I got a fair price for my trade ins and the truck I purchased.

They got me in to do 1 recall on my 16 Fusion (Steering wheel bolt). They also fixed other recall (shifter linkage bushing) and had it done in a couple hours.

The people were very friendly, but I made my appt. a week and half ahead. Had requested a new cabin filter at that that time and it was Not in stock so I have to make another phone call and trip to get that installed. Other than that I was pleased. Thanks

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation like I have done before when it was under a different name. This time I may or may not have gotten the services charged. I definitely didnt get the tire rotation because I marked the tires and they are still the same as before they said they rotated them. I dont know if my oil was actually changed or not. I will not be going back and will also let Jeep know about their bad practices.

They lied about the amount of miles on the truck i bought. The truck was listed at 5k miles. After i paid the deposit and showed up to pick up my truck i discovered it had over 10k. The truck looked like someone puked in the back seat. After a couple days of owning the truck i checked the oil, only to notice the cowl that covers the engine was missing. I would never buy anything from here in the future. I love my truck but they wont get my business ever again. To top it off i paid a $500 deposit. When they wrote up my purchase agreement my deposit magically disappeared. I had to make them write up another purchase agreement with the correct math. What a joke

Under no circumstances take a vehicle to these hacks. They had my jeep for a month and all they did was let the battery run flat. If you are unfortunate enough to have to take your vehicle to them dont expect a return phone call about your vehicle and be prepared to pay about double what a qualified mechanic will charge.

Went in for an oil change schedule, left disappointed. Theyve had a 16 Dodge Challenger R/T sitting on their lot for months and months now, who knows its history, when it first showed up it had less than 8000 miles, and was missing a passenger side front sidemarker that was left unreplaced for months. They still have the car and while dropping my car off today, or attempting to, I inquired about an overnight test drive with the car, now that is has over 16000 miles on it, and the asking price hasnt changed. The sales person I spoke with told me that they simply couldnt do that with that kind of vehicle *sports car* but other vehicles would be ok to do so with. I would need to know what its like to live with a vehicle like that before considering a purchase, not just a romp around the block in it. It seemed like a good opportunity for both myself and the dealer since theyve had the car long enough, its almost winter and the car is about to go to auction in coming months Im sure. They have since replaced the sidemarker lens though thankfully.I went ahead and scheduled out my oil change at another CDJRF dealership even though itll take longer waiting to get my car in.

Took my truck there to have it fixed when I started the remote start it locked me out with the anti theft . They had my truck for 3 weeks charged me a $1000.00 and it still wasnt fixed or running took it to the guy that I bought it from his friend and he had it fixed the next day within an hour. It was the tuner. I will never take or buy another vehicle to get fixed to them ever again. Charging $1000.00 and it still wasnt running when I took it to the other guy. They ripped me off. Garlitch Ford sure does treat customers like kings/queens...on top of them giving me the deal they did on the my truck, I took the truck over there to get the running boards put on & 3M done that they threw in on our deal and they had a loaner for the day so I wouldnt have to use my dads truck & the loaner which thought it was going to be a junker like almost every other dealership does, they loaned me a white 2017 Chrysler 300 loaded with all leather ....In the past year Ive been to at least 30 big dealerships (between Indianapolis, Cincinnati, and Louisville) looking for the best deal possible but Garlitch Ford in North Vernon, Indiana was unbelievable for a car dealership....Garlitch Ford is an actually dealership who works with the customer and is just a amazing group of people....Call Brian Ratliff if youre looking for a new or used Vehicle.
