Great customer service from the whole staff.

Excellent experience from when I was checked in, my time with the doctor, and having my glasses adjusted. Everyone was very pleasant and happy to help me with my questions. Everything ran like clockwork from beginning to checking out. Thanks again.

I give a 2 stars because the doctors are amazing. It’s the miserable staff in the office that I have an issue with. The old lady that answers call Tissa or whatever it is, is very rude. Kept hanging up the phone and said it was line connection when she was hearing me just fine and answering me. Didn’t even say “hello?” Just hung up. Then I called again and she said hello and hung up again. And when I spoke to the manager she ran to tell him her phone is acting up and he believed her. She must either need a new job or a hearing aid. I’m all set with this office. The majority of the staff look miserable. I work in the medical field and I get it but I never show it to the patients.

The doctor was amazing absolutely loved him. However the people that help you with the glasses out right said they hate teamsters. I felt so uncomfortable that i just picked whatever to get out of there as fast as possible. They made it clear that no one wanted to take me because of my insurance through the teamsters because we have amazing coverage for eye care.

I am very frustrated. Had an appointment scheduled since 2 months ago. Went there with my fiancée the other day for her appointment. My appointment came up and the lady I was speaking with asked her co worker why it was that people the schedule in July were being pushed back by people being scheduled in August. Basically it was because someone of everyone was messing the schedule up. She played it off like my appointment would be the priority because it was scheduled first. Come to find out tonight that I received a call from the same lady saying I needed to be rescheduled. That really made me upset. Why? I was obviously on the schedule first and it was her that brought it up while I was sitting there that someone was making mistakes. I will not ever go and spend any of my money at this establishment. I have already waited 2 months for an appointment and it seems now I have to wait longer because of someone’s incompetence. Seems there was a response to this after I posted and the post became invisible. I do not think it is the owner. The owner responses are all the same. Seems more of an automated response to me. I want to let people know how this place works. You may end up waiting a very long time for an “appointment”. They do not even answer their telephone and they have eye glasses laying al over the counters that need to be cleaned.

Paid out of pocket for an eye exam and contact lens RX. Had to go back a second time (never had to do that for contact lenses before) and ended up getting mailed an incomplete contact lens RX. I hate having my time wasted. I will not be going back.

Had a good experience the first time I went to Visionworks. Unfortunately, the second time I registered online. Got a confirmation, filled out the forms online so I didn’t think anything of it. Got there and they had no record of it. I showed them the confirmation but they said they are having issues with the online site! Said I wasn’t the only one. So why do they still have the site up and running. I now have to go another 3 1/2 weeks with headaches due to my glasses. I had to wait a month for this appointment that I had to reschedule. I’m so upset.The ladies at the front desk were very kind and apologetic...that’s the only reason I will go back. It’s not there fault, it’s the company themselves that are allowing this to continue to happen to their costumers. I will now only call and speak to someone. Lesson learned!

First, I went with my Son the day before the school started. The attending and service was excellent. The doctor were there and right away did an eye exam After, we choose the frames and 5 days later my Son had is brand new glasses. For this reason, based on the excellent attending and their efficiency, I took my wife there yesterday with her prescription. Again, the service and attending, was excellent. My wife got a very good impression about everything. Now, we just need to wait for the time to go back there to pick up her glasses. I recommend anyone to go to Visionworks.

This was my first time getting glasses so I was apprehensive for various reasons. Thankfully, I was guided through the entire process by Petra. She was amazing to work with. She explained everything about my vision, my choice of frames types lenses and the importance of having glare free coating. I never once felt like I wasbeing pressured into buying something more expensive or didn’t need. As a guy who now has to wear bifocals, I’m definitely feeling self conscious. Petra went above and beyond when she allow me to try on her own personal pair so that I might feel a bit more at ease with my new fate. After my purchase, I had to return to the store a few days later for a slight repair as my frames weren’t sitting correctly. Petra was more than happy to assist, and had me in and out of the store in minutes. I am extremely pleased with my new glasses and had a wonder fil first experience at Visionworks. I’ll be sure to recommend them to my friends and will be returning for all of my vision needs.

I had a positive experience at this office. I arrived to my appointment early and was greeted immediately and all staff were friendly. Dr. B was pleasant and knowledgeable as well. I let good about the entire experience and will be going back to this office and seeing Dr. B as my optometrist for all future needs. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for an optometrist.

This was our first visit to Visionworks and I am thoroughly impressed. We were greeted enthusiastically upon entering and helped right away. My daughter has a unique and challenging prescription but Jim was very knowledgeable and guided us through the process. I felt confident that we were in good hands. We will definitely be coming to Visionworks for our eyeglasses now.

Great experience! I went in on a Wednesday night. Picked out my glasses from a large variety of options. The women helping me was very knowledgeable and processed my insurance easily. After going over options I was able to quickly finish the transaction. I picked up my glasses the next day as the lenses I chose were in stock. When I picked up my new glasses I also brought in my sunglasses that were also missing a plastic nose bridge piece. The gentleman behind the counter took them into the back and came back in minutes with new plastic bridge pieces and gave them a tighten too and said I was all set. Great experience and will definitely be back again. A+ for customer service!

Great Experience!! This was my first time getting an eye exam so I was a little apprehensive but it was all worth it. Everything was done in a timely manner. Great professionals at Visionworks. Also, great deals on purchasing glasses as well! I would recommend.

The man who attended to me was very polite, patient and knowledgable. After I was finished with my selection and he wrote it up and I paid, I stayed a while longer and looked around. It was then that I found a pair of frames of a different brand that I liked more. He was nice enough to measure me for bifocals on those, and allow me to change my order. Excellent experience all around.

Very good experience - eye exam and frame selection were great! Kim was especially helpful and patient. Tough making a choice but Kim helped narrow it down and we are so happy with the results. fantastic customer service!

The attending and service was excellent. Helped me on getting the specialsended up buying 2 pairs of glasses for $200 with eye exam included. I recommend anyone to go to Visionworks.

Great experience! Kim was really helpful in finding me the right pair of glasses. She really knew the stock and was able to bring me several pairs to try on that worked for my face shape and eye/hair color.

Im not a young person and Ive been getting my eyes checked for years. You know, the same old stale environment, kind of quiet. This is the first time I have learned so much about my eyes. Dr. Lee and the staff at Visionworks are amazing and friendly. They make it easy to talk to them and they want you to be more educated about your eyes. I bought 3 pair of glasses!!! The experience alone was well worth it!!

Dr. Biennerhasset is very professional and insures she gets your prescription just right. I can see so well with my new eyeglasses and sunglasses! In addition, the staff at this location are very knowledgeable about your insurance plan, and the options, that can optimize your vision. They also have a vast array of eyewear available. I’m very pleased with this location. I highly recommend it.

Truly outstanding from scheduling, lenses and frames selection, to pick up. Dr. Blennerhassett’s eye exam was extremely thorough, latest technology. Samantha helped select great frames, explain lense options, was so helpful.

Make us wait an hour. They could not find us in their system, called Atena- still no help. We took our appointment week ago. Why couldn’t they do their before and inform us. And finally after an hour of wait, visionwork says we are out of network. So have to pay for it. Lost an hour of my time. Be little professional. Thank you.

Made an appointment. Confirmed by email the appointment date and time. A few days before I get a call and told my appointment was canceled and nothing they could do to get my appointment time even though it was confirmed by email. Ill make an appointment with another office in my network.

Excellent Customer Service: I have been wearing glasses for many years and I have never had such a thorough examine as I had by Dr. Sherri Blennerhassett . Also the assistant for purchasing the eyeglasses and lenses Cathy was excellent. She took her time to explain everything as did again Dr. Sherri Blennerhassett. I would recommend highly for anyone to go there. I have been to optometrists that i had to wait a year to get in and their examination couldnt compare to the one I received at the North Providence Branch.

Very poor customer service today!!!!!!!I came in to buy a pair of glasses I was told to sit with Cathy .C. she watched me sit at her desk. she got up and went to do something when she came back knowing that I was already sitting at her desk for 5 mins.... ready to buy a pair of glasses she went and looked at an employee in front of me knowing i was at her desk and told them Im going to lunch leaving me there with out saying anything to me. So I waited 45 minutes and she was still at lunch so i got fed up of waiting!!!!!!! And i leftShes rude!! And always has a attitude
