Got a chain and a rose gold cap from them, and the cap fit so good, I immediately went and bought a bottom set from them as well. Very well crafted, fast shipping, and great customer service. Previous Grillz I’ve had have had to be just slightly molded by hand to fit perfectly, but they fit perfectly, straight out the gate here!

They take the time to talk about your custom orders, and their patience is very impressive; answering literally every question you have and getting back to you in a timely fashion. They went the extra mile for me by sending me an extra mold kit, and accommodating the shipping of my order.Once I received the order, I was very impressed with the detail put into the grill (especially the diamond cut finish), but more importantly, I was shocked at how smoothly and comfortably they fit onto my teeth, it was as if they werent even there.I literally inquired at virtually every grill jeweler in the Boston area, and did not get an ounce of the professionalism that Grillz offers consistently. Sent mold kit arrived late but refunded me all the money I paid for the mold kit. Then sent me a pre paid shipping label to send back overnight free. Was told it would take around 60 days due to covid but was early and always kept in touch with me either calling or texting me the process of how it was going. Shipped it and got earlier than expected. It fit perfectly no issue. He is the best and most legit jeweler. He def gets a 5 star if I could Id give him a 10. Best online jeweler ever.
