Rude people who work there and they don’t care if they are rude, even the manager. Customer Service to save money on gas is not competent in any way. I got rid of card for saving gas cause it doesn’t work

I have been frequenting the North Smithfield Cumberland Farms since it’s been open. for the past few years I have had excellent service on behalf of many of the the employees there. However, consistently I have noticed many of the employees picking up the slack for an employee I now know as Francesca. On numerous occasions I have heard or seen interactions between her and her hard working employees wherein she’s not contributing or carrying her weight. I can site several instances wherein she has displayed a blatant disregard for her coworkers and patrons alike. The other day I was in a lengthy line wherein one employee, Tina, was manning the front counter alone and two other employees were in the kitchen area- clearly preoccupied. Meanwhile, Francesca was vacuuming the entrance area where patrons were standing, not only getting close to patrons during a pandemic but also getting in their way. Personally, I would have assisted the woman at the front counter instead of vacuuming a rug that patrons were standing on. it was also sad to see other- clearly busy employees- rush to the register to help.I have also heard other patrons make remarks mentioning her poor service etiquette to employees, I remember being near a man who remarked s****y coworkers, huh to an employee named Gi after she had to ring for help multiple times during a busy period. I have seen her or have had her leave the register when I was going to check out. My personal one on one interactions have always been kind but I can see her fellow Cumberland Farm employees struggle when she is around as she is CLEARLY not contributing nearly as much.

I went bought something I needed 10 dollars back and never got it and they said they gave it to me and they didnt never go there they dont give you change back and its ridiculous.

Come here usually after work since I’m local but not a fan it’s worth the travel to the one in fairhaven on the ave. It’s my excuse to visit a family member while in the area haha

Great place to grab a quick bite to eat or grab a drink. Only complaint is one time I went in their with a group of friends, and was treated like I was responsible for them, even though they were 14-15 and perfectly capable of handling themselves. I was asked if I was with them and when I said yes, I was told to tell them to quiet down. Im not their babysitter. But other than that, great place to buy whatever you need, but not really somewhere you want to hang out for an extended amount of time.

My favorite gas station/convenience store. As a member, saving 10 cents a gallon is always good and they have most things you might need inside.

So rude to young teens who just want to get some candy and drinks and have a place to warm up are cool off, though they don’t trust us even though I spent proboly a hundred dollars+ there and they are rude to me and my friends and show no respect at all, picking out the worst things we did (maybe drop a candy bar) and scold us for it. Horrible employee respect towards young people. Do not recommend for a place to have a conversation with the employees. 1/5

Nice staff but not many staffs there is always a long line

Cashier was incredibly rude to me while I was at the register. Other people have said this location is notorious for being aggressive and rude towards young people, and that was true in my experience. Not my fault you work at cumbys for a living, now stop taking out your anger at others!

Excellent, great service, make your own coffee, the way you want it. Gas is reasonably, great food. Great place for a quick stop

Excellent service here. I love the real atmosphere here. Weather I am or even the cashiers are having off or bad days, we can have a quick chat about it. I do though, try to make them all laugh at times. Just a bunch of great people.

My favorite cumbys! The girls who work there are always bright and happy! Stores always stocked and clean. I love this cumbys

Every single time I come here someone has to be parked in front of the one diesel pump they have here, on both sides. Why they installed the diesel pump like this I dont know but the customers are just jerks and dont pay attention. Wait 20 minutes to get fuel because they let customers park to go into go make food and drinks. Ridiculous. Control your customers better! Its a shame I love Cumberland farms but this north Smithfield location is horrible!

The foods great but the staff is always complaining about customers and the restrooms are always filthy. Why put an area to order fresh food if the employees are just going to complain about it the whole time.

Absolutely amazing service and they always have everything I am looking for!! Burlina and Jackie are my favorites, they are always so sweet and nice to me. Plus I love Cumbies coffee!!!

They are now open...I love the new Cumbys they are doing everything right...except this one. Bring back the Citizens Bank ATM, every other Cumberland Farms has one, instead you have a generic cardtronics that rips you off with fees. Was my favorite place to go to to do the one stop on the way to Woonie...pull out money, get gas, food, coffee...now Ill just pass by and go to woonsocket. At least that old CF on S. Main Street has everything I need. If you are a Citizens customer, complain so we can get the convenience of an ATM back without having to shell out 3 bucks every time we need to pull out 20 or 40.

Ive had good experiences in the past, but recently dealt with a rude cashier named Stacey/Staci. Id rather just drive two minutes down 102 to the Shell station than deal with her attitude.

Me and my friend go in every day and have spent a lot of money there, when we walk in every single time they think we are stealing and watch our every move we got kicked out the other day because they thought we were stealing skittles

Congratulations! You have the highest priced gas in the state of Rhode Island. You should be sued for price gouging!!!!! Need gas? Go to the Shell station next to Leeway right down the road to avoid the Cumberland Farms Ripoff.
