8/25/21 around 7pm I went to pick up some pictures. The woman at the photo counter was the nicest, most personable associate from any business Ive ever had the pleasure of interacting with. She definitely needs some recognition! Thanks a bunch!

Staff is infinitely friendly and professional with some of the MEANEST customers NE Ohio has to offer. Every time I shop here I witness an employee being verbally abused or threatened by a customer because something isnt going their way. These employees deserve better from the customers they serve.

Good store. Had most everything in stock. Limited beer selection. People were pretty nice and helpful inside.

I absolutely love my Walgreens. The employees make this good store a great one! Brandon is always friendly and helpful (and busy! I never see him idle). Yesterday, he went above and beyond expectations to help me find the gift I was looking for that wasnt out on the shelves yet. Dawn is another friendly face that I always look forward to seeing. She is always available to help customers, despite her busyness with keeping the cosmetic and beauty section so clean and organized. Thank you for all you do!

I loooovvvee this store and everyone in it, I do think they need their back coolers fixed, you open the door to get a cold drink and it’s smells terrible and nothing is ever cold. But I love the team and the company !!!!

Anyone who doesnt give perfect stars can not be pleased. Everyone here is very nice and helpful. The managers and shift leads are always saying hi, asking if u need help finding things etc. I love their sales and have made their clearance items a actual hobby haha. Plus I score five dollars off coupons all the time with points. I fill tons of prescriptiona here and all the techs are great. Pharmacist on duty always willing to answer important questions. I think I am in this store five times a week. Upper management should take the time to praise employees. I sent in a excellent review for Alexa, and she was never even told about it, that makes me sad. Anyhow keep up the great work Walgreens staff at North ridgeville!!

Drug Mart was out of my refill. Out if convenience I stopped in to the location nearest my office and I was told that refill would be ready when I finished work. When I arrived again they told me that they could not refill until the following day. So my 2 vists were not only a waste of time, but unsuccessful. Here is an itemized account of why this is terrible customer service: 1. Pharmacy tech updated my contact info. But did not call.2. Set a false expectation with regard to pick up and availability3. When Drug Mart is/was prepared to fulfill the service did not put any restrictions/sanctions.4. When asked, Pharmacy Tech did not furnish me with my Original document/written prescription.*TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!Drug Mart is less expensive...#walgreenssucksatcommincating

Always friendly and polite. They have great deals and great savings. I enjoy shopping at Walgreens.

This is my snack stop. I dont go to Valero, Marathon, or Giant Eagle. As long as this is open, I go here. Ive also picked up prescriptions here. Not often.
