Was in the middle of having a patio installed and after the grading was complete I realized the grade was going to be about 2 higher than my basement window. I talked to my concrete guys and they suggested transitioning to glass block. They also said that they recommend this to most their customers but most customers dont want to pay the big money to have it done. This is a misconception, the glass block window I had installed was inexpensive and looks great. After I initially spoke to Mark about my patio situation, he said he would come out the next day. He came out and measured on Wednesday, installed on Friday. He was quick, thorough, and experienced in his craft. He got the old window ripped out and the new one in in less than an hour. Needless to say I avoided postponing my patio job excessively thanks to Mark. He did a great job in a timely fashion. Id call it money well spent. Concrete is in now and sits perfectly below my window thanks to Mark. Thanks again Mark! I will call again if in need of more Custom Glass Block!

Mark came out to put in 2 basement glass block windows with vents last week Thursday. I could not be happier with the results. He was quick, professional, and the end product was amazing. His prices are very cheap compared to those other companies in the area. I have 3 more windows in the back part of my basement I will be calling him about in the future.
