Tyler, young man who works for Certified Towing is a polite guy, knowledgeable about his job, and for every time we needed a jump he was always on time and super polite and respectful. he gave us tips and bits of info to use so we dont keep running into battery issues. For Tylers service, for doing such good jobs everytime hes needed he deserves 5 stars for sure. Incredible guy!

We had an accident not too long ago and Certified Towing was the company called by the officer. The guy was nice while in person, however we happened to call the night before and verify the office hours and were alerted 9am to 4pm since we needed to get stuff out of the vehicle. The next morning we arrived at 9am sharp, no one was there. We contacted him and they stated they were extremely busy and would be there some time today. The point of calling ahead was to avoid this whole scenario, lone behold the company is ran all by one guy. Not a good way to run the show. Would not recommend using this company at all.

This company was really great. On a Friday afternoon my fob key broke. The car wouldnt start w/o the plastic part that cracked off the fob. After phoning a locksmith I was told the car needed to be towed in & that he was positive my ignition was no good & thats what caused my key to break. He quoted me for a new ignition & keys. I couldnt understand how this could be, but I phoned for a tow. The person I spoke to at Certified agreed that it didnt sound accurate. I phoned the locksmith back asking if he was absolutely sure I would need an ignition. He assured me he had 5 decades of experience & I would definitely need this, said this happens all the time. Anyhow, Zack from Certified showed up & asked to see my key, he took the piece that had broken off, set it back onto the key, put it into the ignition & it started right up...no need for a new ignition! Saved me a ton a of money! I then drove to the locksmith! Who was beside himself on how it wasnt the ignition that caused my key to break & then decided he couldnt help me with a key after all! Thanks Certified & Zack for all your help! Greatly appreciated!

Zach was extremely nice and fairly punctual considering he told me he would be out picking up another vehicle. But it was only a few minutes. He let me retrieve a bunch of my items and since covid, assisted me in getting the insurance photos taken and just generally being an overall cool guy.

Made me wait outside for almost an hour. Told me they were open until 4:30. Then charged an after hours fee when I was out of there by 4:27.Also charged multiple fees, of which some werent performed and others were overpriced.When contacted about situation, manager was immediately confrontational and argumentative. Completely denied all claims and wasnt professional at all.

Had an awesome experience with certified towing! My man was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to help save me from having to wait until a flat bed was available. Probably the best experience I’ve had in the automotive industry. I almost look forward to the next time I need a tow (not really though)

My mother recently had an accident with her 2000 Saturn. The car was totaled and towed to Certified Towing in North Tonawanda, N.Y.It was a very upsetting experience for my Mom and our family.Zach, the owner, was incredibly helpful and understanding.I would recommend Zach if you ever need his services.Thank You Zach again for all of your assistance. Its never a good feeling when you are in a car accident; however it is awesome knowing that your car is in good hands with whos towing it! Unfortunately we have had to use a towing service twice recently, Zach Pietricone who is employed here was our town truck driver, he is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I have been an office manager for over 23 years, it is hard to find people who are not only polite; but go the extra mile to help make things easier for the customer. He was beyond helpful and informative, I wish I was able to deal with more people who cared like he does. This is the kind of employee who deserves recognition and a raise!

Had a guy come out and help with a locked car last night. His customer service has won Certified a customer for life and free word of mouth advertising. I will suggest Certified to anyone that needs tow and other services. Thanks for the help!

THIS IS WORST TOWING SERVICE EVER. Please avoid this place to save yourself from stress. This place is run by single person and not trusted location. He purposefully kept my vehicle over the weekend and did not release to the other towing company so my vehicle can go to repair shop just to get additional money from the insurance company. I had called to get the vehicle released on Thursday. My insurance company had scheduled two towing and the other towing company tried to reach this guy to confirm the pick-up, but he was not available. Finally my vehicle was released from this place on Monday. The guy intentionally didnt let me vehicle leave the place till Monday. I really want to give this place ZERO stars!

Terrible business practices theifs towed car from accident scene they never sent a bill or a letter telling me where my car was i found out on my own after i got out of the hospital i called they told me i had one week to come up with 150 dollars and my title refused me anything out of my car they had already taken stuff out of my car they refused me birth certificate medical records my medications and my licence plates as well which is highly illegal. i will never use this company and never recommend this company to anyone.

Mean and cruel. I just called them because my car is stuck in the street. Because they are the only towing service in North Tonawanda and are used by the NT police, they think they can be arrogant. Im so glad that I have AAA soI dont have to call them again and be treated so cruelly and belittled. I should have read these other bad reviews before i called them. AAA came in 30 minutes and were very pleasant.

Terrible service. Called for a tow about 9:50am - checked with the mechanic where jeep was to be towed around 1:45pm and the vehicle was not there. Called certified back and was told they couldnt get my car out of the driveway as their truck was too long?? No call from them to let me know this so I could have made other arrangements. They have a lot to learn about service.

Very bad customer service, unfriendly. Zac is never available when you need something and gives his best effort to run a business almost singlehandedly (inefficient). He up charges for anything and everything, using a paperless billing system via Smartphone App. Doing business over the phone without actually seeing the person you are speaking to throughout is a shady way of doing things. Repeatedly tried to call and contact him and the business and I was repeatedly neglected therefore having to pay 3 days of extra storage fees... would not recommend to anyone!!! In fact Zac should hire a receptionist to take care of aspects that he clearly can not!
