Being new to North Tonawanda we wanted to support local businesses so before closing on our house I put a call into Ridge Overheard Doors to get an estimate on new garage doors. Al promptly responded with great advice and drove by the address to assess the job. He emailed us pictures of the garage with images of how the new doors would look. As soon as we closed on the house we met with him in person and placed the order. Today Chris came and in a few hours had expertly installed our new doors. We were thrilled to actually have doors that function on our 90 year garage. Professional, courteous and expert service! We are two very satisfied customers!

After contacting 2 other garage door companies with no luck, I called Ridge Overhead Door fairly early in the morning where the owner answered the phone & set up a day & time to come out to take a look at a commercial garage door that had a broken spring. The repair guys came out the next morning, diagnosed the situation, made a temporary repair until they ordered the part & came back & installed the part with no issues. 9 years ago we moved in to our new house. we had the garage door serviced twice.(once for a spring and once for a cable). when the other spring failed I decided to replace the entire door. I just got home and had a chance to see the new door in person. Great job! Fast, friendly, and reasonable price. Replaced the busted up springs, frayed cables, and a couple brackets/rollers. Now the door is smooooth and happy.

Called them as soon as they where opened on May 21, 2020 for a broken spring, they told me they where booked for the rest of the day and that they can put me on their standby list for that day and scheduled me for May 22 in the PM. At around 2pm they arrived at my house on May 21 and they replaced both spring, leveled the door and lubed all moving parts for a reasonable price.I have used other garage door services before, but i will only use Ridge Overhead Door Inc from now on.

My sensors went bad and the door stopped working. I called them at about 9 am and they had their technician at my house at about 1pm. They also managed to quiet my system down quite a bit, something Ive been putting off for years. Ive used them about 3 times since Ive been in my home, each time theyve been great.

A few weeks after their repair, my entire garage door collapsed onto my garage floor. Called them for repairs, called me back 3 days later so I found another company to make the repairs.
