Went to Gretstone to have some body work on my SUV, drivers side door was hit by a bicyclist. Don, the owner, was informative, efficient, told me everything I should do regarding my insurance, renting a vehicle. I called my Insurance company and they sent the adjuster to Greystone, Don called the rental place got me a vehicle...bing, bam boom ..as they say lol. 1 week later my car was done! Perfect like nothing happened! The best, place is clean and everyone is very nice..thank you Don, Greystone 🤗

Got bad experience with these guys.

Two negative posts were from a disgruntled employee that was fired for continuously not reporting to work on 2 of 5 days per week and returning from lunch 15 to 20 minutes late when he was at work.

From the limited interaction I have had with Greystone, they were cordial, courteous, and their work was professional and perfect in every way.

I ONLY GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE IM NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE ZERO. Owners were extremely unpleasant and uninviting. I brought my 2012 Nissan Versa in because i had gotten rearended. Turned out i needed a new bumper - so i brought it to Greystone to get repaired. Well let me tell you, i should have left it damaged because what i got back was even worse. My NEW bumper looked liked it was from a completely different color car. Would not recommend doing business here.
