Mike is always friendly and very knowledgeable. He always gives us information and answers any questions we have. Then takes care of any problem we might be having. Pam is always friendly and works to find a time we can come in.

This was my first hearing test, I am so glad I went!! Pam was amazing on the phone when she called to schedule my appointment, she exceeded my expectations in person! Very pleasant, helpful and sweet. Mike was fantastic! I felt comfortable, he explained the tests to me and was patient answering all of my questions. Im really glad that I went for this check up. Im 54, my hearing is good but I feel more confident knowing a regular check up after age 50 is recommended.Thank you both for a good experience, a few laughs and now new friends!!

I initially went into Connect Hearing to get a couple of ear retention locks for my hearing aids since mine had broken. Michael Arpasi came out from the back office and brought me in and fitted some new ones for me at no charge. I had also wanted to set up a hearing test since I hadnt had one in about two years. Pam at the front desk scheduled one for the following week.The hearing test I had with Michael was extremely thorough. He took the time to ask me several questions beforehand to get a sense of what my issues were, with tinnitus being one of them. After the test was over, he took my hearing aids and recalibrated them to my current hearing loss.What a difference it made!I have nothing but good things to say about Michael, Pam and this business. CONNECT HEARING IS very conveniently located and easy to find! All precautions were taken during this Covid Crisis. Pam and Mike are so friendly and helpful! Mike took his time with my elderly father and did not rush him. We definitely will recommend CONNECT HEARING to our friends and family!

I had a appointment today for a hearing test. From the moment that we walked in, we felt very welcomed by the receptionist, very friendly. When I went for my appointment, the hearing doctor was very friendly and took time to get to know you and answered all your questions and took time to explain everything. You didn’t feel rushed. He was very impressionable. He took multiple hearing tests, I’m 40 percent loss in both ears but not from ears. I have a ear bone gap which will require surgery so didn’t need hearing aid.He says he doesn’t hardly ever see this and please keep him updated. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone that’s looking and having hearing issues. You won’t be disappointed.

For 3 years, I have avoided a hearing checkup because its a test I know Ill fail. Silly, right? Well, my hearing aids are old and desperately overdue for maintenance. Seeing a Connect Hearing booth at a local chamber event was a sign. I couldnt wait any longer. Michael Arpasi and Pam make a great team. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I met them. Pam remembered me from a community event months prior and Michael assured they would take good care of me and my hearing aids. They were so right. Thanks to Pam and Michael my anxiety is gone, I have current test results, my hardware tuned up and perfectly calibrated, and Im actually looking forward to my next appointment! I took my grandfather here for replacement hearing aids. The staff was excellent and patient with my grandfather. He loves his replacement hearing aids much better than any pair he has ever had. Lyle needed a preliminary hearing test and our insurance connected us with Connect Hearing in North Port. Lyle has a severe hearing loss. Our hearing specialist, Karen 2, was gracious and caring. She recognized when Lyle was frustrated and helped him relax. she also reprogrammed his hearing aids, improving his ability to hear. She also programmed his receiver and microphone to work with the new hearing aid program.

Michael Arpasi was extremely helpful and considerate. The office staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

I must say that Pamela Lunbek represents the best of southern hospitality, combined with the knowledge of her job, to make you feel like this is the right place for all your hearing needs!The ear exam which was very through indeed, with the specialist taking all the time that is needed to explain all the details of your hearing impairment and what is needed to correct any issiues that were found. He does not rush you at all and had a very good demeanor. Trust me these guys are the real deal !!!

I have been very satisfied with my new hearing devices! I made my appointment on line for within 12 hours of my initial inquiry. The office was very busy and obviously over booked. My wait was long and I was not seen until 1 1/2 hour after my scheduled appointment! I found this very upsetting but I made the decision to wait.Once I was called back by Karen Zaharatos, Hearing Aid Specialist I was happy I waited! She was calm, provisional and gracious about my wait. She explained everything she was doing and took the time I was expecting to perform my testing and answer my questions. At no time was I pressured to spend more then I needed to improve my hearing.I am not new to hearing devices. I have worn them for 10 years. A year ago my devices stopped working and I purchased amplifiers off Facebook. I hated them but I felt like they were OK. Finally, I could not stand them for another minute.It is wonderful to be getting my hearing back! My devices were set at 80% of my perscription because my “brain” needed to relearn what I was hearing! Amazing.I am now up to 90% and no longer need to read everyone’s lips! I can answer my cell phone through my hearing aides and no longer need to take calls on speaker! My life is good!Yes, the office is over scheduled! I think that is because of the call center scheduling on line inquires.The hearing testing was excellent, devices perfect, Karen a true professional! I am delighted!
