The 2 guys that come over and installed our fence were great. Very easy to deal with and explained everything and the fence came out great. Would use them again if we need another fence

They showed up my fence fell down twice its been a whileThey fixed the first time came out last week never contacted me after visit said water and wind was an issue in my opinion I would never ever recommend them for anything. Offered too split price to fix fenceNo response. All done

After looking at several fence companys and getting quotes, I decided to go with North Smithfield Fence. The gentleman who came to do the estimate and take measurements was very pleasant and thorough. He did however miss one of the gates I asked for on the estimate. When I went to drop off a check and schedule the fence install. I spoke with two gentlemen in the office, one of which was the owner, Mike. I told him about the gate and he said hed throw it in for free as a thank you to my husband, a veteran, for his service. He wrote in on a post-it and attached it to the estimate. 2 months later my cedar picket fence was installed. The installers were fantastic and did such an amazing job! A few weeks after the install I got the bill in the mail with an added charge of over $300 saying extra panels added at my request. I called for clarification and got a return voicemail saying was told it was for the gate (that was supposedly free). While I love the fence, I am truly disappointed in the billing aspect. I feeling like the bill is being padded or they were deceptive in their initial estimate. If you do go with North Smithfield Fence be sure you get everything in writing!!

We chose to have North Smithfield Fence do work for us. They are a little spendier but we felt it was worh it for the finished product.Unfortunately when the installers came they hit our sprinkler lines. We were told that happens all the time but it was on us to repair their damage! In an attempt to be sure the sprinkler lines were safe we had them flagged the day prior to work beginning. Yet the lines were still damaged! (And no where near the work site)The owner refused to take the amount of our repair off our instilatioin price, stating if we deducted any amount he would put it into claims.Poor poor customer service, so disappointed!!!

Not able to find replacement panel spruce 6ft stockade; they do not carry.
