My regular choice for package drop off and Ive always had a good experience. The woman at the counter is friendly and helpful.

Gone to this place a handful of times no issues gave them my packages and left. Returns went smoothly. Nice small business with kind employees. If you go there and have a horrific experience with a pretty basic process then you are probably the problem.

They never open on time. If you don’t call prior, you wasted valuable time.

Great service and very helpful. I wish all shipping centers where like this.Hours of operation are better than the post office. Family owned shipping business along some Philippino snacks and foods.

I ended going to do business with them after writing my previous review down below of the location in North Providence. I’m so happy with my choice!!! I’m treated with respect and they VALUE their customers. This updated review is long overdue.*** 🔽PREVIOUS REVIEW BELOW🔽I called Mail Boxes Plus NP at 1800 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence, RI 02904 today May 22, 2019 around 1:00pm to inquire about their yearly mailbox plans. The first time I called the store the phone rang 5 times. On the 6th ring someone picked up the phone and hung up! I couldn’t believe it so I called back again. The second time a man picked up the phone talking in a low voice that I can barely hear him. He sounded very uninterested in taking my call. No enthusiasm and very cold. I asked him, “why did he hang up on me?” He stated, “he didn’t hear anyone and hung up!” FALSE!! The first time I called he didn’t even bother saying hello, he simply picked the phone up and hung up on me. The entire second phone call he was playing stupid. Still no desire to help me and acted as if I was bothering him by calling the store. I returned the favor and HUNG UP ON HIM! This is by far one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve ever experienced. The employee clearly didn’t like his job and didn’t want to be there. His poor attitude and rude actions are going to hurt this business. That is not how you handle a customer. I never got his name. I hope the owner sees my review and reaches out to me. That type of behavior is unacceptable! I was interested in doing business with them but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

If there was a zero star I would give this incompeten place that! I am a disabled person whom sells a few things on line. I dropped a package off and had a pre printed lable on a Tuesday and they charged me a fee to print lable and still did not send out until Thursday? I think that this is not an American based business and all should avoid!

Showed up at 6:14pm on a Wednesday when theyre open until 6:45pm only to find the place empty and a Sorry were CLOSED sign up front.This is not how a successful, reliable business operates.I wont be returning here any longer.

Mail Boxes ETC.is no longer their name.Mail Boxes Plus NP no,since 2 years ago and under new ownership.They are all friendly and accomodating.
