The ice cream treat is always nice but I found after over 30 yrs coming there and the 3rd time in a row theres other places to go with nicer staff. We got the same young girl who wasnt pleasant at all and I even tried to get a more mature lady twice and a young man hoping to make a better experience. Ill miss the convenient location but Ive seen a few more outside seating too! Good luck!!

By far my favorite ice cream place. Their sizes are generous for the price and the frozen lemonade competes with Dels. The staff is always very friendly. It can be difficult to park sometimes, but it is 110% worth it!

Love going here! The watermelon sherbet and lemonade are my absolute favorite! They even have ice cream for my dog and everything is reasonably priced!

I dont know why all of the stars lite up but I love it. I go there daily and the ice cream is delicious and Emily and her son are so extrodinarily hospitable. There is no place like COOL LICKS. If you havent been there you are missing out on greatest ice cream ever and the greatest people you would ever want to encounter. COOL LICKS is the greatest. The only star that should be lite up is LOVED IT.

My go too in the summer, Nice people work there. They have a ton of flavors soft or hard ice cream. Lemonade, and more. Go please youre needs for a great ice cream or sundae! Prices are in line with the others. Plenty of parking plus handicapped parking. And a water bubbler.. enjoy! 👍🌠

Disappointed that I asked for their delicious Watermelon Sherbert soft serve to only be given pink vanilla flavored ice cream. I have been going for years and never had a problem. Sad face if the recipe changed.

Soft-serve is just okay, and theyre cash only. Makes me miss Socs in Saugus.

Honestly this was really disappointing. My fiancé was saying how good this place was, but after coming here he realized he was remembering another place. I love ice cream, but the ice cream here is slightly lower than store-bought ice cream. Not to be mean, but I honestly don’t understand how people like the ice cream here.Staff was friendly enough, the place looks clean, conveniently right on the main road.

Great place to get your ice cream (soft-serve or hard pack) fix during the warmer seasons. They close for the winter though. Blueberry Cheesecake flavored soft-serve is a favorite.

There icecream is great and so is their customer service but their prices could be a lil cheaper. I mean a kids lil tiny cup of just twist soft serve is 2.60 😮 but overall though they are pretty good and nice people
