This is one of the cooler Urban Outfitters Ive ever shopped. Its in an old bank building! I first found them when I accompanied my daughter Grace Bannon to the one on Melrose Avenue in LA. Now I like to go in every once in a while to view all the trendy items. I bought a great sweater on this visit.

Not much to chose from for men. If you see something you want just get it because the next time you come back for it the item will be gone. They never restock on the things that sell the most. They just move on to the next in fashion clothing. Ive gotten a ton of Jewels there. I wish they would keep what sells the most there.

The store itself is pretty nice. No one offered me any help finding stuff, mustve been too cool to do so. Everytging was significantly overpriced for what it was. I guess if you wanna know what cool kids are wearing or wanna look like, feel free to stop in.

An excellent experience! Everyone was super helpful and really nice. I came in looking for something specific and received the friendliest help right away! Sometimes I feel a little out of place in Urban Outfitters but the staff didnt make me feel that way. The store itself was super clean, lots of cool stuff, and had an easy to follow layout.

Staff is HORRIBLE, I’m Obsessed WITH UO and have been in stories from Northampton to CT and this store is BY FAR THE WORST URBAN I’ve yet to bump into. Staff is rude and TOTALLY INCOMPETENT OF being nice. Wouldn’t spend a DOLLAR IN THIS STORE with staff like that.

Interesting Store with some neat items. I found their prices to be a little on the high side for merchandise that wasn’t quality. They do have a big selection of clothing, home decor, etc.The Staff could be a lot friendlier.

Incredible customer service and breathtaking aesthetics and merchandising. The store itself is very unique visually and they always have great sales going on. Perfect stop for when youre exploring the Northampton area.

Very overpriced, but I love the clothes. I think there are other, better, less commercial options if youre looking for good clothing and trying to spend a lot of money, such as stores in Thornes which is just across the street. However, the staff is always polite and the store is well lit and neat/arranged well.

Interesting place, old building maybe was a bank or office...spread around clothes, mugs, books, cosmetic, etc.etc...clothes definitely target the youngest croud ..and petite...

My experience at this store was terrible. I was shopping with my girlfriend and we were innocently walking around when we decided we would leave not seeing anything we liked. We were just out the door when an employee came out the door after us and loudly and angrily accused us of stealing a pair socks, and told us that we were no longer welcome in the store. I went back after her to tell her that we had done no such thing and offering to have us searched. She acted very rude and impolite, and we will not be coming back to this establishment. If I could give less then one star I would

Its got its novelty being an old bank, and if Home Depot is out of plywood or 2x4s you can come here, as all the shelves are made from this. Its worth shopping here when they have sales, but generally youre going to have to hold off on an item until its priced low enough. The styles keep up with the seasons but there really isnt a lot of items on display, but you can always get it delivered here from their online website.

Urban is a little out-of-place in the Northampton many of us idealize and love, but this one is perfectly fine and ticks all the UO boxes.

Alot of modern urban stuff

The employees who were working at the time I went in were super rude. Not helpful at all. When I asked them a simple question it seemed like I was bothering them by expecting them to do their job. Clothes are extremely overpriced and fall apart shortly after a couple washes. That is if you are able to find anything in there. The whole place is chaotic, no rhyme or reason to anything. No one knows how or cares to actually merchindise the store. Its very dark as well so its hard to see what things actually look like on in the cramped, dark, dressing room.

Has great exclusive clothing, vinyls, and sale items. And I definitely love the industrial feel in the store which brings out the urban in urban outfitters.

This seasons offerings are fantastic. Also, love the boutique body care options they are carrying.

Great use of space, in a renovated building. Not my style and a pricy, but my kid loves it there.

Classic Urban Outfitters, nice location, and clean setting. But in Northhapmton this store does not stand out, but instead showcases its prices. Try browsing the shelfs of the many smaller stores lining the street and you will be bound to find a treasure!

Athena is the best. Always helpful.

We walked in the store, and I turned to see the two uber trendsters behind the counter sizing me and my husband up...they looked away when I looked at them. They never said hello and made zero attempts to do their job. We left.

If youre over 30, you wont find clothes that fit you. The sizes seem to run small.
