought from her store.These store owners should take lessons fromPublix, where all their customers are treated with respect and 100% Satisfaction !!I have spent hundred of dollars in this store and traveled many miles to get to it and because of this one incident without an apology from this store owner, I have lost all respect for this establishment. I will Never Go Back to this Store and will NEVER recommend this store to my friends in the Naples/Ft Myers area.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a grocery store. Lady that works in the deli is very unprofessional and rude. She has no idea what customer service is like. If your mother didnt raise you right or if you dont like your job then you shouldnt work directly with customers. Go learn how to talk to people and treat your paying customers with respect. Highly disappointed. Its a shame that such a nice store has employees with such disregard to their customers. Horrible experience. Will not be a returning customer after this.

Expired food most of them, i bought kielbasa there and went to hospital same night due to getting sick from expired food. Becareful some food expiration labels are changed or glued on top of another. Some food are as cakes most of the time are expired. Havent had a good experience even thought ive been there a dosen times untill i learned my lesson by getting nasty sickness.
