RESCREENING: I needed repair of several panels of pool cage screening, did some research and chose New Model for the job. Excellent choice! Dan hustled out to evaluate the situation, explained all to me and gave me a quote. I was in a hurry as one panel had gotten totally destroyed by most recent storm winds and squirrels were running around inside the cage with no way to get back out, funny to watch but needed this remedied asap. Jose came yesterday with Hector as assistant and did a quick, professional job, problem solved. I took some pictures/videos of the whole process, its amazing to witness. Bottom line, great work at a great price, I highly recommend New Model. Im also now going to have these guys take care of another project, painting our entire pool deck/lanai. Dan from New Model Rescreening and Painting was very helpful and did a great job refurbishing a very old and tired pool cage. He was able to change the color from white to bronze, much better for hiding dirt, and was able to repair old screw holes in the cage. New Model also changed the screws out for new stainless hardware that wont rust and cause ugly stains in the pool plus put in new doors. Great value and good service. It is hard to believe it is the same pool cage!
Absolutely amazing work! This was very much needed, wasn’t able to enjoy my large patio. Now I can even sit out while it rains!They enclosed the area with aluminum, stainless steel screws and used 20X20 NO-SEE-UMS mesh screen. Danny, the owner of the company came out personally and explained our options. He was honest and well spoken and did not pressure us into anything. He explained what was going on, what needed to be done and what it would cost. He would not accept money up front and insisted we pay only when the job was completed and we were satisfied. This company covers a large swath of Florida and they work it in sections when they do their bookings. Summer weather in Florida makes its own rules and there is always the chance of a delay, especially in painting. Workers cleaned up very nicely each day. We saw things that needed touch ups and before we could say anything they fixed it. Very through. We were installing a new roof and needed a contractor to decouple and then reinstall our pool cage. After a long search process, sorting through company websites that were not always representative of capabilities, we were very fortunate to find New Model Rescreening and Painting. They understood the work that was required, promptly offered a very detailed quote, were onsite early to meet the roof work schedule, and then completed the balance immediately after. As part of the work, we took the opportunity to have the pool cage overhauled, new screws throughout, structure cleaned and painted, and high quality 20 x 20 screen installed. The quality of the work was excellent, and for the reattachment and new gutter install, was a significant design improvement compared to what was originally installed. The pool cage looks new. A six star experience.

I had a pool cage that had nothing done to it for 35 years except screen replacement when it tore. It was rusty all the bolts holding it were badly rusted. The screens were worn and moldy. I was considering a brand new cage but the cost made me hesitate. I called New Model Rescreening and Painting for an estimate and the owner Dan gave me an ballpark estimate over the phone and asked if I wanted to proceed with a more detailed estimate. He came out the next day. The estimate was a little more expensive then the phone quote but the cage needed a lot of work and I also asked for him to adjust the house gutters which were leaking, angled wrong and to put covers over them to prevent leaves clogging them. He explained what his company would do and this is exactly what was done. First they power washed the entire cage and gutters. They repositioned the gutters to drain properly and then cleaned and sealed them so they don’t leak. They removed all the old screening and doors. Next they sanded all the corrosion of and replaced all the bolts with new stainless steel bolts. Two coats of paint were applied. Three all new doors, door handles and locks with new door sweeps were installed. The improved the way the gutter downspouts passed through the screen. They replaced all the screening with new screening and Florida glass for private at the bottom. They even painted all the soffits so the paint matched the cage. (They asked me if I wanted it done first). They put in new stability cables, when they were finished the cage looked brand new. Also they covered the pool and house prior to the start of work and when finished cleaned and hosed out the pool area so it was ready for us to put back our pool furniture. Every employee was friendly and professional and told me what they were doing along the way going out of their way to see that I was happy with the job. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for any future work

We can’t begin to say how pleased we are with the work done by New Model. The pool cage was re-painted and re-screened and it absolutely looks almost new. Every fastener was replaced and the support beams were replaced with cables per code. The first co. I called, a referral from a business acquaintance, said they werent taking any new customers. Then I Googled and tried Home Advisers. Four companies were responsive online, two set up appointments. One showed up on time and gave a professional quote, even finding a solution for a non-standard product I needed. The sales rep was courteous and informative. He quoted me a date for installation.I told him I had another company coming out to give me a bid later that day and he was courteous about that. The other company did not show up, did not call and say they werent coming, just kept me sitting around waiting. New Model showed up on the day they said they would, in the timeframe they quoted, and did a wonderful job...even my neighbors were impressed! They could see them working out their windows and remarked at how fast they worked, how skilled they did the job, how great my screens look! Prompt on time for quote appointment, attentive to work requested without suggesting more needed to be done. Jose figured a quote that was acceptable after a few minutes and scheduled me in for later in the week - 8 a.m on Saturday. I was not home, but called to tell me he had completed the job (4 hours) around noontime and arranged time to pick up check early evening. We walked around the house to see he had rescreened the front entry, 3 panels in lanai and the requested window screens and a couple smaller ones that did need to be done (thanks!) He did everything under his original quote. The warranty on the materials used and workmanship is in writing on the invoice. Multi-level discounts extending to friends and family for future work is a nice touch too.I highly recommend New Model Rescreening for being on time, quality of workmanship, and cleanup, and realistic price for job done.

I was VERY Pleased with NEW MODEL RESCREENING & PAINTING CORP.They were fast and affiant, it took only 4 days between the estimate (very reasonable) and installation. The Deck was very poorly build and they had to do a lot of adjusting, therefore it took them longer than usually and they did not charge me extra.
