Been going to Ross Service for years. Trust them to care for my car honestly and fairly. Have even allowed me in one on a moments notice to take care of minor issue when debris in the road cause there catalytic cover to come loose and drag. Couple bucks and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Much better than driving and dragging all day. As long as I love in WNY Ill go to Ross.

Ross Service is a bad place to get your car fixed! I heard some great reviews about this place so I thought I would give it a try! I needed some exhaust work, just a mid pipe, and they said you need a whole new exhaust! They tried hard to sell it to me! Even if I did need a whole new exhaust I wouldn’t get it done by them because their prices were very high! I’m not close to them and they made me drop off my car for a few hours for a quote! I took my car to Monro Muffler and they only fixed what was needed! If I could give Ross Service a zero star rating I would! I guess they don’t want my money! If they want me to give them a chance then they will have to do something really nice for me like free high quality brakes with warranty! Not a cheap oil change! I don’t recommend this place!

Ive taken our 4+ vehicles to Ross Service for about 7 years. These guys are honest, friendly and knowledgeable. From inspections to oil changes, new tires to new transmissions, these guys are tops! You wont regret having your vehicles services here! Note: get an appointment- they really try to work with you. Small 3-4 seat waiting area, but close to restaurants, plaza shopping, and library if you chose to wait and not drop off for service.
