Absolutely the worst they take forever and you sit in the drive-thru line for 10 or so minutes waiting for a coffee.. unbelievable!!

I forgot my wallet and they were being so understanding that they held my food until I came back and made me a fresh coffee.

Horrible service! Finessed me out my pocket. $30 for two extra small Açaí bowls!! Not same pictures they are advertising online, once I brought it up I got smart snarky remarks. NEVER going back! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Second person in line and I waited 10 minutes for a toasted bagel that wasnt even hot. Thats after waiting a few minutes before being informed that they didnt have the bagel I asked for.

My wife wont drink their coffee and I dont drink coffee myself, so the only reason I go is for the jalapeno cheddar bagel and a protein shake once in a while. Service is usually good, they get people in and out quickly, and Ive never gotten a wrong item from them.

I love the açaí bowl/parfaits and muffins. Its also really nice to see Jenna and Lexi, they are such nice and beautiful people.

Delicious beverages. My fave is iced vanilla Chai(almond milk) with shot of caramel. Staff is efficient and courteous, and the breakfast sandwiches are delicious.

Food and coffee is absolutely awesome! You can tell the workers try hard, 10/10 recommend!

Stopped by to get an iced latte. It was a very strange iced latte as it was filled with foam on top. It was ok, i needed caffeine and it did the trick. I did get a wonderful tomato basil egg sandwich that was filled with two egg patties which is unusual,and bacon which was cooked to perfection. The staff was very very nice. And its really nice and comfy inside.

I literally go out of my way every single morning to make it to coffee connection on mineral spring for a coffee! Best coffee, best avocado toast around !!

The staff here are unprofessional and rude. They made my order sloppy and the employer doesnt even rinse the blenders when she makes the smoothies. I asked for my bagels not to be as crispy they were dark brown crispy no cream cheese, I asked for a smoothie and it tasted more like the apple juice then fruits, and then the employee looked upset when I went back in and told her I didn’t like the smoothie because it tasted more like the apple juice then fruits and needed sides of cream cheese and I would pay for it. She looked like I was telling her the worst thing ever but she remade the smoothie and still put more apple juice then fruits. If you want to have a good experience I suggest going to the Coffee Connection in Downtown Providence.

The workers are super friendly and the menu has such a wide variety! I’ll definitely be back to try more :)

Can’t get myself to go for my morning coffee anywhere else. Staff is always friendly, my French vanilla iced coffee is always consistent and the morning breakfast sandwiches are perfectly done.

I love how they have a healthy menu but also sweet treats. You can count on a wide variety of fresh foods.The BLT on multigrain bread × a side of avocado was SO delicious and the berry power smoothie so yummy too. Next time Im ordering the acai bowl.Very pleasant atmosphere and you can dine in too.

Stopped in for the first time for a iced coffee and Im not sure if their house blend coffee has a nut flavor or if they gave me a flavored coffee but I have a tree nut allergie and after one sip had a reaction. If this was the house blend there should be a warning.

This place has a bit of a wait for just a simple drip coffee. I didnt see any creamer out for customers so I asked for cream. They steamed the cream before adding the coffee which was a nice touch. Coffee was good but not really hot. Id go back.

Ive been coming to this restaurant for a few years. Their breakfast sandwiches are great. The coffee is good and they have the best variety of muffins. Its nice to go there cause they are always friendly! 5⭐s!

I’m not from around the area and stopped by Coffee Connection, the place looks very welcoming with a friendly staff. I tried the açai bowl and it was simply amazing! Also I had a nice caramel latte ❤️ I’m looking forward to try it again on my next visit

Açaí bowls are delicious. They offer a lot of healthy options and they have a nice variety of different things. Atmosphere is nice and relaxing. For me, I think all of their drinks are too sweet, other than that everything else is great.

Absolutely horrible service. I just ordered 1 pound of whole bean coffee at 10:42 and waited 10 minutes while every customer behind me had their drink made. My order took 30 seconds to make....

Huge shout out to all the employees at the North Providence Coffee Connection. Went in got myself a coffe sat down and they got super busy and they were able to serve all customers so fast and accurately it was amazing.

Coffee was delicious but wait time was way too long

Soo good, the iced vanilla chai and the spiced chai is sooo good. The chai at coffee connection is 10x better than the chai at Starbucks and Dunkin. I suggest trying it with oat milk. Also the pistachio walnut muffin is also really good, Ive ordered it at least twice now and the muffin is sooo addicting.

Strong lattes and good selection of bagels. They also have protein choices for avid gym goers, go figure.

They have a $5 minimum for credit card transactions. I understand there is cost involved for businesses when people use credit cards. But they are a coffee shop and a cup of coffee is only a couple bucks and who carries cash these days? I’d go here daily as the coffee is better than Dunkin’ but I never carry cash so a visit here requires me to go to the ATM first and honestly it isn’t worth the inconvenience.

The place is very quaint and cute. I was very happy with the customer service.I am sure it was an off day when we went because of all the positive reviews, which is also why I do not want to give such a low rating, however, both my partner and I got coffee and food. The coffee was okay, but as soon as we left, we both started feeling ill. We both god a very mild case of food poisoning from here.It came highly recommended, so I am sure it was just an off day, nbd, just something to consider.

There is nothing quite like an afternoon pick-me-up from Coffee Connection. Whether stopping for a quick bite or meeting with friends, the menu is stacked with healthy and interesting options to choose from. I love a good coffee shop but what makes this spot stand out from the rest is the time and dedication put into each menu item. There is simply no competing with their house made hummus on a wrap. The coffee flavors are brewed in the beans rather than just flavored with syrup as an after-thought. The pride they take in their product shows through every time I visit.

Blown away by the customer service here. I came in to get lunch for my team and they were super busy. Even though I had to wait a bit, the staff was so friendly and made sure to get my order right. It was so crazy in there and the girls behind the counter always smiled. I was stressed watching the crowd! Highly recommend this place. Great decor, great food, and great coffee. Job well done!

One of the best things to happen to North Providence and especially Mineral Spring Ave. Coffee is always great!! The food and pastries are incredible. Service is always great as well. I ordered a smoothie bowl which was delicious albeit overpriced for the area. The wait time was certainly not speedy and I waited around 15 minutes to receive my order. I would give 4 stars however the woman who took my order was incredibly rude and refused to make eye contact with me. When I received my order the women put two different smoothie bowls on the counter and when I asked which one was mine she mumbled almost inaudibly and then walked away. Truthfully just an uncomfortable experience and it felt as though being a patron there was an wanted burden on the staff. Overall while the food was good I would say skip this place and find a place with better customer service.

I love that they use unsweetened almond milk. The knockout is incredible. The service was quick and it was easy in and out for pickup. Their hummus is such clean eating. Seriously delicious by itself. Behold the power of chick peas for lunch. Healthy eating.

Hey surprise coffee shop that has a huge selection of flavored iced coffee’s as well as hot coffee’s. They have a bunch of muffins and pastries as well and all the people that work there are awesome. Definitely a place to stop for a home brewed coffee and some food.

I had the pleasure to work at coffee connection, it was a very good experience. I learned a lot from everyone who worked and is still working there. The managers at the 3 different locations are very professional, the staff is very friendly and always smiling. Coffee connection family respects all people from all ages, all races and all classes!!!The service, coffee, food quality, atmosphere, staff, managers, ... everything is just amazing. They work really hard to keep a wonderful image and most of all to keep their customers satisfied. I don’t understand how some people are so angry and hateful to go online and make reviews just to hurt a family who worked so hard to keep that business going. Would be a great place to go if it were not for the awful service. No consistency here. 1 out of 10 times will they get your order right and if you try to correct your order you will just be told you are wrong. If you think speaking to the manager/owner helps he is the worst one. My suggestion is to go up the street to the new Providence Bagel and your service and food will be much better

My Husband and I love this place. The owner of the one in North Providence is amazing. Hes all about customer service which makes the experience pleasurable.The last few times I been here. I waited in the line for 10 minutes for a coffee and a muffin. On several different occasions, we tried to order through the drive thru in the late afternoon, and no one answered. When we went inside, all they could say was Im sorry. Not to mention the poorly made bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich Ive received on several different occasions.The food is amazing, minus the egg sandwiches and the coffee is excellent. I rated it 3 stars because the customer service brings it down and its very pricey.

Wasnt done ordering at drive thru and the lady was quick to move me up to the window- no customer service, I just noticed my 7yr old just ate raw bacon after she brought me her sandwich, and the smoothies are watery. What a waste of my money -$35 and how embarrassing for my family. And no I don’t want an invite back. Stop trying to invite us back with your responses its cringing. Fix the business. There is NO connection.

From RI and have to stop here every time we come back. The BEST flavored coffee (its actually brewed, not flavor shots). Maui Madness and Snicker doodle are my favorites. Love getting a blueberry muffin toasted with butter... So good. Enjoy!

Coffee Connection North Providence has been my go to coffee shop since the day they opened their doors. The food and drinks are amazing and the customer service is exceptional! I’ve never had anything but a delightful experience here.

The coffee really isnt very good. The wraps and sandwiches are terrible. really the only things they have here that are delicious are the baked goods and the bagels.

I visited Coffee Connection for the first time the other day and it is the best place I’ve been to in a long time! I ordered a veggie wrap with hummus and it was the best wrap I’ve ever had! I also ordered a smoothie that was SO refreshing! So glad I found this gem of a place!

Best breakfast around. Service is always reliable and I love the creative menu they have for breakfast and lunch. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

I’m normally not one to complain because I myself work at a coffee shop, but this time was a bit different. The 2 girls at the front counter didn’t know how to use the debit card swipe. Then the WiFi password she gave me was wrong. I’m not one to complain but I waited over 20 minutes for my sandwich when I could have easily gone to Dunkin’. $14 was a waste of my money.

Love this place! I go here pretty much every day. They always greet me with a smile. Sometimes I may have to ask them to tweak something but they are always willing. Love everyone that works here and the owner Fadi is so sweet.

I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes waiting to order and they seemed to be ignoring me. Then a girl asked if I was all set and I said yes and then she walked away. When my order was finally taken and coffee given to me, the coffee was watery and barely had a flavor. It’s mother’s day and the coffee was supposed to be for my mom to surprise her.

Laid back and enjoyable, its a good place to have a great cup of coffee. The staff is very friendly and customer conscious. I dont feel rushed to get in and out like the chain coffee places.

Food is always great. Super healthy and yummy. Most of the employees are rude. I ordered a large and they were about to start moving to make my drink and I noticed it was a medium cup. I let her know and asked her to get the large. She got vary aggravated and gave me a very dirty look. This girl also forgot my muffin. So I had to go back to the counter and get it. She was clearly tired but she was very rude and forgetful. She repeatedly did this with other costumers I noticed.

Very cute place to have a cold brew and sit with friends. They have a wonderful selection of iced coffee flavors, their cold brew is delicious. The staff is extremely kind, I loved coming here. I always blew a good $21 bucks here for two large coffees and two sandwiches, little pricey, but the quality is what I pay for. My last three visits I waited at drive-thru for quite some time. I was on short schedule too. It would have been a 5-star review if they were a little quicker and if my pumpkin spice tasted more like pumpkin than regular coffee.

The coffee tastes fresh, I came in because Dunkin was too far of a walk and the nice lady helped me pick out a good choice with a good side to eat the coffee tastes nice and rich and really fresh way fresher then Dunkin def will be coming back thanks for coffee
