Bob and Mark were fantastic. They took their time helping me decide on my tires and wheels. They walked me through the exact process of what would happen with my Gladiator and provided great ideas that I was not even considering. The final product is amazing, better than I could have hoped. There are many places who will swap out rims and tires but if youre a Jeep fanatic, this is the place to go.

Bob is very passionate and treated my FJ frame for rust. Looks brand new. Would def recommend to anyone looking for frame treatment. Very kind stuff, punctual with their work, and did an A+ job.

I needed some work done on my bumper from a minor accident. Bob had me come down so he could take a look at it. I was given a few pricing options and given a very convenient time to return for the body work. Bob and his crew did a fantastic job, talked a bit about Jeeps and the price for all of the work was outstanding. I would not go anywhere else if I needed additional work done on my Jeep.

Honestly this place was a real life saver especially since they worked with car computers. I have recently been having issues with my jeep wrangler 1995 and had no Idea what was wrong. I took my jeep to 3 other mechanics and no one knew what was wrong with it and I was completely frustrated since they couldnt seem to find the problem. My cars start up problem was getting worse and worse and I had no idea what to do. However that all changed when I found these guys on google. With in a week they knew what was wrong with my car. Apparently my cars computer was having a problem and they fixed it pretty quick. I was super impressed with the results not only was the start up problem fixed but with some of the other services the car was feeling stronger and more responsive. They even gave it some of the Wrangler love! they cleaned up underneath the hood and even made some miner touch ups around the car. Over all the car runs AMAZING and Im glad I ran into them.Below is a before and after pic of a part I was thinking on replacing since it was affecting my steering but its not needed anymore. Everyone at Wranglers Direct is friendly and helpful. They were all very knowledgeable when it came to answering questions about the jeep. I had an issue with my jeep and they had it in the shop that day. Awesome response time and they always keep you informed as they are in the process of any repairs. Service is unlike any other. I have been to other mechanics where they never let you know what is going on with your vehicle but here I was kept up to date about everything they were doing and kept me in the loop. So much knowledge here, I spoke with other mechanics who could not tell me what was wrong with my Jeep but they were able to figure it out the first day and shortly after fit me in to get it fixed. The customer service here is better than any other and they care about their work. Only place I will bring my wrangler from now on.

This is a great place to take your Wrangler. They provide a variety of services that fit your needs. We didnt have a place to store our hard top, so we took advantage of the Swap a Top program they have. We recently added a back-up camera, new lights and a few other things. Weve had a great experience working with Bob and his team.

Once to help repair the zipper on the back window and then again to check out an oil leak. It is rare that you meet someone like Bob in the automotive industry. Bob is a very honest, transparent, helpful and knowledgeable man and that oozes from the service that he provides to you.Bob was so helpful from our first interaction on the phone when we (boyfriend and I) gave him a call on a Sunday from his Car Gurus post. We spoke to him for a good 30 minutes about what we were looking for and he said he had a Wrangler we might be interested in. He was right! Since I was switching from a Honda Civic to a Jeep Wrangler, I test drove the car 3 times before making my decision. Before the second test drive, Bob told us that he noticed a shake when accelerating to 60 mph and we felt the same during our test drive. I thought that was great that Bob told us about it before the second test drive because Bob could have literally sold me some jacked up Wrangler, but he did not. He just said he would take care of it and he did!
