I moved down here and did not know where to take my scooter. It broke down on me in Port Charlotte. I stopped into Scooter Shack and spoke with Kristi. She is very knowledgeable and was polite and helpful. My scooter would not start so there was no way for me to get it to them to work on. Kristi told me that they do pick up and deliveries! I made arrangements with them to come get my scooter later that evening.They both showed up, family and all!! After Josh did a diagnostic on the scooter he called me up to explain everything and give me the price. I really liked that they called for my approval!! Josh had my scooter running two days later and installed extra stuff that I had asked for!! It has been running like it was brand new ever since.When I got my scooter back I rode around for hours, I was so happy and grateful it was up and running again.I recommend Scooter Shack to anyone and everyone. They try, they are knowledgeable, they have great prices, and just really nice!Thank you Kristi and Josh!!!

Ive heard so many bad things about this place but gave it a go anyways. . They told me to do the whole tune up and so I did and and boy they fixed it so well ! IT. DOESNT. WORK. i thought they were just rumors but apparently They gave it back with more problems than it already had and It was fine just needed an oil change until they got a hold of it were true. I advise you to not go. unless youre really bored and feel like spending money on BS.
