I was mildly disappointed today when I went to pick up an order that I had placed online to be delivered to my local store.When I arrived only three out of four of my items had been delivered even though I got the email that said that everything was supposed to have been there.Happily, however, the young man who took care of me said it would be okay if I substituted out another product for that one and it all worked out well enough in the end.

Wendy is amazing at this location! Excellent customer service every time! Always nice on the phone, and she’s always more than happy to answer any questions. That means a lot to me these days, most retail employees get attitudes when you ask them to look for something for you. I’d give her 10 stars if I could. Give Wendy a raise!

I was in your store in North Ridgeville Ohio on center ridge rd several times looking for different items. The store is never stocked....NEVER...I used to work at your store in Texas and we took pride in it. This store is a complete mess. Stuff was all over the floors some shelves were empty or had all kinds of stuff on it that didnt belong there I cannot believe the manager or District Manager lets this happen. I am a crafter and hoping to find what i need. The freight manager for the truck is always standing at the register talking. Ive never seen him actually working. Boxes are sitting on the floor with merchandise in it. Ive actually opened some to see what was in it and hopefully what I was looking for, no luck ever. I hope someone reads this and somehow corrects the problem.

Done early no chairs or benches to seat down on and a ramp to wheel up your walker other wise its good. Expect when you run out of stuff like the 1.5 diet Pepsi I like those

Checkout and cleanliness maybe management maybe laziness maybe both some cashiers are friendly i hope this doesnt affect them so many stores get rid of the wrong personal

Bought a variety of housewares for a temporary living arrangement. Small candy bars are expensive! Ones that are 50 cents at other stores are $1 here. Checkout line moved quickly.

This North Ridgeville newest location locally has the most stocked items compared to all Elyria locations. Their makeup for example is fully stocked.

It was horrible. When I was checking out the checkout register computer went down and there were only two people working. My cashier made me stand there for 15 minutes while she tried to reboot the system. Meanwhile the other line was moving and they wouldnt even give me a place in that line.

As seems usual with this app, it had my location incorrect.I was at Master Pizza, which has THE BEST thick crust, gluten free, pizza I have ever had.As for Dollar Tree... they appear to be out of business but are not. They are expanding into the space next door and have temporarily closed. I rarely shop there but when I do they usually have what I am looking for.

First visit since the store opened back up after expansion. To be honest, not impressed at all with as much time as they were closed. They may have more sq footage now, but stills looks dingy inside the store. Was hoping for some new items, but I didnt see any at all.Another thing that was no different was the attitude of some of the employees! The young lady who rang me out was (lets say grumpy to be nice). She was not happy in general. But with all that said, I love the dollar store for the money saved every month!!

Went in to buy some Oscar Mayer products And it was outdated by three weeks May 20 2021....Not sure if anyones checking the food dates but thats gonna get someone sick...

Everything is still $1.00.Quick easy in and out.

Needed Easter baskets for six kids in one family. Got six nice baskets for $1.00 apiece (its the Dollar Store, remember)?Also picked up some bags of chocolate bunnies, peanut butter eggs, and more. Still had a bill under $15. Pretty good deal if you ask me!

If you have concerns about COVID-19, I would not recommend going here.I know that the COVID-19 restrictions are supposed to be eased this week, but we went here this past Sunday and I was disappointed with their actions. We will be not be returning to this specific location for a long time.The manager squeezed between me and my wife to restock a shelf. I told her that she couldve waited or given us time to have moved out of the way.She laughed at me, and said that if we were worried about COVID-19 that we shouldve stayed home.I thought that they wouldve shown a little more concern since the store had markers and warnings everywhere social distancing, but apparently the management staff at this locations thinks the COVID-19 isnt that big of a deal.

Terrible customer service I was already in the store, needed one gift bag the attendant told us the stores will be closing right after the current customer checks out he has a large order and the cash register will automatically turn off, BS, lazy people

Better than most Dollar Tree’s. I’d give it 5 stars if it weren’t for the creepy pathological liar guy “Robert” who runs the checkout. He feels the need to tell a BS story to each and every person checking out which makes the lines long. Don’t believe me? See for yourself.“He’s got 11 kids. He’s 70( looks like 40). He’s a millionaire and works for free. He owns a castle. He owns the show the price is right.” The list goes on. It’s hilarious.

Its a Dollar Tree. Its less janky and creepy than some of the Dollar Tree locations Ive been in. The floors are carpeted, which really helps this effect/atmosphere here. The employees are super nice and friendly - a side-effect of being in N. Ridgeville, I suspect. This is my usual Dollar Tree. Ive been to the one in N. Olmsted, too, but that one seems a bit more chaotic and disorganized than this one here.
