The prices are very reasonable and customer service is outstanding. The saleswoman who I believe was Alisha is very knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. She definitely knocks other guys out of the park with making you feel like a valued customer. I will be returning for my future car needs and will let others know about this hidden gem. Wow! I just got off the phone with Roland and I have to say this is the most professional “junkyard” I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Quick to answer the phone, Roland was able to answer any questions I had and their inventory system seems to be very organized unlike other used parts businesses. I inquired about a door and fender. Roland let me know that the door had 4 dings as was not in the best shape. This saved me time, other junkyards told me to come down and see for myself because they’t know.On top of all this, the prices are way lower than other junkyard I have called. I was quoted $50 for a fender where other junkyards want $120+

Awesome did the pick and pull your own parts this past Saturday was perfect this was the first time in years they did the self serve on a Saturday. Yard is neat and well organized.

They were the 6th place I called to find a radiator for my 2012 Kia Sorento and the only one who had it. Even though it was hard to find, they were very reasonable at $35. Pick up was quick and easy. I would highly recommend them.

First and foremost I want to say that Roland the owner is an amazing straightforward and honest man. Theres not many left in the world that holds the morals that this man does. My first experience was on the rocky side but working in this business myself I understand some delays. And it was an older vehicle that wasnt necessarily supposed to be on there.also being on different sides of the country. But by the end of it with Rolands hope not only did I get everything that I needed and desired, but he has flipped a 180 on my first experience. These guys are super helpful and rolling does run a tight ship to keep the morals he stands for in play. I will 100% be coming back for other parts. I appreciate everything that North Smithfield automotive recycling did for me and I hope that they can help you in the future.

Helpful person at the front. I was there for a window regulator, guys were helpful on the phone, when I got there, I noticed a piece on the regulator was broken. Guy was understanding, and apologetic about it and immediatelly agreed, instead of pushing the part. Honest!👍🏼

Ive been coming here for 14 years now. These guys have always bailed me out of jams. Alternators, starters, rear ends, fenders, struts, tires, rims, you name it. Roland always knows what he has on the shelf. They have the best inventory system of any yard Ive been to, the prices are MORE than fair, and the best part is that everything comes out of their doors tested. Ive been recommending this place to everyone for years and Ill keep recommending them for years.

I called in the morning to ask if they had a part I needed. They said yes, but when I got there to pick it up the man at the counter asked me if I had tools. I didnt, so I left. Ive been there in the past, called a few hours before and then drove there to pick up. I wasnt aware of a change to self service. It would have been nice to be told before I got there.

Checked their inventory on their website &called to confirm. The gentleman who runs the front (feel bad I forgot to ask his name!)was very polite &easy to understand. I went to their location &was greeted warmly by the same gentleman. We had a pleasant chat while waiting for the boys in the back to grab my part. Didnt wait more than 5mins. Absolutely recommend this auto salvage yard! It was my 1st time there but wont be my last!

Great customer service and website. This is not your ordinary salvage yard. Their online inventory system actually shows pictures of what they have in stock. I live out of state, so I had to rely on the website pictures to choose my items. Roland sent exactly what I saw on the site, so there were no surprises in the condition of the parts I received. He is pleasant and helpful on the phone, unlike all the other salvage yards Ive talked to. Great prices, too. Ill definitely be a repeat customer!

If I could leave 0 stars to this place I would, Im a professional business owner and this is by FAR the worst customer service Ive ever received, the guy on the front desk was extremely arrogant and sarcastic in every single sentence that would come out of his mouth, not matter how much of a good deal you can find at this place, Im definitely never buying a part from them again, such a shame because they have good prices, but the arrogant and racist treatment i received its not worth it. I hope the owner of this place talks to his employee or I wont be the only customer hell loose.

I love this place! Wonderful service from Jim, hes awesome & the condition of the parts he sold me were in perfect condition. He even pulled the parts for me so they would be ready when I arrived.

Roland and his guys are awesome. This is the third time they have saved my ass with a part I desperately needed to fix my grandmothers old 95 Chevy lumina. Everytime I have come in the wait has always been short and they have or explain everything I need in case they do not have it. Very knowledgeable to the point I drive in from out of state just to go to these guys. Thanks again I know Ill be there again either for myself or a friend.

Called from parts hotlines to get a bumper. Guy said it was in self service yard. Told him Im from ohio, cant drive all the way to RI. When asked if he could ship it, he immediately smarted off to me. Guy has no idea how to treat customers. I would not reccomend this place unless you are into getting yelled at when asking for help.

Oh boy... I needed some parts for my vintage car at home, so I figured Id just go and walk through. First of all, they charge $5 per person just to LOOK at what they have, and then you pay a crazy expensive amount after for a piece of junk. The guys that run the place are...um...well just leave it at rough. They were probably the big, scary kids on the playground as kids. Nough said. Overall...not funOh Yeah! I forgot to mention the fact that a lot of the cars are rotted out...Not worth the $5 fee to walk around.

Bought a rack off the ignorant hillbillies and went to recoup the $20 core fee 11 days later(they were closed a week for thanksgiving)so it was more like 3 business days later)and they refused to refund my $20(have 10 days to return,read the fine print carefully), so i wasted my precious time and fuel for nothing.On one other previous occasion occasion i called for a certain part was told that the car most likely had it only to drive up there and walk around for 11/2 hours looking for something that was 1/2 the opposite direction, because i was given the wrong location on the technical automated printout.When i finally found the vehicle 98% of it had been canableized and yes you guessed it, the part i was looking for was long gone.Another $15(10 on fuel and 5 to have the previlage to enter the dump)plus my time again out the window.Wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.
